Measurement of using alcohol among adolescents and its causes

Bachelor thesis "Measuring alcohol consumption among adolescents and its causes" deals with creation of a methodological tool that will reliably and efficiently measure the risk and harmful behavior of young people committed during consumption of alcoholic beverages - and therewithal pointing out the causes of this behavior. This is achieved by a synthesis of theoretical sources, dealing with alcohol abuse in adolescents and the factors that influence such behavior, preceded it or stimulate it. There is also used some foreign studies which were conducted on similar topics and the results are incorporated into this work and builds on them in sub-sections or socialization dimensions. Finally, this work is also inspired by some of international methodological tools created specifically to measure the behavior associated with the alcohol and allow a respondent self-reflection. Completed methodological tool is tested first at piloting and pilot interviews with respondents, followed by pilot probe conducted on a larger sample of the target population, and according to them is further adjusted in terms of reliability and validity to the final form, which should already be fully usable in a practical research and investigation testify about the specific causes of socialization that influence or give rise...
Pupils knowledges abou infectious diseases

A knowledge about infectious diseases and vaccination is very important in this time. The questionnaire, which is part of this thesis, is designated for 1st to 4th grade high school students and the upper grade grammar school pupils. The questionnaire was used to analyse pupils' knowledge and attitudes about infectious diseases and vaccination. Pupils' knowledge and attitudes are quite good and students are able to voice their opinion. Females have better knowledge than males and older students are better too. The thesis is further focusing on how are the infectious diseases included in the National Curriculum and examine the prevention programmes for schools. The other purpose is to follow up the threat of pandemic diseases and present state of knowledge and awareness about this topic.
The Analysis of Communication Activities of Junák Organisation in 2011 on the Example of National Charity Events

Bachelor thesis entitled The Analysis of Communication Activities of Junák Organisation in 2011 on the Example of National Charity Events deals with the largest educational organization in the Czech Republic. The aim is to introduce the organisation Junák - svaz skautů a skautek ČR in terms of its mission, history and current status. It contains an analysis of communication activities of the non-profit organization, which is focused on the analysis of media coverage and communication tools that this non- profit entity used the most. In the second part, this bachelor thesis deals with charity events of non-profit organizations and describes in details four national charity events of the scout movement - Betlémské světlo, gatherings Postavme školu v Africe, KAPKA and Velikonoční skautské kuřátko, then compares their sense to the mission of Junák and its communication strategy. The last part focuses on primary research carried out by the author of this work on the target group of respondents aged 15 to 26 years. Burnout syndrome of kindergarten teachers

RESUME This diploma is dedicated to stress and burnout syndrom. Objective of this diploma is to find out what is the rate of mental strain concerning burnout syndrom and to map occurence of burnout syndrom for kindergarten teachers. We were interested how burnout syndrom is impacted by professional experience, number of children, place of work, team satisfaction and level of personal satisfaction according to age of teacher. It is focused to teacher's career and to specific stress categories. I have used Maslach Burnout Inventory questionnaire which is standardized for measurement of burnout syndrom and questionnaire dedicated to find out sensitivity against stress. I have used own questionnaire to find out demographic figures. Final result indicates most of teachers are resistant against stress. Burnout syndrom across all three areas was indicated only for one respondent from total number of 100 asked teachers. For 8 teachers burnout syndrom was confirmed in two areas.

The work is based on primary and secondary sources of information. Its main objectives are to assess the current status of team communication with parents, based on observations of running the team, consultation with opinion leaders and the parents received a questionnaire survey, and devising a set of principles that would lead to more effective communication of the club. The theoretical framework is to define the basic concepts of communications and Public Relations, their relations and applications in sport. FK DUKLA PRAGUE MARKETING MIX ANALYSIS AND PROPOSALS FOR ITS IMPROVEMENT Targets: The analysis of particular marketing aspects, which compose the complete marketing mix. Communication with club fans and investigating their position on marketing. Consequent proposals of appropriate recommendations in marketing field to improve the club's present image. Methods: There will be an example study and SWOT analysis used to analyze current marketing mix. These will determine strong and weak points of the club. Contact with the club will take place in an informal meeting. A questionnaire will be used to find out fans' view. The experimental sample will consist of loyal fans only. I will then combine gathered data with my own knowledge and will attempt to create propositions for marketing mix improvement. Results: Created proposals will be presented to the club's leadership and they will have an opportunity to realize these proposals to achieve new marketing targets. Title: Marketing research of quality and satisfaction services in Fitlady Ricany studio Objectives: The goal of my work is determination of quality and customer satisfaction with offered services in studio Fitlady Ricany by method of questionnaire investigation. In the final section I propose the recommendations for this studio which are based on theoretical knowledge and research results. Methods: The method of written questionnaire is selected for marketing research. The selection is consisted of women from studio Fitlady who were selected by simple random selection. The main objectiv of this dissertation is to find out positions and opinions of the Czech public about a creation of the common football league with Slovak Republic. In the connection with the theme, find out the opinions of the themselves football players from highest czech football league and in the context of this subject, find out opinions of the coaches and their assistants from top football league. Bachelor thesis will interpret the results and on the basis to will formulate recommendations for future development of Czech football.
The nutrition habits and knowledge of middle- and long-distance runners

Title: The Nutrition Habits and Knowledge of middle and long distance runners Targets: The thesis main target is to determine dietary habits of endurance men and women runners, their interest in health nutrition and their nutrition information sources. Another aim to achieve is to find out their basic knowledge of body composition and human nutrition. Methods: The thesis was worked out on the base of questionnaires , that were prepared with regard to the author personal experience and knowledge. The questionnaires were handed in personaly to the respondents at runners competition, as soon as the race was finished and most of the runners used to wait for their results. The respondents were kept in anonymity in order to ensure as much objective answers as possible. The meaning of questionnaire completion was explained by the author to each of the responding runners. The validity of the questionnaire was consequently confirmed by the mean of guided interview between the author and the runner responded. Results: Endurance runners are keen on following the health nutrition principles. The dietary habits of the major part of the respondants correspond to requirements related to the field of energy-intensive sport.
