Chování studentů středních škol při výběru vysoké školy

This diploma thesis deals with the behaviour of secondary school students in choosing a university. As a part of the marketing research, an orientation analysis and a follow-up questionnaire have been carried out. As the first sample of respondents there are students from the first year of study at universities (n=316), as the second sample of respondents there are secondary school students who attend the last year of study before their secondary school-leaving examination (n=343). The last part of the marketing research consists of in-depth interviews with the same sample of respondents mentioned above, for each sample of respondents there are 10 in-depth interviews. For in-depth interviews, respondents have also evaluated selected university promotional tools. Based on the results, students' behaviour has been analysed and described, and recommendations for universities based in the Moravian and Silesian region have been proposed. These recommendations serve for better university promotion to prospective students.
Knowledge society

The thesis analyzes the development of the knowledge society. It focuses on the comparison of the ideal and the reality of education in modern society and charts the transformation of schools and education in the 20th century. This thesis is mainly based on sociological literature focusing on the issue. This thesis defines the concepts of knowledge society, education and education systems. The thesis also analyzes research PIAAC. The thesis is also focus on opinions of testing the pupils skills and current issues of educational policy.
Founder role in the development of the Czech education system

The primary objective of the diploma thesis titled Role of the founder in the development of the Czech education system is to draw the benefits of the reform of public administration on the development of the Czech education system. The first theoretical part of the thesis attempts to explain the development of the Czech education system and at the same time, especially in the second theoretical part informing about the roles of founders and headmasters in the process of transformation of the Czech educational system. The second theoretical part specializes in the list of legislative competencies of headmasters and founders in connection with the reform of public administration. The main part of the thesis deals with the question whether a possible cause of declining educational outcomes Czech pupils in international PISA amendment to the law on state administration and local government in education. The first research assumption based on the fact that it is the effect of this amendment founders are obliged to establish schools and educational institutions only as contributory organizations. Thus, schools have autonomy in addition to teaching as well as economic autonomy with which it is associated and increase competencies and responsibilities of headmasters as statutory bodies funded...
Position Waldorf pedagogy in the current Czech education

This diploma thesis deals with Waldorf pedagogy. It is divided into five chapters. The first two map the circumstances of Waldorf education and life-shaping the mind constructs its founder Rudolf Steiner. Analysis of ICT accessibility at tertiary professional schools

The final bachelor's thesis studies the accessibility of information and communication technologies (ICT) in the educational process at tertiary professional schools (ISCED 5B) in order to analyze their approach to modern technological resources and services. The theoretical part presents findings on how technology, accessibility and effective use of ICT can support teaching and help schools in the management of the educational process. The practical part presents a questionnaire survey of the accessibility of specific technologies. Questionnaire survey was carried out among school directors and students. Other part of survey deals with applications and services that tertiary professional schools offer on their web pages. Based on the analysis of the accessibility this bachelor's thesis makes recommendations and suggestions for the support of ICT use in the learning and teaching process management.
