Management of Building Order by the Submitter

The thesis deals with the topic of building orders are how they are managed by contracting authority or client. It presents building order as a project, and describes the way in which this project is organized, prepared and implemented. It also highlights all the factors that have impact on how building orders are managed. And since the most important of these factors is construction costs, the thesis provides an analysis of one particular building order from this perspective, listing all the things that are involved in the construction costs and pointing out in what way. The accuracy of the expected costs is then compared with construction engineering price indicators.

This thesis is devoted to management of construction contract and the thesis is divided into two parts – theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is focused on familiarizing with some concepts of project management, cost control, time management and risk management. At the end of the theoretical part, there are described types of construction of a family house. Practical part involves applying these principles on the example of the particular construction work contract. It also describes and analyzes organization of construction contract and together with risk management meets the appointed target. The desired output of theses is processing of necessary documents for the management of specific construction contract by house raising.

In the beginning this thesis describes project management and time management and their principles. In the next chapter are principles and algorithms of scheduling in real time system described. MVC design pattern is described in following chapter.Implementation of tool is desribed in next-to-last chapter a the last chapter is devoted to use cases of final tool.

The thesis analyses a development project of 21 houses in the village of Podolí u Brna, which was carried out by Kaláb – stavební firma, spol. s r.o. It provides a description of the company structure and focuses on some of their processes, such as risk analysis, investment decisions in the pre-investment project phase, project funding, planning, and time management based on time schedules. The text also takes a close look at all the steps that were taken during the implementation of the Podolí project, and zooms in on regular on-site records monitoring how much work has been actually done. Furthermore, the thesis brings an analysis of the current developer market in Brno, focusing in particular on latest developments in logistics, and office & residential construction. And last but not least, the thesis also observes how prices in the real estate market have developed over the last decade and how new residential units in the Czech Republic have been lately built.
Selfmanagement of headmaster of art school

This diploma thesis deals with the topic of school manager's self-management in the art schools area. Thesis aim was to ascertain what the art schools' headmasters in Pilsen and South Bohemia region reckon as part of self management, what influences their self management and how is this influence displayed in their professional and personal lives. Partial aim of this work was to find out if the headmasters educate themselves in the self management area and if yes in what way. In the theoretical part the work comes out of the human resource management and working performance area. It deals with the headmasters' competences and roles, self management, time management, delegation, burnout syndrome, stress techniques and life balance. It elaborately deals with the emotional intelligence and headmaster's career stages in connection with the self management area is influenced by them. The practise brings research results, which was realized by research and additional interviews. The research found out very interesting discoveries from the pedagogical-art schooling, from the working and personal lives of crucial persons in this educational sphere - art schools headmasters. Eligibility of primary school pupils to manage their time

The topic of this thesis is procrastination. Procrastination is "the illogical, but deliberate delaying of planned action, which is accompanied by a commitment to alternative activities." (Sliviaková 2010, p. 3). Occasional procrastination however mostly harmless is only a small step from procrastination chronic. Chronic procrastination already points at undesirable situation, the malfunction of a healthy lifestyle and self-control. That view is the starting point for the research work of the problem, which investigates the symptoms of procrastination among primary and secondary school pupils. Procrastination is usually being considered in relation to adults' behaviour. The question asked is whether it is relevant to consider procrastination also in relation to children at primary school. In the theoretical part, we therefore first gathered and compiled the available data about the topic from various Czech and foreign sources, mainly to define with necessary precision the object of the study (procrastination) and learned the wider context of the issue (time management, self- management). The thesis called "The time frame of the director of kindergarten" deals with time analysis of directors in kindergartens. It comes out of basic knowledge of time management and the area of self-management. Further on it sees the time frame as one the techniques for successful time analysis. The integral part of the thesis is the research focused on a composition and a range of the various activities of the kindergarten director, which are related to her status. This thesis is an offer how to attain better time management with suitable methods and how to find a balance in between job satisfaction and a personal life. Issue of taking leave for teaching and non-teaching staff

This bachelor degree thesis deals with the planning of annual leave for teaching and non-teaching staff and with their taking leave in different types of schools and educational establishments in the district of Havlíčkův Brod run by municipalities, in relation to valid legal regulations. It is based on the assumption that annual leave is planned for the purpose of using up all leave of all employees in the year when they are entitled to take it. The thesis summarizes the reasons for which not all annual leave is taken, looks at the compliance with legal regulations and tries to find out in which parts of schools and in which categories of staff the biggest problems with taking annual leave arise and how this affects the school budget. The results of the research survey could be applied in the vocational education of headmasters and headmistresses.
