Prevention of socially pathological effects in Elementary school

The thesis is focused on sphere of the prevention of socially pathological effects in elementary school because only her has a great influence on teenagers. The main point of the study was to examine the level of prevention of socially pathological effects in individual schools. For comparison was made on Forcomparison, was made an research on a chosen sample of primary schools of urban and village type. According to methodological terms, was used substandard questionnaire used for personnel of selected primary schools. The research part was expanded to include the author's own practical experience in the implementation of prevention for children from 1 to 9th class of primary school.
Analysis of the activities of the Police of the Czech Republic in the field of crime 2017 - 2019

Title: Analysis of the activities of the Police of the Czech Republic in the field of crime 2017- 2019 Objectives: This thesis objective is about the processing and statistical expression of actions of the Police of the Czech Republic for the period 2017 - 2019 in the Czech Republic. Another objective is to create a comprehensive overview of the history, activities, and areas of criminal police in individual regions and all territory of the Czech Republic Methods: This thesis uses methods of content analysis, data mining from available resources and materials, method of descriptive statistics and subsequent comparison of data. The data obtained are presented graphs and via tables, which are described and reviewed. Results: The result of the thesis is a complex description of the Police of the Czech Republic from its inception to the present, its operation and legislative competence. The operations of the criminal police are also described, and concepts related to it. Numerical data of all interventions by the Police of the Czech Republic in crime for the period 2017 - 2019 are written and evaluated here. Development of representation of criminality in the Czech press

This diploma thesis "Development of representation of crime in the Czech print media" deals with the way of the representation of crime in the Czech press and its development from 1995 to 2010. It found out how much space is devoted to crime, compare the representation of domestic and foreign events, find out if they are among surveyed journals some differences. It also analyzes what crime is the most highly publicized, and focuses on the personality of the perpetrator and the victim of a gender perspective. The theoretical part treat of crime and deviant behavior and discusses their possible causes. It also deals with the central sociological issues, such as social norms, social control and socialization. Also based on the findings of science that deals with crime, criminology, refers to its concept of the classification of the crime and information about the investigation of the crime, take expectation to the issue of statistical data.
Criminality of children and youth

The work deals with youth and children crime. It is concentrated on crime as a whole, it defines the most important terms related to the topic. It points out probable roots of that pathological phenomenon and looks for possible measures leading to its reduction. Considering the field of study, i. e. Pedagogy, a part of the work will be aimed at children's primary social environment, i.e. family and school. Attention will be paid to crime prevention and its categories. Finally, case studies will prove that family, school, education and training are the most important factors forming young people and influencing their behaviour.
The role of social worker in resocializatin of adult offenders of property crime serving a prison sentence

(anglicky): In my thesis, I focus on the role of social workers in prisons and their effect on social rehabilitation of offenders who have committed a property crime. Imprisonment is based on the principle of restorative justice beyond the protection of society to act as an educational element directly to the offender. Individuals who leave prison, are at risk of social exclusion and their possibility of integration into society is due to stigmatization, unstable social environment, housing, employment and other circumstances endangered. The aim of this bachelor thesis is mapping the activities of social workers with adult men in prison. The social worker is a part of the overall examination of the situation of prisoners, social workers are also involved in the processing of a rehabilitation program, which has an impact on an individual's life after release and on recidivism. Social worker cooperate with families, verifies information, etc. The thesis explores the practice of social workers in our country and considering to the practice I suggest changes to improve practice.
The issue of an offender's personality in criminology

v anglickém jazyce The subject of my master's degree thesis is "The Issue of an Offender's Personality in Criminology". The aim of my thesis is disclosing reasons of delinquency from the view of the offender. In the first chapter I focused on basic terms such as what is criminology, criminality, and what defines an offender. In the second chapter I summarized the relevant criminological theories. The next chapter is about typologies of offenders. The fourth chapter, I pay attention to the term "personality", it's structure, term BASIC ID and the motivation of delinquency. The last chapter deals with juvenile criminality, which increased exponentially after the Velvet Revolution in 1989.
Criminality and its presentation in media-4choses cases in the Czech Republic after 1993

Diploma thesis "Criminality and its presentation in media - media representation of four chosen criminals in the Czech Republic after 1993" deals with presentation of criminality and criminals in mass media. Mass media play an important role, they are the main actor that creates public opinion and influences attitudes and opinions of the public within the basic themes that are important for contemporary society. After 1989, in connection with beginning media freedom and development of commercial media sector we could observe remarkable growth of news related to criminality and crime. We could also realize an increase of their tabloidization and brutalization. Unqualified public gains its knowledge of criminality in the region it is staying in and also in the whole republic particularly from the media. Media may although report to the recipients incorrectly about the involvement of criminality, number of crimes etc. The themes of this diploma thesis are as following: media production related to criminality and journalism, normative demands for journalism and media products including their infringements, social and media construction of reality and media representation. Lima: Problems of Latin-American metropolis in context and mutual interaction

This thesis is devoted to the complex of problems which characterize Latin American metropolis on the threshold of the 21st century. It is illustrated in the example of the Peruvian capital Lima which cumulates high amount of the symptomatic maladies of the urbanized areas in this part of the World. The emphasis is mostly put on the issue of the internal migration in Peru and its consequence in a radical change of urbanization, especially the fast growth of the slums on the peripheries. The work also deals with the phenomena which are closely connected with it - criminality, decline in quality of life in the city and disruption of its structures, exhausted environment and predisposition to davastation caused by natural disasters. The aim is to show the coherence of above- mentioned aspects, their common origin and to put them in the context of problems in Peru when the main accent is on the aspect of poverty and cultural-racial barrier.
