Cílem této bakalářské práce je sestavit podnikatelský plán podniku vyrábějícího aplikace pro populární v současné době mobilní zařízení a také seznámit čtenáře se specifiky podnikání v oblasti vývoje software. Teoretická část obsahuje problematiku sestavení podnikatelského plánu a popisuje jeho jednotlivé prvky. Popsané nástroje jsou následně aplikovány v praktické části, za využití konkrétních zkušeností autorky práce s vývojem a prodejem mobilních aplikací. V závěru práce je souhrnné vyhodnocení podnikatelského záměru. The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to create a business plan for a company, which produces mobile devices applications, that are currently popular and also to acquaint its readers with the specifics of the business in software development. The theoretical part contains short explanations of writing a business plan and describes its components. The described tools are then applied in the practical part, with the use of author's work experience in mobile applications developing and selling. The conclusion contains the complete evaluation of the business plan.
