Leisure education as a compenzation for unilateral burden at basic school Abstract This thesis deals with special interest education and its functions in relation to school-sided load. The theoretical part is based on the current state of education policy in the interest of education. Are also presented in detail the current issues of interest in learning Czech Republic (its functions, objectives, forms, leisure education institution, etc.) and Europe, where the pet training referred to as after-school care. In the practical part of the work carried out research on the benefits of leisure education for pupils in primary schools. The work also includes a proposal for defining the appropriate use of free time as compensation for unilateral burden of schooling. Innovations in the management of non-formal education

This final thesis deals with innovations in the management of informal education. The main goal of this work is to determine the extent to which the executives of leisure education organizations recognize the need for innovations in different areas of the organization, to compare the extent and content of specific innovations in selected organizations and explore in which areas and based on which stimuli the innovations in these organizations arise. The obtained information is useful for efficient preparation of further training of organization executives and described examples of good practice as an inspiration to improve the performance of leisure and informal education organizations. The theoretical part incorporates leisure and informal education into the overall education system of the Czech Republic and its development is illustrated on the laws and decrees from 1948 to present. Research in the form of structured interview reveals the respondents view on innovations in leisure education and shows the respondents experience with the introduction of innovations in their own organizations. The conclusions of this research clearly show the need for innovation in informal and leisure education for the competitiveness of individual organizations. Game as an ed educational tool in an interest education

The bachelor thesis deals with an influence of a game on a personality of a child in a younger pupilage while wrapped up in an interest education, especially enfluence of the game during activities with troubled children with special needs. The goal of thesis is to examine to what extend intentionaly pedagogically lead didacticly selected game can prevent problems that occur in integrating these children into the collective and also can be reduce with the game prove behavior their practicular handicap. It explores different posibilities of integration of the childrens in to our society by choice of sutable games, corresponding with the children age.
The Spiritual Dimension of the Landscape and its history as a means of education for children in the Out of School Care And Recreation (OSCAR)

The theoretical part of this thesis deals with the relation between the spiritual dimension of a landscape and spiritual growth of a child. It draws on psychological research of younger school children, concentrates on communication and group behavior of children. It further draws on discoveries of pedagogy of free time, especially in the environment of a school club. From the spiritual point of view, it tracks the overlap of humans and landscape; it examines their relationship and interaction, concentrates on specifics of value in connection with the transcendent and the projection of these specifics into a landscape that surrounds us. This projection helps us to understand not only the organization and appearance of this landscape in time but also the inner landscape of our soul. This thesis focuses on the landscape in the very heart of Premyslid Central Bohemia. The practical part of this thesis consists of two concepts for creative work in a school club. These two concepts aim to help to develop children spirituality, their enrichment through experience and creativity, help to develop social competences of children and prevent psycho-social problems through various activities reflected in a group of children working together. These activities include group visits of churches, chapels, crosses, commemorative crosses and stones, quells, wells and bells and ensuing search of values in our inner selves. The practical part of this thesis stresses the importance of creativity in children, looks for possible topics of its development within the framework of activities organized by a school club.
The Positive Influence of Musical Activities for Pupils of Primary Schools

The main objective of this thesis is to explore the possibility of a positive effect of selected musical activities for pupils in primary school (after school club) on the recommendation of professional music therapy and musically educational literature and other information sources. In the theoretical part I describe the characteristics of pupils of First Instance ( school age), activities and specifies school clubs, the role of educator- school clubs, activities and selected music types and forms of music therapy. The practical part contains the draft of program of music gameplay and therapeutic activities suitable for use in school clubs and assessment by practice, work with children and of the assessment interviews and questionnaires, whether musical activities offered to children in after school club, they have a really positive effect on their personality.
Attitudes beginning teachers

The diploma thesis deals with the personality and attitude of beginning teachers, pecifically teachers' free time working in after-school clubs and teachers working in primary schools in the Pilsen Region. The work analyzes the basic terms related to teachers and teachers' free time, demands on them and their attitudes. From the theoretical knowledge arisen requirements on qualitative research, that was made through interviews. In my own research are analyzed attitudes beginning teachers in the Pilsen Region, the differences arising from the position of primary schools and after-school centers and differences among teachers to primary school teachers and free time from school groups. In conclusion, I present the results of research, where significant differences were observed between novice teachers of primary schools and after-school centers. A significant role in influencing the attitudes of beginning teachers has environment where they operate and approach of the schools management.
