3D printing with silver and its use in jewellery

Hlavním cílem této práce je najít vhodný typ aditivní tiskárny, která by byla schopna kvalitního 3D tisku stříbrných šperků. Práce seznámí čtenáře s několika typy aditivních tiskáren (FDM, SLA, DMLS a dalších), jejich využitím v praxi a fyzikálním a chemickým chováním stříbra při aditivním tisku. Důraz bude kladen na praktické uplatnění těchto speciálních 3D tiskáren, a to především ve šperkařství. Poslední část práce se pokusí zodpovědět otázku, zda je technicky a ekonomicky proveditelné sestavit a bezpečně provozovat danou 3D tiskárnu v menších firmách či v domácím prostředí.
Design of E-shop

Bachelor’s thesis describes procedures during creation of e-shop. Description starts with input analysis, continues with design of information architecture, design of graphic layout and ends with programming and inserting of websites on the internet. These procedures are applied and real model eshop is created. Bachelor’s thesis is focused on a usability of shop design and its utility in the real world.
The Rings

The project with the title “The Rings” is a simple card game designed for two players. The theme and content of the game is thematically related to rings, which I have been working on for a long time (also on the material level of jewellery making). The card game can be played by players of any age, but I primarily targeted preschool and school-age children. The aim of my bachelor thesis is to introduce children to the craft of ring making in a fun way. An important element of the visual part of the game is the recognition of the images (illustrations) and their correct composition. This leads to the application of stylized drawings that illustrate selected parts of the ring-making process.
Marketing Strategy of the Selected Company

This diploma thesis is focusing on drafting an improving marketing strategy for company IRD Group s.r.o. which deals with retail jewellery sales in the city Jihlava and also online with the new e-shop. The first part is focusing on the theoretical knowledge associated with this topic. Second part, using theoretical knowledge, is focusing on the analysis on the current situation in the company. In the internet area and on the overall marketing strategy situation. From these facts and dates we found out is created the 3th and last part of these diploma thesis which is focused on the suggestion for improvement a marketing strategy. These improvement, should lead to the acquisition to some new costumers, increase a profit for the company and increase a competitiveness of the company on the market.

The thesis focuses on drawing up a business plan for the establishment of an internet shop dealing in purchases and sales of luxurious jewellry. The first part of the thesis deals with the theoretrical foundation, upon which an analysis of internal and external environment is done. The latter part is then focused on the execution and plausibility of the plan.
Grave gifts and the personal equipment of the dead in the early medieval burials and the fade away of this custom

The topic of the bachelor thesis is Grave gifts and personal equipment of the dead in the early medieval burials and the fade away of this custom. The thesis is divided into three parts. First of them is dedicated to the analysis of selected early medieval burial grounds and closer acquainting with singular items of grave's equipment. In the second chapter are these items closely characterized and dated. I have tried in the last chapter to follow the causes of the phenomenon of fading away of the grave's equipment in early medieval burial grounds. The goal of the thesis is to follow the changes in the frequency of occurrence of the items placed into graves on Czech early medieval burial grounds, focusing on singular kinds of grave's discoveries, determination of chronology and interpretation of the causes of the followed phenomenon.

Bachelor thesis The Company Pandora on The Czech market in 2010-2014 deals with the company PANDORA and its marketing strategy and communication forms, which the company applies on the Czech market. It also describes the entry of the brand on the Czech market and compares it with its directly competitive brand Trollbeads. Next section is devoted to a description and analysis of the main tools of communication mix which the brand utilized within its communications during the specified period. The last section is devoted to quantitative research that was conducted to obtain information on the status of PANDORA on the Czech market, purchase motives and loyalty of its customers. The conclusion of this thesis is a detailed description and analysis of the marketing activities of Pandora partly supported by research results.

Využití dřeva jako materiálu v módním průmyslu

The aim of this bachelor thesis is the design and realization of the jewel case which is made of non-traditional materials and supplemented with an original collection of necklace and earrings from the same materials. The theoretical part describes the historical development of jewelery boxes from the chest as a piece of furniture to gradually development of a smaller furniture boxes designated for storing jewelery and valuables. It is also described the history of jewellery accentuated on the used non-traditional materials. A separate part consists of current trends in the use of natural materials, especially wood, in the production of fashion accessories, including the research of major producers. The practical part is focused on the process of making jewelry and jewelery sets from original sketches, through the production of mould and prototypes. The comparison of different types of concrete mixtures and material used in mould formation is included. Finally, it is showed 3D visualization, promotional poster design, collection logos, photos of jewelry box and jewelry made.
