Analysis of music sales over the Internet

The aim of this thesis is to create a comprehensive view of current developments in the music market, to explore the position of digital distribution in comparison to the distribution in the high street shops and to analyze current trends in the distribution of digital music. At the same time, this thesis could be interesting for readers because, today there is no current publication in Czech, in which the subject would be so comprehensively addressed. The goal of the first chapter is to briefly map the distribution of intangible goods and services over the Internet. The second chapter aims to analyze the distribution of digital music, to compare its success with distribution in the high street shops and examine current trends and possible future developments. The aim of the final chapter is to examine the services of the most important digital music distributors in the world as well the Czech market and also point out weaknesses and opportunities for improving customer service.

Flat foot diagnosis in profesional sporting athletes

Title: Diagnosis of flatfoot with performance and elite athletes. Summary: The main topic of the thesis is the issue of occurrence of flat for athletes - Athletes. The first part is about the anatomy of the foot. The second part consists of kinesiology analysis distribution of flat, clinical examination of the foot, alone therapy and prevention. Footwear is dedicated a separate chapter. I tried also to submit more detailed information on selecting the appropriate cross- country shoes for athletes with plochnožím. The third part consists of research, which is focused on the incidence of flat for athletes and top performance levels compared with amateur athletes. In doing so, we They came out a description of the current state of athletes foot. We contacted 100 respondents aged between 18-28 years who have submitted a survey and collected footprints (plantogram). Method: The research methods for dynamic testing both feet were Strain gauge plate - Footscan. Investigations standing aspection served as an auxiliary. Written Survey examined the necessary history data. Captured plantogram were evaluated Method according Sztriter-Godunova. Results: In the group of top athletes and performance, we found that 26% plantogram athletes showed signs of flat. It had a degree of flat 46% of examined II. degree was 14% III....

The trade strategy analysis of retailing firm Globus on the Czech market

Bachelor thesis deals with the trade strategy of retailing company Globus on the Czech market. The thesis is divided into three chapters. First chapter is devoted to the presentation of the company Globus and its position on the Czech market. Second one deals with company's marketing strategy. Third chapter is practical part of the work and the chapter presents the results of the market research in two Globus stores. The main goal of the work is to describe specific approach of the company Globus to the Czech market. The conclusion of the work is that firm Globus thanks its trade policy has a great chance to success in the strong competition on the Czech market.

German Diplomatic Relations during the Weimar Republic

The topic of this thesis is the German position in international relations after the World War I and its development during the postwar years till Hitler's seizure of power. The text follows diplomatic activities of the defeated world-power from the Paris Peace Conference and deals with all key happenings at that time. It also points out the main German steps to the emancipation after being forced to bear the responsibility for starting the war. This thesis analyses fundamental issues of the twenties and early thirties within the German context including the reparations or the main security issues.

Strategy of brand Vichy with focus on a czech market.

This diploma thesis is dealing with strategy of brand Vichy focusing on the Czech market. The main theme is analysis of current position of Vichy on the dermocosmetics market in the Czech Republic and proposals for its improvement. In the first charter is the reader present into marketing, brand and it's importance in marketing. In this charter such terms like image, insight, value and elements of brand. Second charter, which is dealing with strategies of brand governing, is followed by citer free, where all the parts of marketing and communication mix are described in detail. The practical part begins with fourth charter, that subsequently describes L'Oréal as a company, its history and structure and the structure of active cosmetics division. This chapter also describes history of brand Vichy and it's re-launch in the year of 2009. Fifth chapter goes further with description and focuses on concrete situation on the dermocosmetics market and introduces the biggest competitors. It also shows activities of brand on particular parts of marketing and communication mix. This description is the base for last chapter. That shows concrete recommendations that should be considered to better the brand strategy. This recommendations are sketched once again on parts of marketing and communication mix. Thesis is ended up with conclusion, in which the most important findings are highlighted.

Significance of risk analysis during IS audit

The essential theme of this thesis is the problems of information systems audit. Main aim is to analyze the position of this audit within the internal audit framework and the significancy of risk analysis for audit. This thesis subsequently identifies the most important international standards and methodics concerning this problem area. In the risk domain it focuses above all on risk specifics in the framework of information systems area and technologies. The main goal of this thesis is to create a guideline for audit process. The theme is elaborated in the way of study of accessible domestic and foreign literature and electronic resources. The outcome of this thesis is the settlement of work up of findings from internal audit area, from informational system audit and from risk analysis and risk management. Main contribution of this thesis is the self-constructed guideline covering the whole process of audit, which is based on evaluation of risks and their analysis. The surveyed area can be assessed as progressively developing with raising importance because of still bigger development in the information technology area.

Regulation of insurance in the Czech Republic

The work deals with the current conditions and developments in the field of insurance regulation in the Czech insurance market. Initially, the issue itself needs and merits of regulation. Then analyze the insurance contract and the rights and obligations arising therefrom. Among the most part are the conditions change the conduct of assurance business. Within this section are not only insurance and reinsurance, but also the activities of insurance intermediaries and independent liquidators claims under a separate law on this issue in 2004. Then followed the issue of supervision of insurance companies, and its development activities, carried out supervision body, which was recently amended. Is also included cooperation with the EU, including EU projects show the insurance industry for the near future. Finally, on the basis of the preceding description of an evaluation carried out development of the regulation of the insurance market and future prospects in the coming years, which is going primarily from dominance of European legislation in this area in recent years.

Some psychological characteristics of candidates for roman catholic priesthood

This Diploma Thesis is dealing with Roman Catholic divinity students in the Czech Republic. This research is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part includes four chapters. The first chapter contains from description of the catholic priesthoods and the place of priesthoods in the Roman Catholic Church in the Czech Republic, missions of priests and some problematical aspects of their life - i.e. the celibacy, insured identity of priests etc. In this chapter I tried to introduce the priesthood as a profession, I described some of their basic activities, tasks and conditions for their services.

Analýza nabídek pojišťoven na on-line pojištění v ČR a srovnání s jejich mateřskými společnostmi v zahraničí

The goal of this bachelor's thesis is to analyze on-line insurance offers of insurance companies in the Czech Republic. This thesis defines general information from insurance areas. It represents selected companies, characterizes their status on the insurance market, informs readers about services and gives a complex survey of on-line insurance offers. Part of thesis is an description of web sites and a behaviour of applications for conclusion of a insurance contract. There is also characteristic of a controlling company attached for each insurance subject with description of web pages that offers on-line insurance. Part of this thesis is also mutual comparison of insurance subjects in the Czech republic and a comparison with their controlling companies. The comparison will be done on base of chosen criteria. The end point of analysis presents evaluations and explanations of differences among proposals of separate companies and recommendation for companies in the Czech republic for a purpose to satisfy needs of their customers in better and more effective way.
