Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na posouzení informačního systému obchodní jednotky Podnikové aplikace a služby (PAS) ve společnosti AUTOCONT, a.s. a na návrh jeho změn pro zlepšení současného stavu. Na základě teoretických východisek je v praktické části provedena analýza současného stavu obchodní jednotky a analýza informačního systému zajišťující komunikaci a spolupráci. Ze získaných výsledků je navrženo řešení vedoucí k odstranění nalezených nedostatků, které by ve výsledku mělo podpořit zlepšení efektivity práce a dosahování strategických cílů společnosti. This diploma thesis is dealing with the assessment of the information system of the selected business unit in company AUTOCONT, a.s. and suggests changes for improvement of its current situation. The practical part of this thesis presents an analysis of the current situation of company and an analysis of the information system providing communication and collaboration, based on theoretical knowledge. With the result of the analysis a suggested solution is presented to eliminate found deficiencies and support improvement of work efficiency and to achieve strategic goals of the company.
