TOWNHOUSE ON THE WATERFRONT IN PŘEROV

Subject of this thesis is an urban and architectural design of buildings vacant lot at the corner intersection of streets Brabansko - A small splint near the city center of Přerov. Apartment Building Front Street closes and completes residential block. There are shops, facilities of the apartment building and garage. Above the shops are perched three floors forward of mass housing with 13 apartments.

Human alienation from nature

9/67 Abstract My thesis deals with human alienation from nature. The theoretical section aims to answer what is nature and relationship to nature. It also describes how the relationship developed between man and nature. Neglected to stay or work in human nature - recreation and gardening settlements. The thesis also focuses on the children and nature around them. Besides, my study is searching for links within school eco- center and framework of educational programme for elementary education. There occur attempts to look for the causes and consequences of running away from nature. Furthermore, the answer to delay human alienation from nature is being looked around. A self-made research determines what types of environments the pupils in the fifth grade of elementary schools in Brandys nad Labem - Stara Boleslav use and spend their leisure time there. Whether the town Brandys nad Labem - Stara Boleslav offers to students natural space witch students may use for their relaxation and doing sports. The thesis is studying whom pupils spend their leisure time outside with and who is their partner or guide. Subdeprivation and its consequences for a school development of the child

This dissertation deals with the question whether there is in the course of time some change in the background and atmosphere of the children´s homes herewith the children ´s psyche because of the stay in such institutions. This work targets the children from children´s homes, the children from families and the tests made with them. This dissertation is divided into two parts {--} theoretical nad practical. The theoretical part deals with terminology, explanation of terms and bringing into the history of the children´s homes. This part of work also describes today´s types of the institutional upbringing, their insufficiencies and it discusses also the psyche of those children, who has passed through these upbringing institutions. The practical part is divided into the parts accordant with the tests of the experimental and the control groups. Due to these tests it is verified whether the children from the experimental group suffer from subdeprivation and wheteher there is a difference between the experimental and the control groups.

Semi-detached Building in Dřevnice

The project deals with the construction of a multifunctional residential building with 5 apartments, shop offices and law. The building is located in the village of Želechovice Dřevnicí on flat terrain. The house is designed in a structural system Porotherm, covered gable roof 45 °. The building is designed in accordance with the master plan of the municipality of Želechovice Dřevnicí, its character builds on the surrounding buildings and at work are respected by all laws and regulations relating to the design of buildings. The drawing part was processed by computer in AutoCad. Part of the project documentation is part of the drawing, text and calculation. The project is assigned a technical assessment of thermal and fire protection of the building.

Mixed-use Building

Annotation The aim of the thesis is new-building design of mixed-use building in cadastral of community Nové Mesto nad Váhom. Building is situated at free estate in the marginal of community. Building estate must have new feeder road built. In front of building will be the parking area. The mixed-use building is detached and four-storied building. At basement is situated underground garage for ten cars and store houses for flats. At first floor is situated cafe and commercial space. Cafe has kitchen, stock rooms and WC. Commercial space has staff facilities and sales area. One of the shops has back door to stock room. Parking space for staff is next to building. At second and third floor is situated eight flats. Four flats has 3 rooms and four left has 2 rooms. Each flat has got stock room, WC and bathroom. In each flat is situated entrance to the terrace. Terrace is on extensive green roof orientated to southwest. In the flats is kitchen together with living room because of bigger space. Floor in the flats is combination of ceramic tiles and laminated floor. Area with flats has a lift. Concrete foundations are on micropiles. Project is set up with system LIVETHERM building has heat cladding. At the building are plastic windows and colour is matching with facade. Foothpath around building are from interlocking pavement. Whole documentation is prepared to realization of building. Drawing documentation is prepared by software AUTOCAD.

Work-life Balance and Extended Business Trip

The purpose of this Bachelor's thesis is to investigate the impacts of extended business trips on the ability of managers to achieve optimal Work-life Balance. The major objective of this study is to provide a comprehensive overview on the aforementioned issue. In the theoretical part, the concept of Work-Life Balance is defined and set in a broader thematic context. The issue is viewed primarily from the perspective of the needs of the worker. In the context of empirical research, interviews with six foreign managers operating in the Czech Republic were conducted. Subsequently, through a content analysis their respective stories, experiences and interpretations of WLB were sorted into thematic blocks and similarities and differences were described. The conclusion of the study contains several recommendations for the both sides (organizations and workers).

Impact Analysis of Location on the Market Value of Housing Units in Selected Locations

The thesis focuses on the comparison of selected methods for valuated property type apartment. Valuating apartments are located in areas Decin, Ústí nad Labem and Most. The theoretical part focuses on the definition of basic terms, a description of the valuation methods associated with this dissertation and description of locations for the sites in terms of historical, cultural, social and economic. The practical part was to prepare drawings of assessed residential units and subsequent determination of prices of selected valuation methods – comparative method price by 2014 and 2015, by direct comparison and revenue method. In conclusion, the comparison of prices, according to the valuation method sused.

The influence of local conditions on the price of an apartment in selected localities in the Czech Republic

The theoretical part of the thesis describes the various tasks which are being performed during the standard selling of real estate, the valuation decree and the development of the housing market. In the practical part of the thesis, 297 apartments are valuated according to the Valuation Decree no. 441/2013 Coll., as amended by the decree no. 199/2014 Coll. and the results are defined in form of parameters of the influence of local conditions that contribute the most to the composition of the apartment price. The impact of the location on the price of the apartment is also determined from the offer price. The valuated apartments are situated in locations: City of Prague, Ústí nad Labem and Karlovy Vary.

Long-Term Insurance and Permanent Health Insurance

This thesis deals with long-term care insurance and disability insurance. Both products are classified as products of private health insurance which is described in the first chapter. We can find characteristics of longterm care and its providers in Czech republic in the second chapter. Further, some numerical methods used in long-term care insurance are stated. The third chapter describes the British model of length of stay in institutional long-term care, the results of the study in the Great Britain are summarized in brief. The fourth chapter deals with characteristics and numerical methods of disability insurance. The fifth chapter displays the use of state model in disability insurance. The emerging costs method is illustrated on simple example. The life tables for disabled people were designed to be used in the calculation. In the conclusion we can find reasoning for the future of products mentioned above on the Czech insurance market.
