Štěpánková, Iva ; Kraus, Jiří (advisor) ; Křeček, Jan (referee)
A topic of this thesis addresses the media image of three football clubs as this was reflected in the Czech press within 2010/2011 season. The attention is paid to the press coverage of Sparta Praha, Manchester United and Dukla Praha. The specifics of their image are followed in three differently profiled Czech titles. Deník Sport represents the sport - focused newspaper, Mladá fronta Dnes stands for the most widely read Czech newspaper with a special regional sport section and Hospodářské noviny has been chosen because of their specifically economic profile where the sport section represents just a minor part of each issue. The term "media image" is linked to the signs of evaluation and expression of support for a particular team as it is mediated through the articles. This support is analysed through the structure of topics and through the use of subjective language. The aim is to point on how these teams were presented during the season and how their presence kept changing in the press within the time. The possible differences and overlapping are explained more into details. The term "media bias" is related to subjective reporting that stresses negativity or stardom on the contrary. The term is used to point out potential devotion from objective reporting. It is used to address possibly...

9 Abstract Title: Case Study of physiotherapy treatment of a patient with the diagnosis of periprostetic fracture osteosynthesis of a left femur in the osteopetrotic ground after left coxa total hip arthroplasty Objectives: The objective of this thesis was to study the literature concerning the topic, elaborate a case study of a concrete patient and verify my capacities while working with a patient. The aim of this thesis is to create structures with a high potential of the modern technology handling. To tackle this task the graphical program GeoGebra was chosen due to its qualities for creating dynamic structures and the other advantages presented further in the thesis. To the created constructions the detailed instructions how they can be constructed are added. The thesis is also accompanied by worksheets with solved tasks, focusing on the application of trigonometric functions in real situations.

The purchase agreement
Šedová, Alena ; Salač, Josef (advisor) ; Pohl, Tomáš (referee)
- The Purchase Agreement The purchase agreement is one of the oldest legal instruments of the contract law. We do not even notice that we all meet with one of its types every day when buying things in the supermarket. And many of us have already met a more sophisticated form of the purchase agreement when buying a real estate or a car. Due to its daily use and several types, I found the question of the purchase agreement interesting and it has become the topic of my Master's degree thesis. The thesis is composed of thirteen chapters, each of them dealing with different aspects of the purchase agreement. It starts with its history. Then it defines the legal regulations of the purchase agreement, describes its definition, essentials, claims of a seller and a purchaser in case of wrong performance, and also illustrates the possibilities of adjoining agreements which can be added to the purchase agreement, and at last it looks at the special types of the purchase agreement and at the purchase agreement composed in the form of the notarial record. The other chapters are devoted to the topics which are closely connected to the question of the purchase agreement.

Optimization of Business Trips Schedule -Vehicle Routing Problem Application
Dvořáčková, Tereza ; Šindelářová, Irena (advisor) ; Skočdopolová, Veronika (referee)
My bachelor thesis deals with the special linear programming problems, so called distribution problems. Special attention is paid to the travelling salesman problem (TSP) and the vehicle routing problem (VRP). The introductory theoretical chapters explain mathematical models of selected distribution problems, as well the description of some heuristic methods for solving the TSP problem. The modifications of these heuristics are then applied to the real vehicle routing problem. In that real task (included in the last part of this thesis) the daily schedule for a sales representative of one unnamed Czech company is optimized. That sales representative regularly attends customers in his assigned territory and my optimization is focused on saving his time. The results obtained by means of heuristics as well by LINGO software are compared in the thesis conclusion. In chapter 3.5 the real task was modified by means of introducing new limitations, so-called time windows. The results of my thesis will be present to the company.

The Language of Contemporary Advertising and the Codification of the Czech Language (The Regional Press of the Town Beroun Its Surroundings)
Očenášková, Gabriela ; Kvítková, Naděžda (referee) ; Chejnová, Pavla (advisor)
The thesis deals with the language of contemporary advertising published 1 in a selection of regional newspapers of the town Beroun and its surroundings, i.e. Berounsky denik, Podbrdské noviny and The Independent Newspaper of the Beroun Region - ECHO. The main part of the paper evaluates the language of advertising from the point of view of codification and examines the flaws in orthography which appear in these texts. The deviations from the orthography rules found in the texts are classified in compliance to The Czech Language Orthography Rules published in 2004. Following the discovered facts I tried to find out which mistakes prevail, to identify the causes of their origin and to review to what extent the adult population has mastered the rules. Besides the orthographic flaws I also focused on other aberrations from the language standards and special features in the fields of stylistics, lexicology and morphology. As I worked with a specific type of newspapers - the regional press - 1 also tried to draw a more general picture of the form and the language of their advertising and to compare the present-day situation with the condition twelve years ago when these newspapers started to be published.
