Prevention of breast cancer

Breast cancer affects women of all ages and races without distinction. main risk factor is gender. The world sick every year several millions of women. Opportunities to prevent an increasing incidence of this disease is prevention. Primary prevention to prevent tumor formation, secondary prevention to early diagnosis and treatment and effective therapy with complete healing results tumors. In this thesis I focused on the possibility of breast cancer prevention, while the situation mammography screening program in the country. According to many studies, just mammography screening considerably reduces the mortality from breast cancer. Primary prevention, health education and providing continuous information about the network and the results of screening mamodiagnostických sites are an integral part of screening for breast cancer, which has for years become part of the trappings of civilization women in the Czech Republic.

Financial analysis focusing on automotive industry

The content of this thesis is to evaluate the usability of financial analysis in practice. First, it described the theory of financial analysis, which are defined on the basis of literature and design characteristics of their calculation. Subsequently, this theory is confronted with the knowledge of the practice. Application of the thesis is focused on the automotive industry, where it is carried out financial analysis of a particular car dealer in the Czech Republic with the assistance of business management system, which uses the Import Volkswagen Group Ltd. This dealer is compared with a group of similar dealers. On the basis of the financial analysis and experience from practice is the conclusion of thesis certificate, provided that financial analysis is an indispensable component in the management of commercial activities and an essential factor in deciding management.

Current Trends of the Sprinters Strength Preparation

SUM MARY A major objective of this dissertation was with hepl of literary sources to show and point out contemporary trends in strength preparation of sprinters, regardless of the goal of concrete training phases. The phases are planned according to the competition schedule. The further important factor of the successful planning is to know individua! strength training metods and how to incorporate them to the overall plann. The yearly training plan is an important a tool for achieving long-range athletic goals. The yearly training plan is devided into: Anatomical adaptation, the main objectives of this phase are to involve most muscle groups and to prepare the muscles, ligaments, tendons and joints for load. The duration of this phase i s 3 to 5 weeks. Maximal strength, the main objective of this phase is to develop the highest level of force possible. This is according to Charlie Francis the most important phase for sprinters. The duration of this phase should be approximately 6 to 9 weeks depend on athletes. Effect of cognitive styles on individual's decision-making

The aim of the thesis was to study how cognitive styles influence decision-making. From structural point of view, the thesis is divided into two parts. In the introductory theoretical part we point at decision-making, its definition and theory, and then we deal with structure and factors which influence decision-making, as well as rules for decision-making and decision errors. In theoretical part we concentrate on cognitive styles. We define cognitive styles and present their possible classifications to a reader, at the same time we focus on few of them in detail. Thereafter we concentrate on relation between cognitive styles and decision-making. In conclusion of theoretical part we focus on adolescence, we describe specific of cognitive and emotional development, as well as adolescents' decision-making. The aim of empirical part was to find out whether decision errors occur in decision-making between older adolescents and to what extent, and how intervening variable influences them - cognitive style reflexivity-impulsivity, gender, and attended secondary school. Research consisted of 184 secondary school graduates from three secondary schools in Senica. Test TE- NA-TO was used for exploration of cognitive styles. The Occupational Links of the Neck Pain - the Analysis of Risk Factors.

Název: Profesionální souvislosti bolestí krční páteře - analýza rizikových faktorů The professionallinks ofcervical vertebrae pains- the analysis ofrisk factors Cíl práce: Cílem mé diplomové práce je zjistit při jakém zaměstnání lidé nejčastěji trpí bolestmi krční páteře, analyzovat profesionální rizikové faktory, včetně posouzení vlivu psychiky na bolesti krční páteře. Cílem je také zjistit, zda hodnocené osoby (probandi) vědí a dělají vše proto, aby ve svém zaměstnání bolesti krční páteře co nejvíce eliminovali. Metoda: Průzkum byl proveden u klientů SLL Janské Lázně, kteří mají diagnostikovaný VAS krční páteře. Zkoumaný soubor obsahoval 50 probandů v průměrném věku 42,4 let. Metoda průzkumu byla provedena formou dotazníku. Dotazovaní jedinci obdrželi dotazník, který byl rozdělen na tři základní části. V první části se otázky týkají osobních údajů. Druhá část zahrnuje otázky, které jsou zaměřeny na zaměstnání, jeho charakter a na psychickou náročnost. Třetí část zahrnuje otázky týkající se charakteristiky běžného života. Získaná data byla zpracována a použita pro závěry této diplomové práce. Výsledky: Z vyhodnocení ankety je patrné, že největší hodnocenou skupinou, která trpí bolestivostí krční páteře v zaměstnání jsou prqfese, které většinu pracovní doby sedí (50%). This thesis is focused on personnel marketing, its goals and its importance to employers. The application of personnel marketing in business practice should be based on good knowledge of potential employees' interests and expectations. The goal of this thesis is to identify specific factors of recruitment of fresh graduates on the Czech labour market and to find out some specifics in their expectations in comparison with other applicants for a job.

Optimization of the FE model by experimental modal analysis.

Znalosti o dynamických vlastnostech jsou základní předpoklady pro bezpečný provoz moderních výrobních strojů. Získání numerických metod ke zprostředkování dynamických vlastností stoupají na významu. Výpočet komplexních struktur je přesto možný pouze s nedostačující přesností. Pro výpočet již vznikajících mechanických systémů nabízí strukturní optimalizace možné zlepšení analytického přístupu. V rámci předložené práci je jedna taková strukturní optimalizace provedena na příkladu konceptu stroje s hybridní kinematikou “Scherenkinematik“. Přitom jsou nejdříve vyhodnoceny výsledky experimentální modální analýzy, zjištění modálních parametrů a odvození možné modifikace struktury. V druhé části následuje sestavení náhradního FE-modelu stroje v programu ANSYS Mechanical. Optimalizace struktury je provedena následně pomocí spojení program°u ANSYS a FEMtools. Z toho byly sestaveny dva optimalizační přístupy, které byly dále zpracovány. Ukázalo se, že jak s tak také bez spojitého omezení prostoru hledaných pro párování tvar kmitu, nebylo dosaženo žádné zlepšení korelace analytického a experimentálního modelu. Z výsledků optimalizace lze usoudit, že průběh a výsledky optimalizace jsou závislé od kvality výchozího modelu, vybraného přístupu optimalizace tak jako využité metody k přizpůsobení parametrů. Přitom je program FEMtools jen podmíněně určen pro strukturní analýzu silně spojených mechanických struktur a to pro nasazenou citlivosti analýzu.

Catching-up effect: analysis of chosen institutional factors and their influence on economic growth in the countries of the Visegrad Group in a period 2004 - 2014

This bachelor thesis examines the impact of catching up effect onto the Visegrad group countries in the period of 2004 to 2014 and the speed of their convergence to the economic level of the old member countries of EU. In the theoretical part the thesis focuses on the origin and development of both groups of countries as well as particular approaches to the economic growth itself, institutional economy and the catching-up effect. The main focus of the practical part is to perform a comparative analysis of five institutional factors with the aim to find out if the countries are getting closer or further to the level of EU 15 countries and what impact does it have on their economic development. This thesis results in statement, that on the macroeconomic level the entrace of the Visegrad group to the European Union positively affected their economic development a brought them closer to the level of EU 15.
