Business Plan

This diploma thesis deals with the design of a business plan for the establishment and operation of a guesthouse in South Moravia, more precisely in the wine village of Mikulčice near the Slovak border. Part of the work is to perform analyses of external and internal influences affecting the business using selected analyses that are described in the first part of the work. The results of these analyses are elaborated in the second part of this work, which also includes primary research of demand by means of a questionnaire survey of potential guests. In the last part of the work, a separate business plan is then processed according to the template described in the first part of the work. The business plan is based on the analyses that have been carried out and it includes a realistic proposal for the construction and launch of the guesthouse together with its marketing and financial strategy.

The bachelor thesis focuses on the innovation of the business model at Áčkofit, s.r.o., a company specializing in EMS training while also offering dietary supplements for athletes .The theoretical part defines the meanings of key terms related to the content of the thesis and explains its issues. The practical part includes basic information about the company, compares its actual state of equity with its debt, and evaluates the possibilities for financing innovation and changing the business model.

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na sestavení návrhů na zlepšení e-shopu skupiny firem ADW. Návrhy jsou podložené analýzou konkurence, jejich e-shopů a analýzou současného e-shopu. V teoretické části jsou vysvětlené teoretické koncepty pro tento rozvoj. V analytické části je vyhodnocená současná situace e-shopu firem ADW a jsou zde zmíněné oblasti, ve kterých je potřeba provést určité kroky k rozvoji pro dosažení cílů v budoucnosti. V poslední části bakalářské práce je část návrhová, ve které jsou navrženy potřebné kroky k rozvoji potřebných oblastí.
The influence of digitalization on business model

The thesis focuses on the nature and magnitude of the impact that digital transformation has on the business model. The theoretical part of the thesis explains the terms commonly used in the field of digital transformation and describes the concept of business model including its types and templates for its creation. The thesis includes a sample mobile application created in Power Apps, which is used for reporting hours. This application is linked to a report created in Power BI via an automated flow created in Power Automate. This report is used for a visual overview of the hours reported. A sample business model of a fictitious company that specializes in website development, mobile application development and web hosting is also created as part of the work. The Lean Canvas template was used to create the model.

This diploma thesis describes the development of a business model in the field of gastronomy, specifically a restaurant in Jihlava. The aim of this work is to obtain more information about the structure of the business model, strategic planning for a new company, market analysis and the specifics of the process of creating a successful business. One of the main goals is to create a specific business model for a restaurant in Jihlava. It focuses mainly on the nine building blocks of the business model. This is followed by a market analysis, an analysis of the company's strengths and weaknesses. Based on the developed analyzes, possible strategies are developed, which the restaurant can follow in the future.

The main goal of this thesis is to create a business model in a fitness industry. This model serves as a support for creation and operation of the potential fitness. "Let's go together" model is presented in the practical part, based on a newly acquired information summarized in the theoretical part of this thesis. As a part of this model, the analysis of the internal and external market environment has been performed using analytical tool SWOT analysis. The analysis identifies strengths and weaknesses, and what is threats and opportunities in the area. The practical part also contain a research and an outcome of a survey focused on potential clients of the firm. Based on the created business model, the firm doesn't appears to be feasible and sustainable, therefore it is not worthwhile to implement the project.
Blue ocean strategy

The main objective of this bachelor thesis was to evaluate the current position of the selected XY company based on the blue ocean strategy methodology and to propose recommendations for the future strategy. XY's current situation was evaluated using financial analysis of the company, Business model, competitive environment analysis (Porter's five-force model), analysis of the company's external surroundings (PESTE analysis), customer benefit maps and analysis of customer preferences, the results of which were graphically illustrated using value curves. Furthermore, a SWOT analysis was conducted that identified strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Using strengths and opportunities, alternatives were generated for XY's future strategy and were subsequently evaluated using the WSA method. Based on the chosen alternative, a new Business model has been created that describes the benefits and limitations for XY. At the end of the work, the proposals for the future strategy are described based on the chosen alternative using the grid.

The bachelor thesis is focused on the development of business activities of a wine shop located in Blansko. On the basis of the theoretical knowledge from the first part of the thesis, an analytical part is prepared. This part evaluates the current situation of the enterprise. The result of the thesis is the proposal for the implementation of a delivery service that will help the company to increase sales and at the same time gain a competitive advantage.

The result of this work consists of proposals and recommendations for the development of the company's business activities in order to introduce a new product on the market.
