This bachelor paper deals with the emergence of a school legal entity from the theoretical and practical point of view. The main benefit would be to create a guide for the creation of a school legal entity. The work is based on legislation for the creation of new schools and school facilities, technical articles and personal experiences. Survey provides information on the use of a school legal entity in the establishment of new schools and provides an overview of the use of a school legal entity religious schools. The work also describes the emergence of a particular school legal entity.

Alois Vocásek (1896 - 2003) The life story of the last Czechoslovak legionnaire

The thesis is a biography of the last member of the Czechoslovak legions Alois Vocásek (1896 - 2003). His long life story is presented chronologically. The author describes the period of his childhood and adolescence, participation in the First World War, service in the Czechoslovak legions, life in Czechoslovakia under German occupation and after the defeat of Nazism. The greatest attention is devoted to his service in the Czechoslovak foreign army and his political positions during the occupation. These two historical stages form the main part of the master's work. Life story is confronted with archival materials.

The content is based on specialized literature, results of questionnaire research done with the municipal founders and also the directors of elementary schools and kindergartens, and practical experience. The partial objective of this work is to confirm or alternatively disprove hypotheses regarding the evaluation of the directors at elementary schools and kindergartens by municipal founders (evaluation according to criteria, evaluation as a motivational factor), based on mapping the methods of assessment of the directors and the criteria currently applied by the founders. Church Kindergarten Management

This bachelor thesis focuses on the management of church kindergarten (CK). It deals with the specifics of the CK and differences due to the municipal kindergarten. The aim is to compare sub-areas of management of CK and municipal kindergartens. Based on this I would like to find out whether there are differences between church kindergarten and municipal kindergartens management. The work should expand the awareness of professionals and managers and to facilitate the orientation of the church kindergarten, especially for beginners. Legislation looks at religious schools like private schools, but it is a separate category. In the practical part completion of a questionnaire and guided interview was chosen as the research method. The research focuses on the differences in the areas of local church nursery and municipal kindergarten management. Another endpoint is the view of managers on the church kindergarten. Since these differences are mainly legislative this is rather supplement to the theoretical part, where differences and specific have already been revealed.

TITLE: Analysis of operating costs in primary schools according to the details of selected metropolitan districts on the territory of the capital city of Prague. AUTHOR: Eva Štrobachová ABSTRACT: In my final paper I focused on the analysis of operating costs in primary schools according to the details of selected metropolitan districts between 2008 and 2010. The theoretical part introduces and describes the status of education within the public sector, defines the concept of an organization receiving contributions from the State budget and describes the way of financing the organization by its founder. It also mentions the relevant laws. Attention is paid to the question of establishing criteria of rationality of costs for submitting proposals of operating budget by school directors to the founder. TITLE: Analysis of the evaluation criteria of kindergarten headmasters by founders in Pardubicky region AUTHOR: Bc. Lenka Marková DEPARTMENT: School management centre SUPERVISOR: Mgr. Jiří Trunda ABSTRACT: This thesis analyzes the current criteria for evaluating the work of kindergarten headmasters. The criteria were created by community representatives as founders of the kindergarten. The thesis also focuses on identifying indicators leading to the fulfillment of the evaluation criteria. Monitoring headmasters views on the current criteria, which they are valued, is the part of research. Through the analysis criteria, surveys and informal interviews with representatives of the founders and headmasters the deficiencies in the structure and list of criteria were found. The research has shown inconsistency and formality outlined evaluation criteria with absence of their indicators. Based on the findings was recommended evaluation criteria to include all areas of the kindergarten headmasters. Indicators, that show the way to meet the criteria, were also suggested. This thesis aims to draw attention to current issues in evaluating the work of headmastrers at the regional education as well as to need for systemic solutions in this area. Founder's evaluation of headmasters of leisure time centers

The aim of this dissertation is to describe current state of evaluation of leisure time centres' directors, approaching the topic from the point of view of a superior institution that adjusts reward amounts. Firstly, the paper classifies leisure time centres in the Czech education system. Then, it goes on to describe current state of these centres in the Czech Republic, including funding, youth workers and laws that influence activities of particular directors and superior institutions. After that, the work focuses on the topic of directors' evaluation from various aspects. It describes evaluation methods that can be used in the process, including the procedure of adjusting reward amounts. Then, the work analyses particular kriteria that are published in certain cases by superior institutions at their web pages. It describes the most common evaluation criteria and procedures, seen both from the position of leisure time centres' directors and from their superior institutions. At the end, there are recommendations for superior institutions that can be used in the process of adjusting reward amounts for leisure time centres' directors.
