Beran, Rudolf ; Köpplová, Barbara (advisor) ; Maršík, Josef (referee)
Anglický abstrakt k diplomové práci Současné postavení ČRo 3 - Vltava v české mediální krajině Present position of CRo 3 in the Czech media landscape Autor: Rudolf Beran 2012 Abstract This thesis focuses on history of the cultural-artistic radio broadcast in the Czech Republic, its starting points and the subsequent changes that have gradually led to the current profiled form of CRo 3 - Vltava. The CRo 3 - Vltava radio station is presented here as a cultural institution coexisting in the framework of public radios of the other European countries. A special attention is paid, among others, to the Vltava's specifics, aspects of the obvious peculiarity this radio station has within the Czech media landscape. Neither can I omit the radio's cultural function of "culture-creativeness", role in the climate of the current society, factual non-substitutability or privileges of the demanding audience. In the individual sections I present, one by one, the key authors and creators who have taken a crucial part in shaping the CRo 3 - Vltava radio station. The thesis is based on a historical-critical analysis and a form analysis.

Beginnings of Holy Mountain as a Place of Pilgrimage
Pokorná, Gabriela ; Dvořáková, Markéta (advisor) ; Dvořáková, Michaela (referee)
This thesis attends to the Holy Mountain - a place of pilgrimage, mainly to its origins. We can observe the process of an ordinary and uninteresting place becoming the most well- known place of pilgrimage consecrated to the Virgin Mary in Bohemia. At first we go in for general overview of places of pilgrimage that will help us become more familiar with this broad issue, we mention e.g. locations of places of pilgrimage and pilgrims' motivation. Later we focus on the Holy Mountain. We follow its becoming a famous place of pilgrimage in the first centuries of its existence. We allude to miracles that took place here as well as important personages who had crucial influence on development of this place of pilgrimage. We are concerned with first pilgrims coming here, their motives and by the same token we aim at gradual rebuilding of the chapel and later construction work that led to a formation of a beautiful and monumental complex of buildings. Lastly we briefly go through the 20th century approach towards places of pilgrimage and the literary approach towards them in the last decades.

Habitat requirements of two species Huperzia selago and Lycopodium annotinum in sandstone area of NP Bohemian Switzerland
Trachtová, Pavla ; Hadincová, Věroslava (advisor) ; Adámek, Martin (referee)
Species Huperzia selago and Lycopodium annotinum occur in cold and humid habitats with acid substrate. These are mainly mountain areas in the Czech Republic, but also sand gorges, where the temperature inversion is common. The temperature inversion causes the fact, that temperature conditions in ravines are different from the climatic conditions of surroundings, which causes high rate of species variety among the habitats. In these places, Montane and Boreal species grow in low altitudes and in the proximity of thermophile species. The presence of montane and boreal species in sand ravines is largely influenced by inherence of temperature inversion, which is determined by features of ravine (depth, breadth, orientation) and by weather conditions. Other important agents (excepting microclimatic conditions), which influence the prevalence of these kinds, are microelement availability and the rate of competition. In Czech Republic, both species Huperzia selago and Lycopodium annotinum fall into C3 category, which means that they indicate permanent regression in our nature. In the case of my field survey in the area of the Bohemian Switzerland National Park I confirmed this tendency for species Huperzia selago.

Animation of Automata
Schejbal, Jiří ; Holan, Tomáš (referee) ; Kryl, Rudolf (advisor)
The aim of this work is to create a graphic environment for studying finite automata and to build a Delphi component library, which contains components representing automata. Creating a set of automata operations, that can represent a mathematical proof of automata thesis, is also important part of work. Also the implementation of these operations inside the environment as a built-in script language. The work also contains a guide of how to extend the component library and the script language.

Název práce: Charakteristika sportovního výkonu v maratonech horských kol s přihlédnutím ke specifice tréninku žen. Characteristic sports achievement m marathon mountine bike competition with consideration to specifical traning women. Dotazníky vyplnilo 50 závodníků - 40 mužů a 1O žen. Dotazník obsahoval vybrané faktory struktury sportovního výkonu a závodníci v něm měli za úkol vytvořit žebříček důležitosti jednotlivých faktorů. Z každého bodu v dotazníku byly vytvořeny dva grafy, jeden mužů a jeden žen, do kterých byly zaneseny výsledky průzkumu. Výsledky: Ukazují použití jednotlivých faktorů v tréninkovém procesu a přispívají k porozumění tohoto výzkumu a je možné použít do dalších projektů. Klíčová slova: struktura sportovního výkonu, maratonský závod horských kol, faktory - 2-

Lipid lowering treatment substantially reduces the risk of cardiovascular diseases. The effects of lipid lowering go far beyond limiting the extent of atheroslcerotic lesions and decreasing the severity of atherosclerotic stenoses. Recently recognised effects of cholesterol on plaque stability, endothelial function, thrombosis, and plaque inflammation have been subject to intensive research during the past two decades. The effect lipid lowering treatment on the various aspects of the plaque development are being investigated in search of novel therapies to reduce the risk of ahterosclerosis. In this work, we examined cell adhesion molecules, microvascular reactivity and metalloproteinase PAPP-A in patients with hypercholesterolemia and investigated the effect of lipid lowering with atorvastatin and LDL-apheresis. Leukocyte and endothelial adhesion molecules mediate leukocyte recruitment into subendothelial space, contributing thus to plaque inflammation. PAPP-A is a protease which has been related to plaque instability and acute coronary events; it's role in stable atherosclerotic lesions hasn't been studied yet Microvascular reactivity is supposed to reflect endothelial function in the microvascular bed; the knowledge of the effect of hyperlipidemia on microvasculature is currently limited. Patients with...
