Diplomová práce se zabývá vypracováním podnikatelského plánu pro založení personální agentury. V první části práce jsou zpracována teoretická východiska pro následující dvě části. Druhou částí této práce je především analýza makroprostředí a mikroprostředí. Třetí, návrhová část, obsahuje podnikatelský plán včetně všech jeho součástí. Hlavním úkolem této práce je zhodnotit, zda podnikatelský plán realizovat, či nikoli. The master´s thesis deals with the creation of the business plan for a recruitment agency establishment. In the first part there is a theoretical basis for the following two parts. The second part of thesis mainly analyses the macroenvironment and microenvironment. Third, the proposal part, contains the business plan with all of its components. The main task of this thesis is to assess whether to implement the plan or not.
