The diploma thesis focuses on the integration innovative technologies and mobile applications to use for zoo parks in Czech Republic. It analyzes current status of parks, gardens and visitors potential and readiness to use modern technology and level of benefit from acquisition of the Mobile guide as a tool to promote attendance and marketability of the additional services and products. It contains a proposal for selection of appropriate content and service supplier. With these parameters has project to help to increase of zoo attendance, but also increase economic profit on operated additional services and other projects.
Mobile applications to support T-Mobile brand

This Bachelor thesis deals with mobile applications Našim pro radost and Můj T-Mobile created by T-Mobile company and their use in marketing. The tool of the thesis is analysis of the mobile applications, their functions, development and services they provide. The thesis includes two surveys, first based on interviews with managers, second based on the survey of users. The aim is to compare both surveys and make recommendations for future applications development. The first part contains important theoretical knowledge of the topic of mobile marketing and mobile applications. The basics for this part are the scientific studies, expert internet sources and literary sources. The second part is about analysis of T-Mobile company and applications of T-Mobile, survey of interview, survey of questionnaire and following comparison and recommendation for T-Mobile company. In this section, the sources are interviews with executives of T-Mobile and a semi-structured online questionnaire with users.
M-commerce and its impact on acommodation services

The main goal of the bachelor thesis is to describe the developement and expansion of a phenomenon known as M-commerce and criticaly analyze its impact on accommodation services. The purpose of the introduction chapters is to put the topic in context with developement of comercial internet and E-commerce, followed by description of the branche M-commerce from two points of view, business and technological. From those points is investigated the segment of M-tourism, the usage of mobile applications in accommodation services. After the analysis of impact of mobile technologies on purchasing process in tourism follows examination of trends and specific usage of applications. In the final chapters, the usage of mobile technologies in three business models is compared and their disruptive potential to acommodation industry is investigated.

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to create a business plan for a company, which produces mobile devices applications, that are currently popular and also to acquaint its readers with the specifics of the business in software development. The theoretical part contains short explanations of writing a business plan and describes its components. The described tools are then applied in the practical part, with the use of author's work experience in mobile applications developing and selling. The conclusion contains the complete evaluation of the business plan.
Responsive Design Usage Scenarios in Application Design

The thesis compares the most frequently used approaches to presenting electronic content in a way that is optimized for new device classes, namely smartphones and tablets, in order to enable a more effective decision-making process concerning content strategies accenting modern electronic channels. The thesis describes the historic context resulting in new needs in the area of content presentation. It compares the responsive design approach to traditional web design and mobile applications. The focus is put on detailed analysis of various responsive design aspects including the technical basis for responsive web design, economical aspects, the needs of tailoring the design process to fit with responsive web design and implementation in portal solutions, among others. The original part of the thesis contains a practical demonstration of responsive design implementation on top of an existing traditionally designed web property, namely the ČSOB.cz homepage. Basic criteria to consider when deciding about responsive web design adoption are also included.
Mobile applications in the hotel industry

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to map the field of mobile applications which are related to the tourism industry, primarily to the hotel industry. The beginning of the work is focused on the current position of mobile technologies and m-Tourism. On the basis of the own research, the categorization of current applications related to the tourism industry was created. Thanks to the research it was possible to set up a summary of characteristics which are included in the mobile applications connected to the hotel industry. The main contribution consists of the use of obtained information for a creation of a project for a mobile application for the chain of Clarion Hotels in the Czech Republic. This project will be used as a base in the real development of this application.
Application development for Android and iOS

This thesis covers topic of mobile application development for Android and iOS. It also points out differences between Android and iOS programming. The main goal is to de-scribe the whole process of development which starts by choosing suitable mobile plat-forms and ends by distribution of finished application. The theory is shown on video streaming application. The first part of this thesis covers choosing of suitable platforms for development. Next chapter focuses on different development methods of mobile applica-tions. The rest of thesis is dedicated to Android and iOS development. There is one chapter covering software development kit and one chapter covering mobile user interface - its principles and creation methods. The last theoretical chapter covers fundamentals of each Android and iOS application. The whole development process of sample application is described in the seventh chapter. It includes functional and non-functional application re-quirements, analysis, design of user interface, implementation, testing and distribution of finished application. This thesis is supposed to be jump start for all new developers, who consider mobile application development.
RSS reader application for iOS

The aim of this thesis is to develop an iOS application, an RSS reader mobile application with some social aspects and it's publication on the App Store. This thesis can also serve as inspiration when creating similar applications for iOS devices and enclosed source code can also serve as a practical study material. There are two parts of this thesis - the theoretical part and the practical part. In the theoretical part, the reader is provided with an overview of mobile development and mobile platforms. Moreover, there are mentioned new features of iOS 8, things needed for iOS development, a brief overview of Objective-C and Swift programming languages and web syndication and RSS & Atom formats characterized. In the practical part, there is the development of the RSS reader application which is based on using Feedly cloud services. Next there is a description of the features and functionality, the user interface, some topics of implementation are tackled and there is a list of third party libraries that are used in the application. Some marketing strategies and support is described in the last few pharagraphs of this part of the thesis.
Game development with implementation of free to play payment model on Android platform

The objective of this thesis is to give an overview of possibilities of monetizing an application on Android platform and to evaluate its advantages and disadvantages. Next objective is to describe aspects of developing applications on this platform. The main goal of this thesis is to develop a mobile application, which will demonstrate the possibility of in-app payments. The thesis is divided into several chapters. The first one describes which technologies were used. Next chapter is about particular possibilities of monetization, which take into consideration not only the mobile market. This thesis then describes different aspects of developing an application on Android platform. The practical part deals with the development of a mobile game application with in-app payments and its distribution through Google Play -- an internet marketplace. The main benefit of this thesis is an explanation of procedures of making game application on Android platform with implementation of free to play payment system.
Enterprise mobile device management

The main goal of the bachelor thesis is to describe and analyze the topic of mobile device management -- mobile applications, functionalities and the possibilities of implementation in the heterogeneous environment of companies, with all of the attached security issues covered. In the first, theoretical part the thesis describes particular vendors, possibilities of the management of mobile devices, both in company and employee ownership. We also describe the actual model of implementation the mobile device management in an actual Czech company. Second part of the thesis consists from the analyzed and commented the global market study, conducted in 2014 as well as the Czech Republic mobile device management market poll from the year 2013. Both of the studies put the original telephonic poll, made for the purpose of this thesis, in wider context. The results of the poll are analyzed and described in a comprehensive way.
