School clubs and their concepts

The thesis is focusing on details connected with the topic of school clubs, which we rank among school facilities for leisure education. It explains the meaning of basic concepts, describes the activities and function of the school club. It also analysis the documentation and activities of ten selected school clubs in three districts of the Pilsen Region. Final part of the thesis analysis the collected information. The aim of this work was to focus on the basic information related to school clubs and describe their importance. Further, on the basis of the obtained documentation, describe the operation and offer of selected school clubs.
Extracurricular activities at dalton schools in the Czech Republic

The thesis deals with the possibilities of application of the Dalton Plan within extracurricular activities, i.e. in school clubs. The first part of the thesis describes the history of extracurricular activities and conditions of education, such as legislation or organization. The second part presents a research carried out at three elementary schools, which apply Dalton principles in education. The aim of the research was to find out how the Dalton principles are applied at school clubs of the chosen schools. The last section of the thesis compares conditions of education with the reality of extracurricular activities. Furthermore, the possibilities of application of the Dalton principles in extracurricular activities are assessed.
Innovations in the management of non-formal education

This final thesis deals with innovations in the management of informal education. The main objective is to highlight the importance of innovations in informal and leisure education, and bring inspiration to the managers of informal and leisure education in the form of examples of good practice. In the theoretical part informal and interest education is incorporated into the overall educational system of the Czech Republic and its development is illustrated on the laws and decrees from 1948 to present. The research in the form of structured interview with respondents revealed their view on innovations in leisure education and showed their experience with the introduction of innovations in their own organizations. The process and the conclusions of structured interviews clearly highlighted the need for innovation in informal and leisure education for the competitiveness of informal education organizations. The executives of school facilities for leisure education as well as organizations of informal education can hereby find inspiration for each specific innovation in the examples of good practice.

This final thesis deals with innovations in the management of informal education. The main goal of this work is to determine the extent to which the executives of leisure education organizations recognize the need for innovations in different areas of the organization, to compare the extent and content of specific innovations in selected organizations and explore in which areas and based on which stimuli the innovations in these organizations arise. The obtained information is useful for efficient preparation of further training of organization executives and described examples of good practice as an inspiration to improve the performance of leisure and informal education organizations. The theoretical part incorporates leisure and informal education into the overall education system of the Czech Republic and its development is illustrated on the laws and decrees from 1948 to present. Research in the form of structured interview reveals the respondents view on innovations in leisure education and shows the respondents experience with the introduction of innovations in their own organizations. The conclusions of this research clearly show the need for innovation in informal and leisure education for the competitiveness of individual organizations. Leisure education as a compenzation for unilateral burden at basic school Abstract This thesis deals with special interest education and its functions in relation to school-sided load. The theoretical part is based on the current state of education policy in the interest of education. Are also presented in detail the current issues of interest in learning Czech Republic (its functions, objectives, forms, leisure education institution, etc.) and Europe, where the pet training referred to as after-school care. In the practical part of the work carried out research on the benefits of leisure education for pupils in primary schools. The work also includes a proposal for defining the appropriate use of free time as compensation for unilateral burden of schooling. The Pedagogical Potential of the School Club at the Dobřichovice Elementary School

Bachelor's thesis refers the issue of leisure time for pupils of first - degree primary school in a school club. The aim of work is to focus on an annual plan of the "School Club" at Primary School in Dobřichovice, for pupils of grade 4 and 5.This place represents a temporary safe place. Pupils should learn how to manage their leisure time in the afternoon before going to the second level of school. The work is divided into two main parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with theoretical starting points of time from the point of view of philosophy, as well as the concept of leisure time in the life of pupils of younger school age. It deals with the interest activities and stated educational objectives in the leisure time of pupils. The practical part of the work contains a summary of the various activities of the annual plan and other activities in the school club. The annexes contain both the annual plan as well as the individual projects and activities divided into individual monthly units.
