Název: Testování a rozvoj kondice v Allkampf-jitsu Cíle: Hlavním cílem je navrhnout a vyhodnotit tréninkový program výuky vybraných technik v Allkampf-jitsu, který by měl u vybrané skupiny za určitou dobu zvýšit úroveň fyzické zdatnosti. Metody: Experiment byl prováděn metodou přímého a zúčastněného pozorování dvou testovaných skupin (1 skupina byla tvořena přibližně 15 zkoumanými subjekty). Dále byla použita metoda testování a měření. V práci bylo zjištěno pomocí testovací metody úroveň pohybových schopností a pohybových dovedností. Pro zjištění tělesné kondice byly použity vybrané testy z testové baterie SPFT (Specific Physical Fitness Test). Výsledky: Cílem práce bylo navrhnout a vyhodnotit tréninkový program pro pokročilé v allkampf-jitsu, který by měl u vybrané experimentální skupiny za určitou dobu zvýšit úroveň fyzické zdatnosti. Úroveň fyzické zdatnosti jsme ověřovali pomocí testové baterie SPFT. Za statisticky významný (signifikantní) výsledek byl považován takový výsledek, kdy hodnota p byla menší než 0,05 (5% pravděpodobnost). Ke statistickému vyhodnocení byl použit párový t-test pro závislá data. Z konečných výsledků vyplynulo, že navržený tréninkový program je efektivní v rozvoji rychlostních schopností. V rozvoji kloubní pohyblivosti se jako účinnější neprokázal. Klíčová slova:... Title: Effect of training on the development condition in Allkampf-jitsu. Objectives: The main objective is to design and evaluate a training program teaching selected techniques in Allkampf-jitsu, which would have a selected group for a period of time to increase the level of physical fitness. Methods: The experiment was carried out by direct and participant observation of two test groups (each group consisted of approximately 15 subjects studied). It was used method of testing and measurement. In this work it was found using the test method level motor ability and motor skills. To determine the physical fitness tests were used selected from the test battery SPFT (Specific Physical Fitness Test). Results: The aim of this work was to design and evaluate a training program for advanced in Allkampf-jitsu, which should at selected experimental group for a period of time to increase physical fitness. The level of physical fitness is verified using the test battery SPFT. For statistically significant (significant) result was considered such a result, when the p value was less than 0.05 (5% probability).
