Cieľom mojej práce je analýza spokojnosti pracovníkov v spoločnosti XY. V úvode sa zaoberám cieľom a predmetom práce, následne je spracovaná teória vysvetľujúca motiváciu, stimuláciu a pracovnú spokojnosť. V tretej kapitole je vyhodnotený výskum spokojnosti zamestnancov vykonaný v podniku XY. V náväznosti na zistené nedostatky sú navrhnuté riešenia, ktoré by mohli pomôcť zlepšiť súčasnú spoločnosti. Cílem mojí práce je analýza spokojenosti pracovníků ve společnosti XY. V úvodě se zabývám cílem a předmětem práce, následně je zpracovaná teorie vysvětlující motivaci, stimulaci a pracovní spokojenost. Ve třetí kapitole je vyhodnocený výzkum spokojenosti zaměstnanců vykonaný v podniku XY. V návaznosti na zjištěné nedostatky jsou navržena řešení, která by mohla pomoci zlepšit současnou situaci společnosti. The aim of my thesis is to analyze the satisfaction of emloyees of the company XY. The first chapter describes the aim of whole work and the subject of the thesis. The following chapter deals with the theory explaining motivation, incentives and job satisfaction. The third chapter analyzes the results of the survey and answers provided by employees. Based on found dissatisfaction, possible solutions to improve current situation at the company are introduced as well.
