This thesis is focused on the period of change at the cultural monument owned by the municipality. The theoretical part deals mainly with cultural tourism - its management, economic importance and the role in sustainable development and local development. The second group of topics concerns change and innovation management. The practical part introduces the chosen subject, analyzes its position and relationships and seeks deeper context of the changes made. Based on the synthesis of all findings, further changes are recommended.

The proposed security measures take into account in particular the requirements set by Act No. 181/2014 Coll. on Cyber Security and on Amendments to Related Acts and Decree No. 82/2018 Coll. on security measures, cyber security incidents, reactive measures, filing requirements in the field of cyber security and data disposal.

Communication in Organizations

6 Abstract This thesis aims to offer a comprehensive view of corporate communication while emphasizing its importance for everyday life of corporations and achievement of their strategic targets. The thesis introduces potential interpretations of corporate communication with the main focus on key moments of corporate communication as well as on consequences non-effective communication has on employee satisfaction and their life in the corporation. In the thesis I opted for the method of compilation and comparison of professional literature along with expert interviews which reveal the quality of internal communication in two selected corporations and prove one-sided view of communication inside corporations. The first part of the thesis provides a detailed look at characteristics of individual communication forms, knowledge of these characteristics being the cornerstone of further research in corporate communication. Besides, this part also describes the principles of active listening, a skill which is frequently omitted from the communication skill list. This diploma thesis is dealing with the assessment of the information system of the selected business unit in company AUTOCONT, a.s. and suggests changes for improvement of its current situation. The practical part of this thesis presents an analysis of the current situation of company and an analysis of the information system providing communication and collaboration, based on theoretical knowledge. With the result of the analysis a suggested solution is presented to eliminate found deficiencies and support improvement of work efficiency and to achieve strategic goals of the company.

Study of Product Life Cycle Management in a Company

The objective of this thesis is to study the field of PLM and to consider PLM as a system based on a manufacturing enterprise, followed by a proposal and implementation of a change management process. The theoritical part describes the main aspects and gives a structural view of PLM. After that, each element was connected with enterprise processes and capabilities of the IT environment. Based on the analysis, a certain model for managing and implementing changes was developed and proposed.

Optimization of the role of quality manager in social services of personal assistance

This diploma thesis deals with the role, position and profession development of quality managers in the social service of personal assistance. It describes the emergence of this role in the context of the development of legislation in the Czech Republic and its changes after the entry into force of Act No. 108/2006 Coll. on social services, which regulates their provision. It reveals the importance of the quality manager's role in the personal assistance service from the point of view of its directors, social and management staff and quality managers, in context with the requirements for its fulfilment. Based on interviews with participants, the research identifies the role of the quality manager as a "quality teacher", a "motivator" and a "protector". The author also briefly deals with the stories of quality managers and their experience from methodological practice. Furthermore, the research shows the possibilities of grasping the quality manager's position in the organization, the preconditions for its fulfilment and aspects of the organization's culture, which have an influence on the fulfilment on the role of quality manager. The bachelor’s thesis describes the problematics of implementation of the Building Information Modelling method (BIM) in a specific construction company. The BIM method helps to sustain the company competitiveness and makes construction project management more efficient due to the support of information sharing and cooperation of the stakeholders. The process of implementation was designed based on the company’s analysis using project management methods. The outcomes of the thesis will be applied during the initiation of the BIM method implementation.

Implementation of the Project Management Culture into the IT Department of Digital Agency

The thesis deals with the implementation of project culture into IT department of a digital agency with the objective to streamline the project management processes associated with websites creation. The thesis is divided into three main parts. In the first part, theoretical basis related to the matter of change management, project management and processes related to the creation of web pages are compiled. The second part analyzes the current state of execution of processes related to managing of websites in a selected company. The third, design part, covers the project of changing the implementation of project culture into company's IT department, including the design of methodology for managing website creation projects using appropriate project management techniques and tools.
