The subject of my diploma thesis is acquisition, selection and recruitment of workers in selected company. The first part focuses on the description of the theoretical knowledge gained from literature. There are defined concepts, methods, and procedures the issue. The second part characterizes selected company described its business area and there is a detailed analysis of the company employees. This section also focuses on the current system of acquisition, selection and recruitment of staff. The final section includes proposed amendments and recommendations in selected areas that will improve the efficiency of the system.

In individual segments of the theoretical part, concepts and methods are analysed using professional literature. The second part focuses on the company’s characteristics and a description of its current methods in terms of selection, recruitment, and adaptation of a worker. The last part of the thesis proposes amendments that may lead to changes in the company’s existing system.
Utilization of Personal Marketing in a Company

This master’s thesis deal with assertion personal marketing in company. Theoretical part of this work is focused on the knowledge of assertion of marketing in HR sphere. In the second, practical part of this master thesis analysis the current state of company, which should help in  the identification of problematic areas of personal marketing in the company. This analysis part of this work is enriched by the views of employees. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the  current situation of the company’s personal marketing in order to improve the areas identified as problematic.

This diploma thesis characterizes the recruitment processes, evaluates and compares the forms of recruitment used and proposes effective measures to optimize the processes in this area, taking into account the regional context. First, an overview of the recruitment process is presented with an emphasis on new trends and methods applied in the IT industry and the knowledge economy. Next, the selected company TechFides Solutions s.r.o. is characterized, its current practice is described and individual forms of recruitment are analyzed with regard to the labor market in the given region. Finally, a solution is proposed to improve the procedures in the field of recruitment in the surveyed company.
Primary School Personal Agency as a Part of Human Resources Management

Summary: The Bachelor's thesis describes and assesses selected important areas of human resources management at primary schools. The text focuses on general procedure of human resources proceeding for primary educational system. It deals with the present state of personal planning agency and personal needs with the help of designed questionnaires for headmasters. This personal agency is related to the primary school development plan, methods of selection and hiring of new employees, educational, development and assessment system of employees. The Bachelor's thesis brings out pus of methodical recommendations which can help educational managers to create integrated human sources work procedure and build flexible reacted school.

This diploma thesis deals with managers' approach to human resources management in the non-profit, profitable and state sector. This is a topic that is currently the foundation for every well-functioning organization. It is highly relevant for all three types of sectors. The diploma thesis is divided into the conceptual and research part (including the methodological part). The conceptual part of the diploma thesis deals first with description of individual sectors and the relations between them. It also deals with the general concepts that are related to the given issue as a human resources management and its individual components. The research part uses qualitative research in human resources management in selected state institutions. The form of a semi-structured interview is about how managers approach human resources management in their organization. Learning and Education in the Adaptation Proces of Employees

This thesis focuses on education and learning within the adaptation process of employees starting a new job. It is emphasizing the importance of creation of the adaptation plan. The adaptation plan also influences the effectivity of the adaptation process and related education and learning. It points out the influence of the size of the organization on the final form of the adaptation process. Well executed adaptation process may stabilize and motivate the new employee significantly. Part of the thesis is dedicated to communication as well, due to communication being an important tool in education and learning. The theses focuses particularly on education and learning, various types of learning, theories and methods used in education, that are applicable during the adaptation process. A special chapter is dedicated to tools and technologies that may aid in education and learning as well as it issues the measurability and evaluation of education and learning. Theoretical concepts are backed up by the results of a research conducted through a questionnaire survey. This survey focuses all thesis previous six chapters.
