Change of dental technicians competencies

This thesis deals with the proposal of competence change of dental technicians in the form of foreign model of denturist/clinical dental technician profession. The thesis includes draft of change management process of competences for non-medical medical staff in the Czech dentistry. The thesis also examines the opinions and attitudes of dental technicians towards given design of competencies and includes analysis and mapping of interest groups. In the theoretical part, terminology and legislation of the current model of dentistry in the Czech Republic is described. An issue of removable replacements as one of the areas of performance of dentists are defined in depth. It also defines the subject of removable replacements in statistical, demographic and economic contexts. Moreover, it describes models of multidisciplinary teams used in the Czech Republic and abroad. Lastly, the theory needed for change management is described and also includes hypothetical proposal of change of competencies of dental technicians, which among other things characterises used models for change implementation. The introduction of social service in Non-Governmental Organization.

This Master's thesis deals with the description of an introduction of social service in Non- Governmental Organization, which has decided to become a registrated provider of social services. The aim of the thesis is to describe how to manage selected phase of such a change, while introducing it to the field of social service by a Non-Governmental Organization. This is related to chosen Non-Governmental Organization Azara sociální, z.s. and specifically it's project of the introduction of field social service - Personal Assistance. The selected phase of implementation is the registration of this service and the individual steps, from the decision to introduce the change, through the elaboration of the individual plans and submission of required documents, which are necessary for the registration application to the competent regional authority. Strategic analyzes are carried out for the analysis of the external environment of the selected organization and the analysis of the internal environment. Implementation of palliative care in hospital setting

This thesis deals with the implementation of palliative care in hospitals and perceives the topic in context of change management in health facilities. In the Czech Republic, this type of care is still at its beginning in hospitals and its implementation is a big challenge. The aim of the thesis is to find out what factors influence the implementation of palliative care in hospitals. In the first part of the text, the theoretical bases concerning palliative care and change management are outlined. The empirical part introduces a qualitative survey identifying barriers that had to be overcome during the implementation of palliative care in hospitals and factors that were instrumental in the implementation. Within the survey, 66 interviews with members of multidisciplinary teams from 17 hospitals were made. All the hospitals participated in the Together until the end programme of the Avast Foundation. The assessment of the survey results focuses on recommendations for hospitals that decide to extend or launch the palliative attitude in their premises and on challenges for the future of palliative care in the Czech Republic. The role headmaster in the change management process of the school

This final thesis deals with role of the headmaster in process of change and is divided into theoretical and research part. Theoretical part is about problematics of change management. It defines causes of change, its phases, process and how is the change managed and all connecting issues. Other chapters focus on change management in education, especially from headmaster's point of view. Conclusion of the theoretical part focuses on inclusive education change implementation. Goal of the research part is to find out, what kind of roles did headmaster's in Ústecký region held within the process of change due to inclusive education implementation. For the research itself, quantitative method was chosen with the questioning technique. Results showed for example that most of the headmasters doesn't feel change due to inclusive education implementation as required or well prepared. Most of the headmasters also feel, that they give enough space for their employees to participate in change management and they are willing to discuss their opinions on this change with them. The thesis The principal's role in improving the quality of school involved in the project "We help schools towards success" focuses on roles of the school principal as a leader and manager, that influence the improvement of school quality. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part focuses on school quality, its indicators, management areas and evaluation criteria. It also brings theoretical knowledge about the school principal, his competence in his role of a leader and manager and about the project "We help school towards success" The practical part investigates which criteria parents considered while selecting a school for their children and what they understand by the term "quality school". It also analyzes what activities carried out by the school principal in his role of a leader and manager are in the eyes of teachers and parents the most important ones for the improvement of school quality and how the respondents assess the contribution of school involvement in the project "We help schools towards success". Title Curricular Concept Shifts at Business Academy Author Mgr. Viktor Csölle Department Education Management Center Supervisior PhDr. Jan Voda, Ph.D. Abstract The bachelor thesis deals with the changes of the school educational program at the business academy study field and also deals with the role of the executive workers in this process. In the theoretical part of the bachelor thesis there is presented the development process of the transformation in the Czech educational system, focused on the business academy curriculum in the course of the transition from the national centralized to the school educational program. Simultaneously, attention is given to the role of the executive workers in the innovative process management. The research part is devoted to the reflexion of the management attitudes at business academies. The research is partly based on the school educational program implemented at the Business Academy and College of Social Studies in Ostrava-Mariánské Hory. The conclusion of the bachelor thesis summarizes the challenging elements of the curriculum change implementation and presents them as a basis for efficient management of the educational program development in the following periods of time. Implementing Ethical education in the school curriculum

In my theoretical part I deal with a quite new educational issue - ethical education. I mean to emphasise the key importace of ethics for society and I describe ethical education as a school subject.
