The last stage of the land reform in the Mělník county

In my work I will address the political reasons and the process of the land reform that was realised within the collectivization of the Czechoslovak economy after the World War II. In the analytic part of the work I will focus primarily on the 3rd stage of this land reform, which I will try to illustrate on the example of regional development in the Mělník county. Based on my research, I will try to ascertain the political, economical and social impacts of the land reform in the region. The work will rely on published studies, articles and monographs, as well as other published and unpublished (archive) sources. The analysis will also rely on the oral history in the region.

It was the archival data, official documents and virtual data. Make clear developments and key dates and figures Results: From the results we found, what are the main styles of karate in the world and here in the Czech Republic. Title: The marketing plan proposal of relaxing complex Objectives: The main aim of this project is to create the marketing plan proposal of relaxing complex. The goal is to clarify a situation of the fitness market in Czech republic and partially in the world. Also to explore this sphere of wellness and find innovative means, which are used in modern wellness and fitness clubs. This project includes the marketing mix of providing services. Methods: In methodological part, this project is based on the analysis of competiton in wellness and fitness sphere in Prague. This project also uses the analysis of client's requirements in wellness sphere and the interview with fitness a wellness managers. Finally there is swot analysis, that summarizes both the analysis of internal environment and the analysis of external environment. Results: This project contains the marketing mix of the suggested relaxing complex and you can read there the idea of this wellness, provided services and products, prefering attitude to clients and presentation of whole complex. There is also the propagation plan, the question of human resources management and the price policy. Changes in the presentation of teachers in Czech newspapers

Thesis "Changes in the presentation of teachers in Czech newspapers" explores how teachers have been presented on the pages of Czech newspapers in several phases of Czech history since the "First Czechoslovak Republic". For the purposes of the analysis twelve years and three dates in each year have been chosen. Thesis includes the comparison of the media texts from different years. The narrative analysis has been selected as a method for analysing several prominent Czech newspapers: Národní politika, Národní listy, Rudé Právo, Lidová demokracie, Mf Dnes and Právo. Thesis is divided into three main sections: the first section provides definitions of terms related to the media representation, the second one describes the methods which have been used and the third one is the most important part which contains the analysis. There are changes but also similarities in the media presentation of teachers in the Czech history. The changes occurred mainly in the transitions between these four periods: the First Czechoslovak Republic, Second World War, the period of socialism and the period after 1989.

Harmonisation of law and economic measures in the area of supervision over commercial banks

Resumé This diploma thesis deals with harmonisation of law and economic measures in the area of supervision over commercial banks. It is focused on changes that were made in area of regulation and supervision and their legislation during the last several years. Another purpose of this thesis is evaluation of reforms that are proposed as an answer to the last financial crisis, which influenced many economic systems all over the world. In introduction I explain why the regulation and supervision of the commercial banking are so important these days, what are the reasons for changes in the legislation and also I analyse different levels of lawmaking and influence of such. Next I deal with differences between regulation and supervision and common methods of them, for example a minimum capital requirements, a financial reporting and others. The second chapter concentrates on evolution of the regulation in the Czech republic, but also on the international level and also with the european legislation and its transposition in Czech law system. The main part of the thesis is focused on detailed descriptions of each rule. Third chapter is subdivided into four parts. February 1948 in the Presidential office

The aim of this thesis is not to describe again what happened in Czechoslovakia in February 1948, but to present the role of the Presidential office in that political crisis and the role of president Edvard Beneš himself - how much power he had and what could he really do to solve the crisis of that time. After the short introduction to the situation, which led us to the end of the Second World War, follows the presentation of the Presidential office with its departments and employees, who worked there and later published their memories about February 1948. The most important was the presidential chancelor Jaromír Smutný, who worked for a short time for the next president Klement Gottwald as well, and after that he escaped abroad. Their memoirs will be compared with the memoirs of other political icons of that time. Memories wrote nacional socialists Huber Ripka, Prokop Drtina and Ota Hora, communist Bed ich Rattinger was writing a diary in February 1948, the situation in the Presidential office described Jaromír Smutný, Miroslav Jirásek and František Škarvan. Urban legends, their distribution in modern society and their influence on society

Bachelor's thesis describes the current spread of legends in the society. In first chapter, author analyzes the theory of communication, ie. models, motives and modes of communication, both in real world and cyberspace. Next section briefly describes theory and history of folklore and current developments of urban legend research, both in world and in the Czech Republic. In the last chapter, author develops the main theme of the thesis, the relationship of contemporary legends and information worker. It shows where the information worker is likely to meet urban legends, what are their characteristics and traits and how they can be easily identified. In conclusion, there are shown techniques that will improve communication, especially argumentation and persuasion in the context of contemporary legends.

Codification of law in France under the First Empire The purpose of my thesis is to analyze genesis of preparation of six codes in France, to explain all influences and to show importance of this codification for the rest of the world. The scope of my thesis research is wider than just a description of codification works between years 1804-1815. The first part of this work explores the basis for codification. Sources of law, roman law, natural law, age of enlightenment, Declaration of the Rights and of the Citizens and legislative procedure under the First empire. The second part is composed of five chapters. Chapter one describes French Civil code promulgated in 1804. This chapter is composed of following subchapters: genesis of codification between years 1789-1804, the major figures of codification, systematics, related laws, selected paragraphs of Civil code and language quality. Chapter two is about Code of civil procedure (Code de procedure civile, 1806). It is composed of three subchapters: genesis, systematic and characteristics of this code. This diploma thesis Interaction of media and marketing discourse on the media image of musician Tomáš Klus examines the influence of the corporate agenda through the marketing and PR department of a record label Sony Music Entertainment Czech Republic s.r.o. on the agenda of the media, which represent the work of three full-scale Czech newspaper MF Dnes, Právo a Blesk. The theoretical approach is being built on the basic theses of media construction of reality and construction of media image, the concept of agenda setting and issue of the music industry. Thus, areas involved and influence the marketing and media world and form the basic framework of the theoretical structure of media reality. The empirical part is devoted to a particular process of agenda setting on an example of the media image of a Czech musician Tomáš Klus over three years through marketing and PR department of a record label Sony Music Entertainment Czech Republic s.r.o. sampled for analysis of print media - newspapers MF Dnes, Law and Flash. Construction of identity in the media dedicated to the physically challenged people

Diploma thesis "Construction of identity in the media dedicated to the physically challenged people" asks the question, whether it is possible to trace certain group-specific, intellectually elaborate world view in the czech magazines dedicated to the physically challenged people. The aim is to find out, whether these periodicals offer a certain form of group ideology to the reader and what are its main characteristics. We handle this problem with the aid of the concept of group ideology by the theorist Teun A. van Dijk and his method of ideological discourse analysis.
