The thesis‘ topic is “Assessment of the company's information system and proposal of changes.” The thesis deals with the information system of Brno-based company Sneakergallery s.r.o., that sells clothing, footwear and offers commission sales services. The thesis is concluded by a proposal of changes for the insufficiencies pointed out in the analysis, improving the functionality of the company’s information system.

The bachelor’s thesis focuses on assessment of the Regional Library of Vysočina‘s information system and proposals for the system changes. The organization is first analyzed. Based on these analyzes, changes are proposed. These should lead to improving work efficiency in the information system. The theoretical part explains the theory behind information systems and analysis used to develop this work. These findings were used to work out an analysis, which was the subject of the second part of thesis. In the last part of the thesis possible changes of the analyzed deficiencies are proposed in order to eliminate them.

In my bachelor thesis I will deal with the development of business activities of the family company DUDA-koupelna, s.r.o., by establishing its new branch in Brno. Theoretical bases of the work will be used in the analysis of the external and internal working environment of the current state of the company. Based on the data I will create a proposal for corporate development, which will show whether the establishment of a branch pays off.

This diploma thesis deals with establishing a new sales portfolio named ZaseRýže Clothing from ZaseRýže company. The theoretical part of the thesis includes definition of terms from the field of strategic analysis and project management. The analysis of the current situation of the surroundings and inside the company was carried out in the analytical section. In the design part is elaborated a plan for project realization using project management methodology.

The last part concern recommendation, which should have a positive impact on the further development of the family company.

In the theoretical part, will be introduced basic concepts of marketing, such as the definition of marketing, what is the communication mix, what is the marketing mix, or swot analysis are presented. In the analytical part, the theoretical background will be transferred to the practical part and important analyzes will be performed. With these analyzes we will find in the company a shortcoming that will then be solved in the last part by thesis the best and most efficient method.

The result of the thesis should be a selection and implementation, which eventually this could improve incomes of company and their functionality. The first part of the thesis clarifies theoretical background and contains explanation of the basic concepts related with information systém and deals with internet marketing , internet strategy which focus on . Second part contains analysis of the current state of information systém.

This bachelor thesis reviews the information system of the Elementary School - Komenského 6 residing in Stará Ľubovňa. Further it brings opportunities and suggestions of changes, applying which might potentially lead to improvements in the efficiency and safety of this Information System. Using the information defined in theoretical part of this thesis - which in greater depth explicates this particular issue, we analyse the current state of the organisation, as well as the information system ascAgenda. These analyzes exposed shortcomings of the system, based on which I designed my own suggestions for solutions
