Social Undertaking of Non-Governmental Organisations

This work deals with the phenomena of social economy and social undertaking and its subjects - social enterprises and firms within the group of non-governmental nonprofit organizations. Attention is paid to the preparation phase - establishment of the social enterprise and methods for lowering the risk of failure in the early stages of its activity. Theoretical part of this work clarifies the idea of social economy and social undertaking and presents its actors the social enterprises. The second theoretical part describes strategic planning, business plan and feasibility study as possible methods for lowering the risk of failure in the preparatory phase of enterprise development. By using the methods of qualitative research the empirical part is trying to find out what approaches have been taken to an account by existing social enterprises in the Czech Republic in preparatory phase and how they evaluate them now. Some good practices are presented and the work indicates a possible path for organizations and individuals that are about to setup a social enterprise.

Economic crisis and it´s impacts on corporate financing

The diploma thesis deals with the impacts of economic crisis on Czech companies and corporate financing. In the introduction there is a categorization of Czech corporates according to their economic size. The chapter also describes common features and differences between small and medium enterprises and large corporations. It summarizes the contribution of these companies to GDP and other macroeconomic indicators. Next part deals with the possibilities of corporate financing in Czech Republic, describes main advantages and disadvantages of different corporate financing types. The practical part is devoted to the impacts of current crisis on Czech corporates. It evaluates the implications of the crisis for different corporate financing types. It describes the effects of the crisis from the perspective of financial institutions, lists the steps taken by the State to fight the crisis and suggests possibilities for further development.

Homeland Studies Educational Walk in the Surroundings of Prague Focused on Geology

Deutsche Kurzfassung: Diese Diplomarbeit widmet sich der Kinderauffassung (den Präkonzepten) der gewissen naturwissenschaftlichen Phänomene - vor allem mit der Konzentration auf die geologischen Begriffe. In der theoretischen Einleitung werden die Arbeiten von 1. Piget und L.S. Vygotsky erwähnt, die in den Lehrbüchern des Lehrfaches "Mensch und seine Welt" der Elementarschule präsent sind. Die konkrete Forschung zielt dann auf einen ausgewählten Begriff: "das Gold". Zuerst wird mittels der Batterie der Teste das Niveau des Verständnisses dieses Begriffes bei den Schülern der vierten Klasse der Elementarschule in den Beschreibungskategorien der kognitiven Dimension, der affektiven Dimension und der Strukturalisierung festgestellt. Dann folgte eine thematische Exkursion ins Museum der GoldfOrderung in Jilove u Prahy, damit es möglich wird, im zweiten Test zu entdecken, wie sich die Beschreibungskategorien der Kinderauffassung des Begriffes des Goldes geändert haben. 86

The Family Farm - like a place for community centre

The Bachelor work thesis The Family Farm - like a place for community centre (the Farm) focuses on possibilities how to establish the community centre on the farm. Because of this the thesis probe into contemporary state of social services and some farms in the district of Domažlice. Further on the thesis describes the function of the farms with Green Care services in Norway and the possibilities of transfered this kind of services into czech country with the view of local conditions; and how how will be possible to integrate the Farm into the systém of social services and community life in the village. The intended Farm is going to be establish in the village Díly (the south part of Protected lanscape area Bohemina Forest, the district of Domažlice, Pilsen region) like the non-profit organization which will draw experiences from Norwegian farms with Green Care services and the experiences form czech farmers. The main goal will be to explore the real opinions of farmers about the project of Farm in the named area and how will be possible to improve the occasions for the target groups - the children, youth, adults (especially unemployed), parents with children (on the maternity or paternity leave) and seniors. Závěr Cílem této diplomové práce bylo nastínit elementární daňové povinnosti, vznikající s převodem nemovitostí a v závislosti na úvaze autora, pak poskytnout v jednotlivých kapitolách dostatečný prostor pro jejich detailnější a hlubší prozkoumání. Dostatečný prostor byl věnován dani z převodu nemovitosti, dani z přidané hodnoty a dani z nemovitosti. Kapitola byla též věnována dani z příjmu fyzických a právnických osob. Nastíněná problematika daně z příjmu fyzických a právnických osob je však natolik složitá a obsáhlá, že nebyla předmětem této diplomové práce, ale byla pouhým zmíněním základních institutů tohoto daňové odvětví. Mimo výše uvedené, byla v diplomové práci věnována kapitola katastru nemovitostí a právního institutu vlastnictví, včetně nastínění možností převodu (přechodu) vlastnického práva. Autor si je vědom provázanosti a složitosti právních předpisů související s uvedenou problematikou, která však svojí rozsáhlostí zlehka překračuje hranice a úroveň podrobnosti této diplomové práce. Ve světle popsaných daňových povinností přistupující k převodu nemovitosti, se dle autorova názoru, jeví současný platný právní stav (de lege lata) z praktického hlediska a z pohledu jaké by právo mělo být (de lege ferenda) jako nevhodný. Pragmatic motivation of cliché from the point of view of an interpreter

This thesis offers a comparison of the research of clichés in three languages: English, Czech and Russian. Clichés are just one possible manifestation of how speech can be automatized and syntactic structures that can be reproduced and identified are created. This complex phenomenon must be studied through the prism of lexicology, stylistics and pragmatics. Understanding and interpretation of this phenomenon differs depending on linguistic schools and single authors, some linguists hold a negative opinion of clichés, some believe that in certain types of discourse clichés are necessary. There is no unified definition of a cliché either. This thesis is focused on clichés in political discourse where the pragmatic dimension of clichés and their functions in relation to users, both politicians and their listeners, is studied. Clichés are a prominent stylistic element which may have a significant impact on the work of an interpreter. This is why the empirical part is aimed at clichés from the interpreter's perspective. An experiment involving 14 professional intepreters is set up in order to study their attitude towards clichés.

Záměrem této práce je osvětlit důležitost předškolního období v procesu mravní výchovy člověka. Neboť již v tomto období, ba dokonce dříve, jsou dítěti postupně vymezovány výchovné hranice, které ukazují dítěti, co je a co není správné. Cílem je nastínit, jak je v dětech budováno povědomí o správném a nesprávném chování, jakými způsoby jsou v dětech posilovány mravní normy a hodnoty, a také jaké metody se při výchově dítěte používají- jak v rodinném prostředí, tak v mateřské škole. Attempt for Analysis of Sport Performance Structure in Flatwater Canoeing in the Men's 1000m K1 Discipline

Název práce: Pokus o analýzu struktury sportovního výkonu v rychlostní kanoistice v disciplíně Kl 1000 m muži. Title: Attempt to analysis of sport performance structure in flatwater canoeing in the discipline ofKl men 1000 m. Cíle práce: Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je zjistit, jaké vztahy mají jednotlivé faktory struktury sportovního výkonu k výkonnosti vrcholových kajakářů v disciplíně Kl 1000 metrů. Metody zpracování dat: Práce je založena na korelačním výzkumu - jako závisle proměnnou hodnotu jsme použili výsledný čas sportovního výkonu na trati 1000 metrů, nezávisle proměnné jsou výsledné hodnoty jednotlivých parametrů testových baterií, kterými jsme zjišťovali kvalitu jednotlivých faktorů. Pro zjištění statistické závislosti mezi sportovním výkonem na trati 1000 metrů a jednotlivými faktory sportovního výkonu byl použit Pearsonův korelační koeficient, regresní analýzu a shlukovou analýzu. Výsledky: Znalost struktury sportovního výkonu ve vybrané sportovní disciplíně umožňuje při porovnání s poznatky v literatuře zlepšovat práci trenérů, zkvalitňovat tréninkový proces a tím zvýšit sportovní výkonnost v příslušné disciplíně. Self-assessment of knowledge of nurses and paramedics in the area of monitoring and interpretation of ECG waveforms in ICU and anesthesiology resuscitation department.

This diploma thesis is focused on self-evaluation of knowledge of nurses in intensive care and rescue workers' working at ICU and AIC in area of monitoring and interpretation of ECG. The aim of this diploma thesis was to map how nurse in intensive care and rescue workers evaluate themselves in issue of ECG, at what level are their knowledge and abilities to be able to discribe what strategies were contributive for gaining knowledge and what motivation did they have and what barriers they had to face. Quantitative research took place by means of anonymous questionnaire survey. In total, there were 120 respondents from population of nurses in intensive care and rescue workers working at ICU and AIC. As emerged from the questionnaire survey, nurses in intensive care and rescue workers who were included in this survey, evaluate their ECG knowledge on average. Those who passed certificated course of ECG evaluate themselves above average. Respondets said that they must be able to evaluate ECG curvve in their job and it belongs to their competence. It is evident from survey, that they do not have or they do not know they have nursing standart for ECG, and if they have then they get and evaluate acoording to this standart. Acting in theater and in front of camera

This thesis is about acting in theater or in front of camera.
At the beginning it is focused to these directions individually and later summarizes their differences, which include: what function the audience has; what options of movement the performer has; what style direction the actor uses; what the difference of collaborations between actors on the stage or in front of the camera have.It talks about the different approach of directors and self-expressions of actors and analyzes the different effects that each actor during their performance. It doesn’t only talk about the differences, but also includes the inter-connections of both styles.
The next part is focused on creating a character and comparison of current and passed actors that were acting in theater as well as in movies.
The conclusion is about my personal acting experience in film and in theater. It evaluates my work at the school theater DISK and also asses the transition to my advanced work.
