The company is a rather minor character breakdown by size of enterprise. The work is divided into three parts. In the theoretical section - the theoretical basis for second part is explained and that is analysis of the current state and next is design part.
Cultural Influence and the Films of Quentin Tarantino

Master thesis deals with cultural influences in Quentin Tarantino's films. The thesis examines the arrangement, image, and interconnectedness of these influences. The sources, that inspired Tarantino, are used from the director's statements and theoretically with a focus on the issue of intertextuality and intertextual connection. The creative intention and filmmaker's style is presented on individual examples of film scenes, parts or entire stories present in Tarantino's film world. At the same time, the sources of inspiration for his films are analysed by revealing individual creative class. In addition to creative class, connections to other films, works of art or cultural places are sought.

The topic of this thesis What do children draw (not only) on the asphalt is to explore a material potential of outside environment as a specific device for teaching art education. The first part defines the role of the arts in contemporary education system, sets out the main goals and points out specialties of the field. The next section deals with the observation of spontaneous creative expressions of children on non-traditional sourfaces, their place in the natural need for exploration, and playing as a means of understanding the world. Compares the difference of the creation in outdoor environments on unconventional surfaces and the classical indoor creation and deals with the potential use of this knowledge. Looks for possibilities which would enrich the teaching of art and offer teachers new inspiration. Finally, on the basis of my own interventions, verifies the applicability of theoretical findings and their possible application in teaching at primary schools.
Theory of Planned Behavior and Counterproductive Work Behavior

This master thesis aims to explore and predict counterproductive work behavior (CWB) targeted to the employer within a framework of the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB). The question is examined by quantitative questionnaire survey, assessing attitudes, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, intention and actual behavior. The aim of this study is to verify the psychometric properties of a non-standardized questionnaire designed in the theoretical framework of the Theory of Planned Behavior, analysis of functionality of the proposed model and the proposal of its possible improvements to be given. Unrepresentative sample (n = 71 in the first phase of research, n = 41 in the second phase) consists of working adults with a work history of at least one year. The proposed model of the Theory of Planned Behavior is analyzed using the method of multiple linear regression analysis, which shows a statistically significant relationship between the dependent variable and some of the independent variables in the first phase of the research. In the second phase, no significant relationships between variables are found. Legal Regulation of Environmental Impact Assessment

The subject of this diploma thesis is the analysis of the legal regulation of environmental impact assessment (EIA). EIA is one of the horizontal instruments of environmental law. It is based on the principle of prevention and sustainable development. The Czech legislation can be found primarily in the EIA Act which, to a large extent, is the result of the transposition of the EIA Directive. National and European regulation of environmental impact assessment is significantly influenced by international law, in particular by the Espoo Convention and the Aarhus Convention. Non-legally binding documents are also very important. During the environmental impact assessment process, which consists of several phases, the significant impacts of the project on the environment and public health are examined and evaluated. Not all projects are subject to assessment, but only those which are stipulated directly by law ("obligatorily assessed projects") or by the relevant administrative authority in the screening procedure ("facultatively assessed projects"). The result of the assessment, which is performed by authorized experts, serves as an objective expert basis for the so-called consequential proceedings, in which a decision is made on the approval of the project. It contains detailed analysis of the present state of company´s internal and external environment in which the company performs. The aim of this thesis is to create a business plan based on the theoretical knowledge and identified facts. This business plan should lead to the improvement of company´s market position.
