This dissertation works with data and information theory and describes several technological approaches for data and information sharing. These approaches are evaluated and compared to specific situations in companies. Dissertation deeply describes portal concept of the information and documents sharing which is described using SharePoint technology. Dissertation summarizes history and evolution of the SharePoint technology and describes the architecture and system functionalities. The functionalities ale described using implementation project in real company. Dissertation describes the implementation from the user requirements point of view, project management point of view and focuses on the point of view of development with concrete implementation tasks. Dissertation also brings project evaluation in terms of costs and company payoffs. It also recommends what to avoid for ensuring the successful implementation.

Influence of managerial and team supervision on health personnel motivation

This work described in the form of keys study the process of establishing management supervision in the Hospice of St. Stephen in Litoměřice. It deals with working motivation, the possibilities of influencing this motivation and the importance of regular evaluation of nurses' work. It pursues the contribution of team supervision for the nursing teams too. In the practical part, it compares initial situation on workplace before establishing the team and management supervision to present situation, it describes successive steps of the change and it critically evaluates its contributions and insufficiencies. Situation of lifelong education in the Czech Republic

The lifelong education or recently more used term lifelong learning conception, is a very actual topic at several sessions, used colloquially, and in many documents written by representatives of several organizations like the European Union, OECD, UNESCO etc. Modern society is associated with a growing volume of information and with the knowledge on how to work with it. On the basis of this fact the idea of a knowledge society was established. In the modern knowledge society the education process is a very important part of social and individual life. Thus, this work deals with the issue of lifelong education (learning) which consists of formal education, non-formal education and informal education. Although formal education is a very important part of lifelong education, from a lifelong education point of view non-formal education is the most important, especially if we focus our attention on the connection between lifelong education and the labour market. The work is based on the concept of human capital, human resources and strives to also include the cultural capital theory. The goal of this study is to elaborate an operational study of a gastronomic establishment, analyze competitive advantage and describe the marketing instruments. This study is divided into three parts. The first part is theoretical and describes gastronomic services, forms and functions. The second one analyzes a restaurant which I chose. The last part of the study evaluates contemporary situation and proposes how to improve this state.

Security of Enterprise VoIP Telephony Networks

This thesis focuses on enterprise VoIP telephony network security. Introduces brief comparison of old analog and digital voice networks and IP telephone networks with special focus on VoIP system security. The goal of the thesis is to identify the risks of implementation and operation of VoIP technologies in enterprise environment and so thesis brings some conclusion how to minimalize or avoid these risks. First two chapters briefly introduce the development of telephony technologies with differentiation of enterprise telephone network from public telephone networks. Further it describes individual technologies, digitalization of voice, processing the signal and VoIP protocols and components. Third chapter focuses on infrastructure of telephony networks with special interest for architecture of IP telephony and ways of establishing call processing. It describes data flows for further security risk analysis, which this technology came with. Fifth chapter is about enterprise security standards in common and is trying to describe information security management system (ISMS) adopting VoIP technology. Individual security threats and risks are described in sixth chapter, along with known methods how to avoid them. Final parts of thesis concludes of two real situation studies of threats and risks of VoIP technologies implemented in environment of small commercial enterprise and medium size enterprise, in this example represented by University of economics. These chapters conclude theoretical problems shown on practical examples.

Educational Simulation in Task Situations (A survey focusing on the aspects of acceptance, interactivity, and authenticity)

The dissertation 'Educational Simulation in Task Situations' is focused on a new medium - educational simulation, which is starting to establish itself in the field of education. This work is examining educational simulations from three different points of view: 1) the acceptance of educational simulations in the school environment, 2) the interactivity of learning material, and 3) the authenticity of learning material. The experimental results are divided into three separate chapters according to the respective viewpoint. The investigation focused on acceptance in the first chapter draws from the evaluation of 34 Czech teachers and more than 1000 students, who both evaluated the benefits and shortcomings of particular educational simulations that were used by the teachers and their students. The experiment on interactivity (N = 152) in the second chapter is focused on the experimental comparison of learning material with activated interactive features and learning material with deactivated features. The third experiment on authenticity (N = 48) compares teaching material using authentic media sequences and the same material converted into an animated form. The diploma work put brain to income from operations of natural persons in the accounting and tax evidence. At first it targets the income from operations and its different concept in the evidences. It describes establishment of income from operations on accrual and cash basis, defines components of income from operations - expenses, revenues, gains, losses, incomes and expenditures. The next part of the work focuses on legislation of income from operations in teh Czech Republic (in accounting and tax evidence).One of the chapters speeks about some economic transactions, which influences income from operations different in the accounting and tax evidence. The diploma work is finished with short example, which brings near the problem.

Dissertation work Andrej Krob follows Krob`s remarkable journey to theatre from meeting Vaclav Havel during his military service in 1957, through Krob`s arrival to Divadlo Na zabradli in the early sixties of 20th century and especially his collaboration with director Jan Grossman, next to who Krob gradually work his way up from stage technician to the director. From the numerous Krob`s productions is the attention paid to the very first one, almost unknown directorial act, student production of Kral Ubu, presented on chateau Breznice in 1964, however this dissertation is mostly dedicated to the selected and key Krob`s productions of Vaclav Havel`s plays. Meeting this author was for Krob personaly as well as for his directorial poetics progress entirely fundamental. That`s why this work describes and analyses in detail semi illegal production of Havel`s play Zebracka opera, presented by Krob in Horni Pocernice in 1975, which has became establishing production of Divadlo na tahu, as well as Krob`s production of the same play from 1995. The thesis reviews and provides comparison of immigration policies of Germany, Italy and the Netherlands from post-WW2 years to the late 1990s. With regards to the different historical, cultural and social background of each country the dissertation thesis defines the unique approach to immigration and perception of immigrants in each country. The ultimate aim of the thesis is to explain the circumstances that lead to the specific events in the history of immigration policies of the countries in question and bring comprehension in this often overlooked matter.
