Frídová, Denisa ; Krykorková, Hana (advisor) ; Švandová, Martina (referee)
A Conception of pre-school child's resilience and its comparison from teacher's and parent's point of view The key words:  psychological resilience  pre-school child  initiative  self-regulation  attachment/relationships Abstract Theoretical part In the theoretical part the term "psychic resilience" and various approaches to it will be established. The reader will be familiarized with the factors of psychic resilience that are of the utmost importance for its development. A self-contained chapter will be dedicated to the characteristics of the pre-school child with a focus on the most important areas of said age - socialization, play, the development of self-regulation and initiative. Kindergartens as important institutions throughout the pre-school age will also be targeted. Practical part The goal of the practical part is to determine whether the viewing angle and overall conception of a child's psychic resilience differ among a child's parents and a child's teachers. Given the fact that psychic resilience is being developed in two separate environments, family and school, disparities in the conception of psychic resilience from a parent and teacher's standpoint have been observed. The standardized DECA-2 form has been used.

Exnerová, Markéta ; Lorenzová, Jitka (advisor) ; Valenta, Josef (referee)
This thesis deals with the school crisis plan as one of the methods to help teachers with solving situations in consequence of risk behavior of pupils. School crisis plan is a set of procedures solving risk situations which may occur in the school environment as a result of risk behaviour of pupils. The thesis is composed of five basic parts. The first four parts are theoretical. They deal with the general concept of the school crisis plan and its integration into the system of preventive action within the school risk behavior. An important part is also a description of the roles of teachers with regard to crisis situations in school and the possibility of their cooperation, which I see as one of the most crucial points of effective implementation of the crisis plan of the school. Another equally crucial point in the effective implementation of the school crisis plan are competence of teachers, which are also listed in this section of my thesis. The fifth part of the thesis deals with the practical use of school crisis plan. There are several approaches to solving specific situations that may appear in school within the risk behaviors. These procedures are shown graphically for easy orientation.

The conclusion is based on all of the data created by the image of women as perceived by contemporary advertising compared to what was required of traditional society. The conclusion of the study, including a shift in social values, is supported by a brief comparison of the results of this work, based on knowledge of the study Language image of women in advertising in the late 19th Century (Štumpf, M., RP, Charles University, 2008).

Vaisová, Petra ; Radvanová, Senta (advisor) ; Frinta, Ondřej (referee)
The legal status of parents of a child in case of the child's adoption Abstract The thesis is concerned with adoption, focusing primarily on the legal status of child's parents during adoption proceedings. It aims to highlight the current problems, which stem not only from the incompleteness and ambiguity of the legislation, but also from its application in practice. When analyzing the particular topics, I relied on professional publications and commentaries on laws, which I compared with the actual articles in selected journals and the current jurisdiction, which, however, is not too rich in this area. Practical side was consulted with Dr. Zarasova - an employee of the Department of Social and Legal Protection of Children in Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs. The work consists of an introduction, five successive chapters and a conclusion. The first chapter defines the basic terms that are often used in practice and the definition of which is often not entirely clear - children, parents and family. In addition, this chapter addresses the concept of substitute family care and introduces some of its forms, which the law in the Czech Republic offers. As an overview, several international and year-to-year comparisons are also listed. The second chapter investigates the actual adoption in more detail. It...
Bedtime story and sleep! Regulating the use of television in raising children under 6 years of age
Švecová, Martina ; Jirák, Jan (advisor) ; Bednařík, Petr (referee) ; Štoll, Martin (referee)
The rigorous thesis "Bedtime story and sleep! Regulating the use of television in raising children under 6 years of age", describes the way and intensity of how parents regulate children's TV viewing. However, since a TV set (as an object) in our households is not the only displaying device and television (as an institution) is not the only broadcaster of television contents, this thesis also includes watching TV programmes on other displaying devices such as computer, tablet, laptop and smartphone, which are connectable to the Internet. The chosen target group are children from 0 to 6 years of age. The thesis is based on two hypotheses. Firstly, parents use TV as a babysitter, and do so for various reasons. The second hypothesis assumes that parents do not pay attention to the time and type of programmes that children watch, even at a very early age when children are most vulnerable. The theoretical part consists of two chapters. The first chapter describes the position and importance of a TV set (as an object), television (as an institution) and television programmes (as watched audiovisual contents) in our households, and deals with the influence of television on the socialisation of the child in the family. The second chapter describes both positive and negative influences of media (television...
