The subject of my thesis, entitled A Marketing Plan for the company Sika CZ, Ltd, which deals in the production of chemicals for the building industry, is an analysis of the current situation of the company. The first part, entitled The Newest Theoretical Data, is devoted to a proposal of the methods, analyses and elements of marketing communication that are essential for the creation of a marketing plan. The analytical part of the thesis involves the individual analyses that form the basis for the following part, entitled My Proposals for a Solution. In the chapter My Proposals and Solutions, I subsequently put forth a comprehensive marketing plan that would lead to the attain-ment of the company’s specific goals.
