The subject of the thesis is to develop a business plan for a new squash center in the Vysocina region. The introductory part contains theoretical work, explains the basic concepts and specific business methods. The analytical part assesses market environment through external and internal analyzes. The final section focuses on the preparation of business plan itself, which is based on the current market situation. It also describes the implementation, complexity and risk assessment project, including project feasibility.

External and internal environment is explored on the basis of Porter's value chain analysis SLEPTE and SWOT matrix. The proposed strategy for meeting the requirements of SMART and are in line with our strategic business objective of increasing profits and strengthening its market position.

Requirements Engineering and Software Quality Management is nowadays considered to be one of the important parts of the software development process. This thesis deals with connecting the theoretical concept of requirements engineering and usage of functions offered by Enterprise Architect tool, which should support the requirements engineering and software quality management processes. The main goal is to propose procedures of Enterprise Architect usage during the project in such a way, which will help to raise quality of the final product. The purpose is to offer a systematic and conscious way of implementation Enterprise Architect elements into software development processes, because this tool is able to support the whole cycle of the product. The methodology was designed as a result of theoretical concept, existing requirements engineering approaches and my own experience acquired during working on projects as a business and test analyst. The contribution of the designed methodology is in bringing recommendations, practices and procedures saying how to use Enterprise Architect during the software development process in order to gain the highest possible software quality. The thesis is structured in four sections describing the appropriate theory, analyzed requirement engineering approaches, critical mistakes during this process and the methodology design.
Implementation and deployment of BI solution

In this diploma thesis are described guidelines of implementation of Business Intelligence solution to organization. Thesis explains all stages of the project, from evaluation of busi-ness needs to construction and deployment of Business Intelligence application. Project management is the main focus of this thesis. Theoretical part of the thesis describes all stages of implementation and important development activities performed during them. The thesis compares the differences between implementation according to guidelines and The Agile development of Business Intelligence projects. The practical part examines the implementation of BI application to a specific company. The goal of this section is to show the link between consecutive stages of implementation. Implementation is realized according the guidelines set in theoretical part of thesis.
Analysis of the recruitment process in a selected company and the design and implementation of improvements

This thesis is devoted to recruitment and information technologies that support this process. The aim was to get recruitment process in concrete company more efective. The theoretical part deals with concepts and perspectives on the recruitment process as well as information technologies supporting HR field and webdesign innovations. In the practical part was analyzed the current status of the recruitment process and career sites, as the strongest source of candidates in a concrete company. There were identified weak points. Based on this analysis have been implemented new e-recruitment application and new career site that eliminate these weak points. The last part of thesis was based on real measurements evaluating the benefits of implemented changes.
Designing integrated information system for product portfolio management support

Information is the currency of our world. Making right decisions requires having reliable, comprehensive and thorough information still at hand. The tools that can provide it? Information systems. However, the purpose of today's information systems is more than to just collect and store information: they need to integrate numerous data sources (both internal and external), identify essential pieces of information and set them apart from the rest, and provide the people relying on them a clear picture of the situation. In short: they should offer unified, user-friendly, well-structured and comprehensive view of business reality. This paper focuses on the first stage of an information system design. Concerned primarily with the business analytical phases of an IT project, it presents an insight into the process of business reality exploration and description through conceptual data model and architecture vision articulation.
Strategic business development of a company

The subject of this thesis is to determine a business strategy, that will allow the company Farmet a.s. to increase its sales and to strengthen the position on the markets. The theoretical part describes methods and procedures that are further being referred to in the main part. The main part consists of the internal and the external environment analysis, as well as the SWOT analysis. Based on the actual accounting data and with regards to the current company position, there are several proposed strategies of possible business development. These strategic options are evaluated in terms of their individual profitability and risk. The final part of this thesis determines the optimum strategy and describes its implementation in more detail.

The basic goal of this Master's Thesis is an analysis and description of the current situation of a specific company in order to identification of potential development and design elements of strategy, which recons with identified state and development. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part there are defined knowledges related to the subject. These are the basis for process analysis in the practical part. The practical part is focused on the application of theoretical knowledge in a particular case of the company Novoplast that is currently heavily influenced by the course and consequences of the crisis. The conclusion is a summary of acquired knowledge and analysis outcomes with elements creation that should be a part of future business strategy of this company.
Business analyst's educational framework

The diploma thesis explores the meaning of business analyst role in IT. What possible influence this role has on successfulness of IT projects and how companies could effectively educate such an employee using optimized framework of their internal processes. Suggested process framework for business analysts' development involves five areas of company's life: company culture, education, knowledge management, practical application of gained experience and last but not least - the recruitment process. Processes of these areas affect each other and together create integrated system, which allows for effective education of business analysts. Process framework enables complex approach to employees development and effectively links human resources development strategy and company's global strategy.
