The diploma thesis deals with a new product launch in Czech market. First, the appropriate market segment, competitive products and environment of launching company is analyzed. Based on the analysis and the knowledge gained from the literature, the diploma thesis proposes a solution in form of a marketing mix, which is suitable for the new product.

This diploma work deals with marketing research of customer satisfaction of distributive company FPO s.r.o. with product solution of mother company GORDIC spol. s r.o. The work is closely focused on methods and methodology of marketing research ands justifies chosen research plan and methods determined to effective achievement of set goals. These methods are consequently used to analyse contemporary situation of enterprise and actual state of company customer satisfaction. The outcome of the work is above of others exposure of links among adjustment of marketing mix, actual customer satisfaction and company ability to be one step ahead of competitors. The goal of the work is to propose such measurements, which are going to lead to increase in customer satisfaction and improvements in company market position.

Sponsorship as a tool of effective communication

This Master´s thesis deals with a sponsor activities of Škoda Auto, a.s., that are used as one of the marketing communication instrument. The main pillar of the intention to make the communication more effective is the proposal for a new strategy of using sponsoring as an instrument that integrates it into the complex communication mix and by means of multiplication maximizes communication effect while pursuing fulfilment of marketing and communication goals of the company.

The measurement of customers´ satisfaction with services offered by Student Agency, Ltd.

This master’s thesis lays emphasis on the satisfaction of the customer and building up relationship between the company and the customer. The thesis contains the measurement of passengers’ satisfaction with coach services offered by Student Agency, Ltd. and the proposal for improvement of these services, the aim of which is to attract more satisfied customers and to increase the occupancy of the routes. Thanks to this proposal, the company is able to strengthen its competitiveness.

This thesis presents analyse of chinese market in segment of heating body with object evaluate possibility to enter on this difficult market from czech company. At beginning of thesis are drawing up basic theoretic data which constituting base of market research. In the first the practical part appreciates position of company on the czech market and also inside analyse was made out. Individual variables, which could influence successfully activity on chinese market are revaluation in the part of foreign´s marketing research . Basic articles for business on chinese market are set out in this partition. The pieces of knowledge which create recommendation for company from the question if the company have establist or not, formulated on the basic of finding marketing research.

Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty as an Element of Long Term Competitive Advantage

This thesis deals with measurement of customer satisfaction and loyalty among health care providers with services provided by particular pharmaceutical company. The main goal of this work is to develop methodology for measuring customer satisfaction and loyalty for this segment of services. The theoretical part deals with a summary of findings and approaches describing satisfaction and loyalty, and also review of the methods used for their determination. The thesis also analyzes the differences between two groups of customers and summarizes the differences identified in the primary research that was conducted. Primary research was conducted by having structured interviews with respondents from among health care providers (private versus state providers). Dissertation's conclusions correspond with professional resources and thus develop areas of knowledge about the characteristics of the examined service segment.
