Verification of the ski methodical teaching procedure at the ski course for beginners

Title: Evaluation of methodical program in skiing lectures amongst beginners Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to evaluate effectivity of methodical program used to teach skiers at beginner level. Methods: Participant observation and scaling was used to rate the performance of participants in unified test battery. Performed once before and once after the training given to the participants. We also used a poll survey to get additional information concerning the participants. Results: All of the participants scored better results in the second test battery performed after training they had been given. The methodical program has therefore been successful. The lowest advancement was achieved when testing stationary one-legged stance (0,85 points). Biggest average score difference was achieved while testing kick turn (1,2 points). Correspondingly 1,15 points was the average improvement in tests of gliding plough followed by stop and one-legged glide. Average 1,1 improvement was achieved while testing sided ski-skating. Title: Younger Junior Women's Movement Output in Handball with a Selected Team SCM. Objectives : The Aim of the thesis is a result analysis of SCM member's compulsory testing of movement output in handball together with considering the effectivity of the load. Methods: We used methods of analysis and comparison in our work. The method of analysis was applied when analysing each of the disciplines, and the method of comparison was used in the part where we compared the disciplines of the testing set, and in the part where we compared the members. The comparison was also applied in the part where average values needed to be compared. Results: We have found out that the influence of the training did not cause expected rise of physical condition. We have concluded from the results of the training set. During the two-year cycle in which we monitored the amount of load of the training unit the physical condition fell. Influence of selected conditional factors on performance in white water slalom

Title: Influence of selected conditional factors on performance in white water slalom. Aims: The aim of the study was to investigate the relationship of selected specific movement abilities being examined modified test battery with the performance of athletes in the water slalom. Methods: It was used field measurements where the applied modified test battery. Using GPS module to determine the distance partial tests from batery. For measuring was used manual measurement. To determine the statistical correlation between the modified battery and performance ability of competitors was used two different coefficients of correlation and regression analysis. According to the order of the test and the race was used nonparametric correlation study - Spearman correlation coefficient. Determining the statistical significance of the relationship of measured times in tests and final time in the nomination races have used the Pearson correlation coefficient. Results: For a statistically significant relationship was determined value when r ≥ 0.8. Spearman's correlation coefficient: In the test at 40 m were obtained these correlation coefficients: Nomination races rs = 0,380952, Czech cup rs = 0,595238. Testing and development of the condition in Allkampf-jitsu

Title: Effect of training on the development condition in Allkampf-jitsu. Objectives: The main objective is to design and evaluate a training program teaching selected techniques in Allkampf-jitsu, which would have a selected group for a period of time to increase the level of physical fitness. Methods: The experiment was carried out by direct and participant observation of two test groups (each group consisted of approximately 15 subjects studied). It was used method of testing and measurement. In this work it was found using the test method level motor ability and motor skills. To determine the physical fitness tests were used selected from the test battery SPFT (Specific Physical Fitness Test). Results: The aim of this work was to design and evaluate a training program for advanced in Allkampf-jitsu, which should at selected experimental group for a period of time to increase physical fitness. The level of physical fitness is verified using the test battery SPFT. For statistically significant (significant) result was considered such a result, when the p value was less than 0.05 (5% probability). Motor tests in children's figure skating

Introduction: Motor tests in figure skating for children to determine the level of fitness and coordination skills. It contains a selection of individual movement tasks and their justification. Aims: Analysis of assumptions and prediction of fitness assumptions for figure skating in children. Assembly of a battery of field motor tests, evaluating general and specific readiness for figure skaters. Another goal is to prove whether there is a relationship between current sports performance and the analysis of assumptions for figure skating at the age of 10-12 years. Methods: quantitative and qualitative analysis of motor skills, method of questioning, examples, observation, testing and evaluation. Results: The relationship between sports performance and analysis of assumptions was not fully confirmed. All initial assumptions were not confirmed and the work allows a more accurate focus of subsequent research. Conclusion: The set goals were achieved. Title: Body composition and motor performance in children of younger school age Objectives: The main objective is to prepare a literature review on the issue of body composition and motor performance. A partial goal is to evaluate the methods of estimating body composition and evaluation of test batteries designed to diagnose motor performance of individuals of younger school age. Methods: The work was processed on the basis of research and comparison of domestic and foreign professional literature, which deals with body composition and motor performance. These concepts were identified through content analysis of professional communications, publications and articles. Many information sources were used to obtain data, mainly professional literature and books on sports topics concentrated in the National Digital Library of the Czech Republic. And then also the Portal of Electronic Resources of Charles University, especially PubMed and SPORTDiscus. Title: Development of versatility in children's tennis training Elaborated: Anežka Zmátlová Supervisor: Mgr. Tomáš Kočíb Aims: This bachelor thesis has a theoretical-empirical character. The aim of the thesis was to evaluate the level of motor aptitude and versatility in children who were tested using the test battery according to Blažek (2012). The theoretical part includes the characteristics of tennis, the structure of sports performance, fitness and coordination skills. The empirical part focuses on the assessment of the level of versatility in the tested children. The results are presented graphically and inform illustratively about the level of versatility of the probands studied. Methods of work: Observation, questioning, testing, document analysis Results: The results of the testing show that generally higher levels of versatility are found in individuals who include other activities in their training. The Comparison of the results of motor tests of VK Rakovník volleyball players with a selection of SCM players of the same age

Title: The Comparison of the results of motor tests of VK Rakovník volleyball players with a selection of SCM players of the same age Objectives: The aim of the work is to analyze and compare the results of motor tests in players VK Rakovník - volleyball club, z.s. and SCM players of the same age. Methods: The datas measured by VK Rakovník and a players belonging to SpS and SCM in 2019 were used to perform the analysis. The tested group has 163 players. A complete boxplot was used to analyze the data - maximum, minimum, arithmetic median, mean, standard deviation and 1st - 4th quartile. Results: The results show that the VKR section has a lower level of motor skills. And in the test, jump after a smeart run, throw 1 kg of medicine ball - one-handed, long jump from the place. In the K-test, the VKR section was better than the SCM selection. The results show differences between VKR performance players and top SCM players. From the knowledge gained, we can assume that the players of the VKR section have a lower level of motor skills, which are the basis for volleyball players.
