Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na motivaci a stimulaci zaměstnanců v období nestabilního ekonomického prostředí, kdy je nejvíce důležité tuto oblast nepodceňovat a naopak ji podporovat více než kdy jindy. Obsahuje teoretický výklad dané problematiky, od základního vysvětlení pojmů, až po promítnutí motivace do jednotlivých personálních činností a vymezení motivačního programu. Na tento základ plynule navazuje praktická část, uvedená krátkým představením a charakteristikou zkoumané společnosti a zhodnocení aktuálního stavu, především se zaměřením na oblast motivace a stimulace. Závěrem práce je navržení motivačního programu (systému), který ve firmě nebyl doposud vybudován, tedy doporučení, jaká opatření by společnost měla v rámci zlepšení procesu motivace ve firmě přijmout. This bachelor thesis is focused on the motivation and stimulation of employees in the time of economic crises. In these times, it is important to support the motivation of employees more than ever. To start with, the thesis presents a theoretical outline of the subject that ranges from defining the basic concepts of the motivation, to a more detailed and specific listing of motivation in HR. It also describes a incentive program. This introduction is followed by the practical part which starts with a brief description of the company, in which a research was conducted in order to asses the level of motivation and stimulation in this company. Finally I would like to propose an incentive program, which will lead to improvements in this company.
