Diplomová práce se zabývá rozvojem obchodních aktivit výrobní společnosti Strojírna Oslavany, spol. s.r.o. na tuzemském i zahraničním trhu. Teoretická část zahrnuje nezbytná východiska a informace potřebné ke zpracování navazující části práce. Analytická část následně vyhodnocuje aktuální situaci vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí společnosti i zkoumaného trhu. Výsledek práce tvoří návrhy a doporučení pro rozvoj obchodních aktivit společnosti v rámci zavedení nového výrobku na trh. This diploma thesis deals with the development of business activities of the production company Strojírna Oslavany, spol. s.r.o. on the domestic and foreign markets. The theoretical part includes the necessary starting points and information needed to process the follow-up part of the work. The analytical part then evaluates the current situation of the external and internal environment of the company and the researched market. The result of this work consists of proposals and recommendations for the development of the company's business activities in order to introduce a new product on the market.
