Analysis of the revenue the state financial statements for the years 1993 - 2007

This work deals with the general theme of the state budget and the state financial statement. The specific objectives of the work is the analysis of the state financial statements of the Czech Republic in the years 1993 - 2007 and mainly evaluate the success rate of governments in drawing up national budgets in comparison with results published in the state financial statement for individual years. The work is divided into three chapters. The first chapter consists of a theoretical basis for the next chapter. It deals with the characteristics, the content and explanation of the most important elements of the state budget and the state financial statement. The second chapter addresses the secondary objective of the work, the analysis of the state financial statements of the Czech Republic in the years 1993 - 2007 in terms of revenue. The third chapter is focusing on analysis and evaluation of the success of governments in the compilation of selected parts of national budgets.

The past, present and future of a community called Mšeno

The main focus of this thesis is on the town of Mšeno and its inhabitants. The first part deals with the town's history and its municipal treasured buildings zone. The following part gives a detailed demographic analysis. The third part covers issues of town planning, local economy, evaluation of social and technical infrastructure. The same part also further gives an analysis of environmental issues and tourism in town and its surroundings. Additionally, the next part introduces an elaborated and processed questionnaire survey, made in Mšeno in the year 2008. Based on the analyses and questionnaire, the last part then deals with a potential future development of the town.

Vocational rehabilitation and supported employment of people with disabilities in the Czech Republic

The thesis is focused on the position of people with disabilities on the labour market in the Czech Republic, on the received arrangements for support of their employment and on their possibilities to get a job. The first part deals with characteristics of the present situation of disabled people on the labour market and with specification of various factors, which can influence their employment. The next part is focused on the supported employment service, which helps disadvantaged people on the labour market, especially people with disabilities, on the principles and advantages of this service and also on the comparison of the Czech experiences with experiences of the chosen European union countries. Only the nongovernmental non-profit organizations so far offer the supported employment service in the Czech Republic and that is why the following part discusses the topic of this organizations and their financing, especially funding from EU structural funds, which are the most important source of money for most of the mentioned organizations. The final part deals with the incentives, which can lead employers to employ the person with disability.

The Relationships among Members of the Zelenohorské Unit

Jako téma rigorózní práce jsem si zvolila "Příbuzenské vztahy členů Zelenohorské jednoty", která se ustavila 28. listopadu 1465 na Zelené Hoře u Nepomuku. Touto problematikou jsem se zabývala již ve své diplomové práci, kterou jsem obhájila na katedře dějepisu a didaktiky dějepisu Pedagogické fakulty UK v květnu 2006. Tato práce je rozšířená o nové poznatky získané z dalších pramenů a literatury a některé údaje jsou změněny na základě nově objevených skutečností. Panský odboj, zastřený pod rouškou náboženského boje, proti kališnickému králi Jiřímu z Poděbrad trval až do jeho smrti v březnu 1471. Poděbradovou smrtí se ale situace v Českém království neuklidnila. Novému králi Vladislavu Jagellonskému se katolické panstvo podřídilo až v letech 1478 - 1479 po uzavření dohod mezi Matyášem Korvínem a Vladislavem Jagellonským. Mě ovšem nezajímalo pouze období aktivního odboje katolického panstva proti králi, ale i léta předcházející a zároveň následující, kdy docházelo k uzavírání sňatků mezi členy rodů participujících na vzniku Zelenohorské jednoty. Co-evolutionary aspects of genetic diversity: milk production and lactase persistence

Lactase persistence (LP) is genetically determined ability to digest lactose (milk sugar) in adulthood. Lactose is digested by the intestinal enzyme - lactase. In mammals, production of lactase declines after the weaning period. In case of the LP, the lactase is produced during whole life and thus it is possible to drink larger amounts of fresh milk without digestive problems. However, LP is documented only in some human populations. Its worldwide distribution is unequal, the highest rates are found in northern Europe and in pastoralists living in arid regions of Africa and Arabia. The origin of this trait is related to the emergence of agriculture 10,000 years ago, and the beginnings of milk production. In some populations, there is a strong signal of positive selection for the LP caused by various factors depending on various living conditions. The LP is associated with single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) located approximately 14 kb upstream from lactase gene. Nowadays we know five different SNPs which cause the LP and they have probably different origin and have expanded independently. One of the possible centres of the LP origin is the Arabian Peninsula, where the LP variant -13,915*G probably first appeared and spread. Czechs and Slovaks to the Rothermer action in 1927. Contribution to the problem of Trianon treaty revision

Dne 21. června 1927 otiskl britský novinový magnát lord Rothermere ve svých "Daily Mail" článek, v němž požadoval revizi trianonského míru z roku 1920. Domáhal se provedení určitých hraničních korektur ve prospěch Maďarska. To byl počátek tiskové kampaně, která k sobě po několik měsíců poutala pozornost nejen evropských novinářů, ale také politiků. Největší ohlas vzbudila v zemích, jichž se bezprostředně týkala, t.j. v Maďarsku, jemuž měla dopomoci k územním ziskům, a ve státech Malé dohody, na jejichž úkor měla být provedena. Cílem práce je postihnout ohlas a reakce, které tato akce vyvolala mezi Čechy a Slováky. V této souvislosti si lze položit následující otázky: Do jaké míry zasáhla tisková kampaň britského lorda československou společnost a jak se s ní tuzemské prostředí vyrovnalo? Sjednotil ji útok zpochybňující stávající hranici ČSR, a nebo naopak vyvolal nějaké spory? Existovaly rozdíly v ohlasu mezi Čechy a Slováky a byly všechny složky obyvatel ve svých reakcích jednotné? Jak reagovala na Rothermerovu kampaň československá diplomacie a jaký význam jí přisuzovala? Lišil se její přístup k lordově akci od stanoviska širší veřejnosti? Důležitou úlohu v kampani představovala její reflexe domácím tiskem, proto budu věnovat pozornost i této problematice. Časově je práce vymezena rokem 1927, s menšími...

Práce je zaměřena na poskytnutí srozumitelného a čtivého návodu k sestavení podnikatelského plánu nově vznikající společnosti. Teoretická část shrnuje obecné poznatky z dané oblasti. V praktické části je zpracován kompletní podnikatelský plán společnosti, jejímž cílem je v Čechách vytvořit a usadit se na zcela novém trhu, který bude charakteristický využitím nejnovějších zobrazovacích a ovládacích technologií v oblasti nočních zábavních podniků a barů.

Criminal defences in Czech and Irish criminal law

Criminal defences in Czech and Irish criminal law This thesis deals with the analysis of individual elements of criminal defences under the Czech and Irish criminal legal statutes with respect to the conclusions, which are therefrom drawn in theory and practice. The aim of this thesis is to render an overview concerning the distinctions and similarities in understanding, importance and operating of the defences in different law systems, rather than to present an exhaustive commentary on all legal institutes which exclude illegality and as such come into mind. Regarding the fact that Czech and Irish systems of law are subsumed under different legal systems, particular institutes of criminal defences cannot be based on the same rules, principles and theoretical grounds. It shall be noted, that while Czech criminal law is mainly to be found in a single piece of legislation known as the Criminal Law Act, Irish criminal law on the other hand not only has a separate statutory legislation, but also mainly depends on common law. The Business Plan for the specific company

Byly shromážděny údaje týkající se sestavení a struktury podnikatelského záměru ze všech možných oblastí podniku. Dále byly shromážděny údaje týkající se strategických analýz sloužících k externí a interní analýze podniku. V následující části byly shromážděny údaje týkající se dotčeného průmyslu v ČR a vzhledem k těmto datům byly provedeny externí a interní analýzy. Dále byl navrhnut celkový podnikatelský záměr včetně analýz zdrojů, základních surovin a výrobků, dodavatelů a odběratelů, cílových trhů, konkurence a dopadů na životní prostředí. Následovaly analýzy ekonomických informací a z těchto údajů byla provedena finanční analýza společnosti a jejího předpokládaného hospodaření. Pro upřesnění byly doplněny strategie dalšího rozvoje firmy. Výsledkem bylo zhodnocení životaschopnosti podnikatelského záměru.

MOŽNOSTI VYUŽITÍ PROJEKTOVÝCH TECHNIK V PROCESNÍM MANAGEMENTU A NOVÉ SMĚRY PROJEKTOVÉHO MANAGEMENTU

Tato práce se zabývá vzájemnou provázaností projektového a procesního řízení. Jejím cílem je zjištění možností přenosu technik a metod aplikovaných při řešení projektů na řešení problémů v procesním řízení. Po prozkoumání společných a rozdílných rysů projektů a procesů jsem v první části práce dospěl k závěru, že mezi instanci procesu a projekt lze, s jistými omezeními, položit ekvivalenci. V následující části práce mapuji vzájemné interakce mezi projektovým a procesním řízením. Jsou zde uvedeny jak obecné způsoby vzájemných interakcí mezi oběma typy řízení, tak vybrané metodiky, které získávají v posledních letech na významu, ale prozatím nepronikly do obecného povědomí (Six Sigma, Lean). Práce má také za úkol čtenáře seznámit s novými trendy v projektovém řízení. Do této oblasti spadá a významnou částí na práci se podílí pojednání o Human Interaction Managementu. Práce se pokouší o zmapování jeho možností a přínosů, ale také možných problémových oblastí, se kterými se může uživatel tohoto přístupu setkat. Do práce jsem zahrnul také seznámení s prvním Human Interaction Management Systémem, který prozatím není běžně dostupný. Cílem bylo přiblížit čtenáři způsob práce s takovýmto systémem, seznámit jej s výhodami tohoto nového přístupu na konkrétní aplikaci, ale také nastínit možná úskalí.
