The measurement of customers´ satisfaction with services offered by Student Agency, Ltd.

This master’s thesis lays emphasis on the satisfaction of the customer and building up relationship between the company and the customer. The thesis contains the measurement of passengers’ satisfaction with coach services offered by Student Agency, Ltd. and the proposal for improvement of these services, the aim of which is to attract more satisfied customers and to increase the occupancy of the routes. Thanks to this proposal, the company is able to strengthen its competitiveness.
Bohemian manuscripts in the Beinecke Rare Book & Manuscript Library.

The Beinecke Rare Book & Manuscript Library has a collection of rare manuscripts, some of which have a direct connection to Bohemian environment, either because they originated here or were part of medieval institutions and their libraries. The institution of The Beinecke Rare Book & Manuscript Library in relation to medieval and early modern manuscripts of Bohemian provenance has not yet been studied. The research of Bohemians stored in foreign institutions has a long tradition in codicological research, as numerous foreign collections contain a large number of manuscripts of Bohemian provenance. In the course of the study, monuments were found that had been forgotten. Perhaps they do not have such importance and are not so rare compared to other collections of Bohemians, but it is still worth recalling those writings and processing them with a closer study. At the same time, it should be mentioned that one of the documented manuscripts is the so- called Voynich manuscript, which is considered the rarest manuscript in the collections and at the same time one of the most mysterious books in the world. Ministry of Information and administration of the printed journalism in years 1945 - 1953

Diploma thesis is focused on the administration of the printed journalism by Ministry of Information (from October 1948 Ministry of Information and Education). Ministry was responsible for administration of the printed journalism from May 1945 to January 1953, when was dissolved. Thesis is divided into seven main chapters. The first one sets the topic into Czechoslovak history in years 1945-1953. The second section is focused on the restoration of Czechoslovak Republic during Second World War via perspective of legal and constitutional development. The third chapter characterizes the authority of the government and the ministry in the years 1945-1953. The fourth part deals with administration of the printed journalism before May 1945, which is structured according to historical periods. Period view of the printed journalism in observed period is topic of the fifth chapter. The sixth section is focused on personality of the Minister Václav Kopecký. The last chapter deals with own topic and it is divided into two subchapters (era of years 1945-1948 and 1948-1953). Teleshopping and the teleshopping programs to view of regulation

The topic of this work is a specific segment of commercial media communication - teleshopping. The subject of teleshopping broadcasting is not only the direct sale of goods, but also the consumption of services, which may include participation in an interactive competition, prophecy or other esoteric service. Teleshopping as one of the forms of commercial communication is subject to the amendment to the Advertising Regulation Act, the Radio and Television Broadcasting Act and the On-demand Audiovisual Media Services Act. The case law of the Municipal Court in Prague and the Supreme Administrative Court is also an essential source of regulation. Examples of administrative practices of the Council for Radio and Television Broadcasting describe the regulation of this segment of commercial communications and it captures a wide range of potential violations of legal regulations in the case of teleshopping broadcasts. The material for the comprehensive analysis of the issue puts teleshopping in a broader context, therefore it also describes other forms of commercial communications represented in the field of television broadcasting and explains the differences between types. National museum - view of media as the possible historical source and its limits

Are many historical sources from which to draw the history of the National Museum. There are also a number of studies and monographs on the history of the National Museum, however, none of these works look at the media, audio or audiovisual, as a s historical source. The media could be a special source from which specific and authentic information on the National Museum can be drawn. Film records, as well as radio eithet television broadcasting bring a number of insights and complement the history of the National Museum. This study explores the role of the media as an information resource on the history of the National Museum, together with the identification of the limits of this source form. Based on historiographic procedures and methods known in the field of media science, quantitative and qualitative analysis has enabled the research of unique historical sources in the form of television and radio recordings, which brings insights into the National Museum. Media review of invasion of Soviet union in the protectorate's press

Napadení Sovětského svazu nacistickým Německem v červnu roku 1941 znamenalo velký průběhu 2. světové války. Německá agrese označovaná jako "Operace Barbarossa" byla prolomením stavu, který nelze přímo označit za spojenectví, ale určitou Je tak otázkou, jakým způsobem bylo informováno v protektorátním tisku o průběhu válečných operací proti Sovětskému svazu (z počátku vítězných) a zejména pak, jaké bylo "ideologické" zdůvodnění nastalého obratu vzájemných vztahů v podobě prolomení Molotovova paktu, který určoval sféry vlivu a zejména vzájemnou dohodu o neútočení mezi Německem a Sovětským svazem. Je zřejmé, že v Protektorátu nebyla možnost svobodného způsobu informování. Naopak. Tisk nzuře příslušných říšských orgánů a institucí. Lze dále předpokládat, že obsah zpravodajství byl sestavován zejména oficiálními říšskými agenturami a zpravodajství tak bylo tvořeno úředně schválenými zprávami.
