Tématem této práce je vedení třídy jako manažerská činnost učitele. Cílem této práce je na základě prostudované literatury a analýzy rozhovorů se třemi třídními učiteli ze základní školy a se třemi třídními učiteli ze střední školy sestavit soubor a popis veškerých manažerských kompetencí souvisejících s manažerským vedením třídy. Práce by měla posloužit jako podkladový materiál pro komplexní metaanalýzu manažerské kompetence v profesiogramu učitele. V teoretické části se tato práce zaměřuje na komparaci třídního učitele a manažera. Ve výzkumné části pak tato práce zkoumá problematiku vedení třídy jako manažerskou činnost za pomoci kvalitativního přístupu. A to za pomoci metody polostrukturovaného rozhovoru se šesti respondenty. Tyto polostrukturované rozhovory jsou dále analyzovány a na jejich základě jsou odvozeny závěry této práce. The topic of the thesis is class management as teacher'smanagerial activity. The aim of the thesis is, based on the perused documents, and the interview analysis made with three primary classteachers and three secondary classteachers, to draw a set and description of all manager competition and class management related activities. The thesis is supposed to become the source material for a comprehensive meta analysis of managerialcompetence in a teacher's professiography. Within the theoretical part, the thesis focuses on the comparisonof a teacher and a manager. There search section, using qualitative approach, deals with the issue of class management as managerial activity. The half-structured interview with six respondents have been used as a method, which are further analysed and the conclusion of the thesis has been elicited based on them.
