Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na posouzení vlivu pracovního pobytu v zahraničí na schopnost manažerů dosahovat optimální Work-life Balance. Hlavním cílem této práce je přinést ucelený přehled nad zmíněnou problematikou. V teoretické části je pojem Work-life Balance definován a zasazen do širšího tematického kontextu. Problematika je nahlížena především z pohledu potřeb pracovníka. V rámci empirického výzkumu byly provedeny rozhovory se šesti zahraničními manažery působícími v ČR. Následně byly pomocí obsahové analýzy jejich vlastní výpovědi, zkušenosti a interpretace WLB seřazeny do tematických bloků a popsány pozorované shodné a odlišné rysy. V závěru práce je připojena sada doporučení pro obě strany (organizace a pracovníky). The purpose of this Bachelor's thesis is to investigate the impacts of extended business trips on the ability of managers to achieve optimal Work-life Balance. The major objective of this study is to provide a comprehensive overview on the aforementioned issue. In the theoretical part, the concept of Work-Life Balance is defined and set in a broader thematic context. The issue is viewed primarily from the perspective of the needs of the worker. In the context of empirical research, interviews with six foreign managers operating in the Czech Republic were conducted. Subsequently, through a content analysis their respective stories, experiences and interpretations of WLB were sorted into thematic blocks and similarities and differences were described. The conclusion of the study contains several recommendations for the both sides (organizations and workers).
