Proposal Marketing Mix for Selected Company

This thesis deals with a proposal for improving the marketing mix of a selected company for the introduction of a new foreign supplier. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part of the thesis is devoted to the theory, which explains the theoretical basis for a proper understanding of the problem addressed. The next, analytical, part of the thesis focuses on a closer introduction of the company, includes an analysis of the internal and external environment of the company and qualitative research. The last proposal part contains suggestions for improving the marketing mix that will be used to attract a new foreign partner.

Evaluation of the Financial Situation of a Company and Proposals to its Improvement

This bachelor's thesis deals with the topics of evaluating the financial situation of Brand Promotion CZ s.r.o. and suggestions for improving this situation. I worked with the company's financial statements from 2018 to 2022. Structurally, this work consists of two parts: a theoretical part and a practical part for a specific company. The theoretical part contains basic terms and indicators for financial analysis. Next, in the practical part, I calculate the given indicators and evaluate the subsequent results. In the last part of this work, I make my own proposals for improving the financial situation in the company.
Assessment of Economic Situation of the Company

This bachelor’s thesis evaluates the economic situation of the company STRIX Chomutov, a. s. based on a strategic and financial analysis during the years 2017-2022. The first part presents the theoretical basis of economic analysis, which are further applied in the analytical part. The analyzed company and its three selected competing companies are presented in this thesis. The analytical part presents the resulting values of economic indicators and the overall evaluation of the economic situation of the analyzed company. The company´s data are compared with competing companies and the industry average of specialized construction activities. The last part of the thesis is devoted to proposals that could lead to the improvement of the economic situation of the company. The proposal represents an investment in a drilling center, a comparison of various forms of its financing and the advantageous option.

The teoretic part focuses on a theory of a economic and financial analysis, the part of this chapter describes the company and its two competitors. The practical part deals with a assesment of economic and financial situation of the company. The last part deals with the proposals to improve the financial situation of the company.
Corporate value proposition and strategy

The content of this thesis focuses on the analysis of companies' value propositions and their strategies. The aim of this thesis is to analyse the current situation of selected businesses based on the chosen methodology and subsequently propose changes to improve their strategy. This main objective was achieved through four sub-objectives. The thesis is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical. The practical part explains basic concepts such as strategy, strategic thinking, blue ocean strategy, as well as the significance and principles of the business model, which is crucial for this thesis. Related concepts such as value proposition, value for the buyer, and value chain are also discussed. In the main part, individual companies are characterized, and business models are developed. Subsequently, the companies' value propositions and their determinants are evaluated using value curves, PEST analysis, and Porter's model of 5 powers. Recommendations for strategy and changes for each company are then proposed. To achieve this goal, a framework of four active measures was developed. All three examined businesses are highly successful on the market and offer customers a certain added value. The company Pandora has a strong market position primarily due to its original bracelets, which customers can customize according to their preferences. Mixit is known primarily for its custom mixing of muesli according to the customer's taste and choice. Airbnb is successful due to its diverse range of accommodations and varied experiences.

The bachelor thesis focuses on the proposal of the development strategy of a coworking company in Ukraine in comparison with a selected coworking company in Brno. The theoretical part includes important theoretical background of the thesis to properly understand the issues in the field of management, including the concept of coworking, tools for comparison and implementation of selected tools to conduct research. The analysis of the problem and the current situation focuses on the introduction of the mentioned company, the application of the explained strategic analyses and the conduct of a research interview with the company's management. Based on the results from the analyses performed, recommendations for the strategic development of the coworking company are presented in the proposal section.

My diploma thesis deals with the analysis of the current situation, and subsequently, the appropriate marketing strategy for Hotel Bítov in the vicinity of Vranov dam. The theoretical parts deals with the isme of using marketing tools in the field of hotel services. The practical parts consists of the inner and outer analysis of the hotel surroundings. The results are summed up in the scope of a SWOT analysis from which the final marketing strategy follows.
The Expansion of Service "Ideal Tenant" to New Local Markets

Masters’ thesis suggests the optimal measures for the expansion of the service called “Ideální nájemce” to the new local market, concretely to Prague. In the theoretical part the crucial theoretical know-how is characterized. Knowledge described in the theoretical part was essential for the problem analysis and the proposal part. Business plan and its parts are defined together with the recommendations on how to proceed with the expansion. Furthermore it contains the analysis of the inner and outer space of the firm, which are PEST analysis, Porter‘s model of competitive environment, marketing mix and SWOT analysis. In the problem analysis the present trends and current firm’s position on the market are described, together with the analysis of the new market. Proposal part is based on the previous findings which were used to specify the concrete suggestions on how to achieve the defined objective, which is the expansion to the Prague’s market.

Analysis of the internal and external environment of the company, SWOT analysis, questionnaire, cluster analysis and importance-satisfaction analysis are used to achieve this goal. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part is concerned with presenting these and other theoretical basics. After it comes the analysis of the current situation and market research. Possible solutions based on the findings from the analytical part of the thesis, which should improve the overall customer satisfaction, are presented at the end of the thesis.
