Evaluation and Optimization Proposal of Personnel Situation in the Selected Company With Focus on Motivation of Employees

Diploma thesis is dealing with contemporary situation in family center Bruno family park in Brno. Theoretical part is brief summary of theoretical background from available literature about human resource management, personnel work, employee motivation, remuneration, job satisfaction, etc. Analytical part contains evaluation actuall personnel situation in the family center, evaluates positive sides and negative sides from sight of employees and management as well. To get needed informations was used survey research between employees and part-time workers and interview with management. This thesis is also focused on job satisfaction and motivation of part-time workers, becouse they are the largest group of workers in company. In proposal part are sugestions of identified problems and try to optimalization of actuall situation.

This diploma thesis focuses on analyzing limitations of marketing communication of Služby Blansko, Ltd. It tries to establish how these shortcomings could be eliminated and in achieving these goal different tools like marketing mix analysis is used. Based on the feedbacks from the customers and discussion with the management of the company, some measures on how to properly react to each individual customer demand and increase attendance and popularity of Služby Blansko, Ltd. were suggested.

Developeri v IT tíme vidia IT manažment ako vedúcich ich oddelenia a IT projektov. Úzkoprsosť manažmentu spoločnosti je často videná ako problém v riadení IT. Avšak v DCMM terminológii sa od vedúcich manažmentu vyžaduje rovnocenná diskusia medzi oboma účastníkmi. Pri rovnocennej diskusii to má za pozitívny dopad na pracovníkov IT a riešenia IT projektu, než pri nerovnocennej komunikácií. Navrhovaný systém umožňuje uživateľom (IT manažérom) manažovať a zobrazovať zdroje IT oddelenia, aktuálny stav projektu a aktuálny pohľad na manažment IT v DCMM perspektíve. Hlavné zameranie je kladené na extrakciu záznamov z rôznych nástrojov, ktoré sú spojené do príbehov. Tieto príbehy vytvárajú reťazec navzájom súvisiacich krokov, ktoré majú buď pozitívny alebo negatívny dopad na podnikanie. DCMM metriky boli realizované pre pomoc IT manažmentu aby sa vďaka ním vedel rozhodnúť ísť v smere nových myšlienok alebo sa držať ďaleko od inovácií. Pri použití nástroja, je manažmentu podniku ľahšie určiť, či DCMM pomôže danej spoločnosti byť inovatívna alebo či sa má rozhodnúť zostať v užívaní aktuálneho manažérskeho modelu. Na základe aktuálnych a predošlých udalostí odohraných vo firme, ktoré sa zobrazia je nutné vykonať manažérsku analýzu pre zistenie nových vedomostí.

Then, this thesis compiles chosen analysis of the ski school and rental ARON Sport based on knowledge of the first part. These analysis serve as a basic for suggestions that get better a current adverse situation of the ski school.
"Centrum" Department Store in Brno

The subject of the thesis is an architectural study of the reconstruction and extension of the "Centrum" department store in Brno. It is a dominant building designed by the famous czech architect Vladimir Karfík, which is located at the Urban Conservation Area Brno. Object wasn´t realized with the full extent of the original proposal, so in the project is planned a completion of it. The new solution respects the historical quality of Urban Conservation Area Brno with a concurrent view of the location on the lucrative land in the city center. The architectural concept is based on a return to the original idea of the architect and the addition of my own creative contribution within the extension of the new floors. Draft of the extension is intended so that the individual parts of an object communicate with each other, but they are easily recognizable as well. This idea was filled by both parts linked together visually by horizontal lines and ripple, which is used on balconies of the extension and behind the facade of the current building by shielding walls. However it is emphasized the contrast between an enclosed mass and a free-flowing space. The existing part of the building is used especialy as a leasable area of trade and services. On the upper floors there are areas of administration. Furthermore, there will be a restaurant and cafe with exhibition galleries and apartments are designed on the new added floors. The building is adapted to use by person with limited mobility. Newly added uses in the object will increase the attractiveness of the building and its surroundings.
