Class Management as Teacher's Managerial Activity

The topic of the thesis is class management as teacher'smanagerial activity. The aim of the thesis is, based on the perused documents, and the interview analysis made with three primary classteachers and three secondary classteachers, to draw a set and description of all manager competition and class management related activities. The thesis is supposed to become the source material for a comprehensive meta analysis of managerialcompetence in a teacher's professiography. Within the theoretical part, the thesis focuses on the comparisonof a teacher and a manager. There search section, using qualitative approach, deals with the issue of class management as managerial activity. The half-structured interview with six respondents have been used as a method, which are further analysed and the conclusion of the thesis has been elicited based on them.
Quality Ensuring of Universities in the Czech Republic Through Evaluation of the Educational Activities

This diploma thesis concerns with issues of evaluation and systemic procuring of educational activities of universities in the Czech Republic. It defines status of universities in the framework of educational system, their classification according to the type of providing curriculum and submission of actual overview regarding to the universities which operate in the Czech Republic in the present day. It provides view to the world rankings, their history and position of Czech universities in them. Further, it clarifies the term of evaluation in education and the difference between inner and outer evaluation. At the same time, it introduces the activity of the National Accreditation Bureau for Higher Education and its distinction from antecedent Committee of Accreditation. The empirical research of this diploma thesis is concentrated on revealing the advantages and disadvantages of the setting in the actual system of the quality of educational activities in the Czech universities. Everything mentioned is possible thanks to using the content analysis of inner documents from selected universities dealing with the problems of evaluation and setting the inner systems ensuring the quality of educational activities. Development and education of teachers in the pre-primary education system

The diploma thesis devoted to "Development and education of teachers of pre-primary education system" examines the needs of pedagogical education and other possibilities of education of pedagogical staff of pre-primary education. The thesis deals with the development of professional and competence skills that are applicable in the pre-primary education system. The thesis deals with the legislative requirements for the education of future teachers, which is adequate for full use. The aim of the diploma thesis is to describe the system of the pre-primary education required by the system of education and to compare it with the requirements of the real needs of the pre-primary education activities of the educator in order to prepare for education with the help of their competence skills. Asked research questions are whether the theoretical and practical knowledge gained by the required study is sufficient according to the teachers' views for the performance of a novice pre-primary educator, whether pre-primary educators are trying to engage in further education and what types of courses are used by pre-primary teachers. Intergenerational programs in the practice of educational institutions

The thesis is focused on the possibilities in the management of the intergenerational programmes. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the issue of intergenerational learning from the point of view of the management of educational institutions and to create a proposal of methodology for intergenerational programs management. The first part discusses the management in general, educational management and the characterization and classification of educational institutions and the scope of non-profit organizations. It also deals with lifelong learning and defines intergenerational learning as one of its forms. It deals with the categorization of intergenerational learning and the definition of its linkage in formal, non-formal and informal learning. The work defines the concept of age management, describes its implementation in practice and focuses on the topic of intergenerational programs, their specification, categorization and definition of their benefits and risks. Effect of current changes in school legislation on pre-primary education management

OF THE THESIS Author: Bc. Anna Hrudková The diploma thesis deals with the topic The impact of changes in school legislation on management of pre-primary education. The theoretical part deals with the explanation and definition of concepts in the field of management, management of educational institutions (pre-primary education) and school legislation and its amendments. In the practical part, the work deals with the analysis of the collected data from the questionnaire, data were collected from the directors of nursery schools in the Central Bohemia organized by the municipalities. There is a correlation between changes in educational legislation and changes in the workload of nursery school directors and the functioning of these schools. The aim of my final thesis is to find out whether the current changes in school legislation (focusing on pre- primary education) have a significant impact on the management of kindergartens, how and in what areas the impact of these novelties was influenced. The conclusion of the diploma thesis is the evaluation of the collected data and the proposal of the institution dealing with the legislation of education. Comprehensive evaluation of privat pre-school institution with accreditation Ministry of education, youth and sports

This work deals with a comprehensive evaluation of private nursery schools included in the Register of School Legal Entities. The main research problem is the definition of pre- school facilities accredited by the Ministry of Education based on its comprehensive evaluation. The aim is to completely analyze selected preschool institution accredited by the Ministry and subsequently define the field of education with regard to the research assumptions based on laws, regulations, school government documents and documents selected institutions. The object of this work will be private nursery school accredited by the Ministry and will be subject to evaluation of the operation, ie the evaluation of the organization, control, staffing, content and form of education, educational environment and employee satisfaction school. We will analyze the work and the resources and procedures that must be achieved in order for the organization received accreditation. Subsequently, on the basis of a questionnaire we discover how employees organization meets the system operation or you against him in certain areas defined. Personnel management in kindergarten

The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of personnel work in education, specifically in kindergarten. The aim of the work is the analysis and evaluation of the activities of the kindergarten principal in the field of personnel management with a focus on personnel procedures, the acquisition, selection and development of employees. Its content is an analysis of this issue based on theoretical background, questionnaires and interviews. The first part of the bachelor's thesis brings a theoretical framework of the issue, the examined role of the manager, management and leadership, decision-making and communication. Practical part focuses on the process of personnel management in a private kindergarten. The results of the survey examine in detail the current issues of personnel management from the perspective of the principals of private kindergartens and recommendations for their practice are proposed.
