Abstract The diploma thesis was elaborated for the company Hotel & Restaurant Slunce, s.r.o., which operates the fourstar hotel Slunce. It analyses and evaluates hotel services and areas associated with their provision. It contains proposals for a staffing servise, technical support and improve the supply of services leading to an increase of hotel and restaurant occupancy.

Evaluation of the Quality of Sports Services

The subjective of this thesis is to evaluate the quality of sport services in women's volleyball clubs Madeta České Budějovice and german Allgäu Team Sonthofen using SERVQUAL questionnaire. In the theoretical part of the thesis is presented theoretical insights regarding the services, quality of services, services in the field of sport and there is also part focused on methods of measuring customer satisfaction. In the practical part of the thesis are presented results of the questionnaire-based research and design specific measures for improvement in services of volleyball clubs.
Evaluation of the Services Delivered in the Retail Shops

This thesis is focused on evaluation of the service quality in selected retail outlets or shops. The main goal of this thesis was to evaluate the level of customer service while engaged in the transaction of selling pre-selected goods in selected retail outlets. Based on the results of this evaluation, a sub-goal of this thesis was to either validate or to disprove the given hypotheses. As an introduction I define basic terms of service quality, customer satisfaction with a service, marketing Research and mystery shopping. . After depicting the basic theoretical principles of mystery shopping, I moved on to the practical (hands-on) portion of my thesis where I evaluate retail outlets for pre-selected company. Evaluation is carried out by using mystery shopping. After conclusion of mystery shopping, the data was analyzed and synthesized, which allowed me to evaluate the results and draw appropriate conclusions, proposal and recommendation to the pre-selected company.
The analysis of services provided by personal agency

This work was aimed at analysing services provided by personal agency Manpower and finding their quality via the key clients. Firstly, the labour market in the Czech Republic with accent on the region of Písek, where the cooperating branch of Manpower operates, was analysed. After the deep analysis of offered services, the planned questionnaire research was done with intention to discover the service quality from clients´ view. There were several options suggested to improve the current situation.
The Quality of Service of the Czech Post and Possibilities of Its Improving.

This bachelor's thesis focuses on a quality of postal services. The aim is to assess the quality of services provided by the public corporation Czech Post and its particular branch and propose possibilities of quality improvement. The introduction deals with an explanation of important terms like service and quality, it is followed by a description of approaches to quality management and information on postal services sector in the Czech Republic. After that, the Czech Post and its services are introduced. A questionnaire survey among Czech Post costumers, flow chart and Ishikawa diagram are used to reach the aim of the paper. In the final section, some possibilities of improvement are proposed to enhance the quality of the corporation's service.

The purpose of the presented research is to identify these of the areas that significantly matter for the strong positive correlation between the Employee Enagement and the Service Quality in a particular business case concerning business process improvement of an order management team in a multinational company. The significant areas are identified through a correlation analysis of the answers to an online survey. The results are used for further Measurement, Analysis, Improvement and Control of the key areas identified. The main findings are aimed to serve as a scientifically validated plan of action for the group in charge for the business process improvement in the order management team which is studied. Particularly, recommendations are provided how to increase the First Time Right performance metrics of the order management team through focus on the Define part of the DMAIC model in the Six Sigma methodology for business process improvement. Main findins: there is evidence for strong significant positive correlation between the employee engagement and the service quality factors in the answers of the respondents to the online survey questions; the team members' perception of the leadership style is positively correlated with their perception of the service quality.
Mystery shopping

The aim of the paper is to render the usage possibilities overview of the marketing survey method called Mystery shopping in testing the service quality provided to customers. The outputs of the survey should provide the information about organizational process' weaknesses and qualities used in contact with the customer. Based on these findings, the entity is enabled to accept such steps as to improve the quality of the services provided.
Service Quality in Hotel Industry - Customer Satisfaction

The theoretical part of the master thesis focuses mainly on particular methods to help to identify customer satisfaction with regard to the specific processes in the hotel industry. The practical part determines the customer satisfaction in the hotel Jalta. A customer satisfaction survey based on a research of the web pages www.hrs.com, www.booking.com, www.tripadvisor and the evaluation of questionnaires provided by the hotel Jalta has been carried out. In addition a mystery shopping with an enclosed report and suggestions for improvement were made. The goal was to examine the appropriateness of questions with regard to the output of information.
