Analysis of motivation and remuneration system in chosen company

The aim of this thesis was to analyze motivational factors and the staff reward system including practical introduction for the staff of the Czech Post. The elaboration of this part of thesis was based on the data from inside directives and collective contract. Another part of the analysis was a survey that concerned the motivation and reward fields. Improvement proposals of the present reward system were designed according to realised analyses. The motivational program of the Czech Post is sufficiently elaborated and it comes up to high level. This organisation emphasizes most the financial reward field and social welfare. These are the biggest stimuli.

My work is divided into two parts -- theoretical and practical. The theoretical part results from the term motivation and other knowledge related to this topic. It outlines the reasons for the individual behavior - his needs, values, interests etc. The main objective of the theoretical part was to create a conceptual frame for the practical part. The focus of the practical parts lies in the field research aimed at the discovery of specific factors which have an influence on the motivation for studies at the Faculty of management.

The present thesis deals with analysis of job satisfaction and work motivation. At the beginning, the basic underlying theoretical concepts concerning given subject are considered. Following chapters present the analysis of satisfaction and motivation of labour force at a selected company based on data collecting using questionnaire method. Finally the thesis suggests measures to improve job satisfaction, motivation and attitude of employees towards the company as a whole.

This bachelor thesis is focused on the motivation and stimulation of employees in the time of economic crises. In these times, it is important to support the motivation of employees more than ever. To start with, the thesis presents a theoretical outline of the subject that ranges from defining the basic concepts of the motivation, to a more detailed and specific listing of motivation in HR. It also describes a incentive program. This introduction is followed by the practical part which starts with a brief description of the company, in which a research was conducted in order to asses the level of motivation and stimulation in this company. Finally I would like to propose an incentive program, which will lead to improvements in this company.
Motivation of employees in the organization in Belarus

My work covers the phenomenon of employee motivation as no one can doubt that human resources are one of the most important factors for every company. The purpose of this study is to analyse and evaluate techniques for employee motivation, used by the company NEVEL, to determine the factors, influencing the performance level of the employees and to propose an effective system of stimuli, especially in the field of remuneration, which is one of the main motivational tool in developing countries. This work investigates the motivational tools , used in the company NEVEL that is founded in Belarus. Data collection for the analysis of employee motivation was carried out with the help of questionnaire. The theoretical part of my work is devoted to the explanation of the notion of motivation, to the description of such motivation models as Herzberguv two-factors model, X and Y theories, depending on McGregor, ERG-ALderfera theories, equilibrium theory etc.

My bachelor thesis is focused on the motivation and stimulation of employees. Its aim is to analyze the employee benefits provided by a particular company. Also it is to evaluate the various benefits and suggest improvements regarding this issue. Benefit policy is considered an important tool in stimulating employees. The theoretical part deals with general term related to the theme, motivational theories and stimulating sources. The practical part includes a description of the company, but also reflects the progress and results of the survey. The important part is a designated consultation with the Personnel Director. In conclusion of bachelor thesis there are the backgroung and suggestions for improving employee benefits.
Analysis of employee satisfaction in the company XY

The aim of my thesis is to analyze the satisfaction of emloyees of the company XY. The first chapter describes the aim of whole work and the subject of the thesis. The following chapter deals with the theory explaining motivation, incentives and job satisfaction. The third chapter analyzes the results of the survey and answers provided by employees. Based on found dissatisfaction, possible solutions to improve current situation at the company are introduced as well.

The goal of this diploma theses was to analyse working satisfaciton and motivation of 3M Česko employees. The first step was to collect the information about working motivation and satisfaction and afterwards the interpretation of the company research as well as the whole country research. Last thing was to bring the ideas about the ways how to increase the working motivation and satisfaction.
