Integrating Pre-School Children with Health Problems in Nursery Schools

The subject of the thesis is the integration of pre-school children with the handicap in the common kindergarten. The author attempted to create a complex approach of the integration of the handicapped pre-school child. The study consists of two parts: the theoretical and the practical one. In the theoretical part the author studies the legislation and the progress of the integration in the Czech Republic. This part is focused mainly on participants of the integration process - the family, children and the school. The conditions of integration are included and positives and possible risks that must be taken into consideration in the responsible approach to the integration, are showed. The practical part of the study describes the integration process in the common kindergarten in Prague 6. Parents, the teachers and the consultants comment the consequence of the integration process. In the final part of the study two cases of the integration is described in detail. The author showed that this process, in spite of number of the problems, brings an advantage for the every participant of the integration and thus it is advisable to continue with it. Zabývá se otázkami psychického a hudebního vývoje dítěte předškolního věku, role dětského pedagoga, úlohy rodičů při výuce a vhodným věkem začátku hry na housle. Autorka seznamuje čtenáře s vlastním metodickým postupem výuky hry na housle, houslovými školami pro děti a názory kolegů z učitelské praxe. Children with Cochlear Implants and their Enrolment in Schools

The topič of my thesis is 'The problém of cochlear implantation in children and their inclusion in different types of elementary schools'. The first theoretical part deals with all elements around the process of cochlear implantation in the Czech republic. It is a relatively new and difficult subject which develops quickly and brings very important and interesting results. A child with a cochlear implant can be placed into schools for children with severe hearing disorders or mainstream kinds of schools, which gives evidence about how successful a cochlear implantation and a following rehabilitation can be. This is the reason why i am also interested in the subject of elementary education of children with cochlear implants. In the practical part of this thesis, i analyse the situation of placing of pupils with cochlear implants into different types of elementary schools, from the view point of selected factors which have a significant role for the asset of cochlear implants, for the life of the user. Multicultural society in the countries and regions of the Czech Republic

This thesis describes individual national minorities living on the territory of Czech Republic, under which conditions they can enter the Czech territory and live here and integration process of minorities to the Czech majority society. Each of those minority groups is characteristic by different values, culture, language, color of the skin, religion, and lifestyle and by the ability to adapt new world for them. This integration process is a long-term process and depends also on the Czech society, how those minorities will identify with Czech territory. Already on elementary schools students are getting to know variety of cultures through multicultural education that is trying to build a sense for respecting different cultures and esprit de corps in them. Citizens of Czech society living in abroad are finding a support in allowance organizations called Czech centers, which work also for representing Czech Republic in a lot of countries.

The Integration of Romany Children under the Conditions of Institutionalized Pre-School Instruction

The theme of the graduation thesis is the integration of Roma children. It discusses contemporary possibilities of their institutional pre-school education, it attempts to summarize actual experiences and it attempts to outline the optimal model. In the practical part it builds up upon the experience of education in the nursery school for the Roma children and in the preparatory class. Ve sve praci jsem se pokusila navrhnout aktivity, jejichz praktikovani by napomohlo k seznameni neslysicich deti s kulturou neslysicich jiz od zacatku skolni dochazky. Jsem si vedoma faktu, ze neslysici deti neslysicich rodicu se s kulturou neslysicich setkavaji doma a svym zpusobem je kultura neslysicich obklopuje. Ale pro neslysici deti slysicich rodicu by bylo vhodne, aby se seznamovanim s kulturou neslysicich pomahala rodicum skola. Jak jsem se zminila na zacatku sve prace, nemyslim si, ze je vhodne, abychom my slysici urcili, kterYm smerem se maji neslysici vydavat. Ale na druhou stanu, ti lide, kteri s neslysicimi prichazeji do kontaktu, by meli ukazat, z ceho si mohou neslysici vybrat. Ve skolach by se deti mely seznamit, jak se svetem slysicich, tak svetem neslysicich. Na zaklade objektivnich informaci si neslysici mohou nenasilne vybrat, jakou cestou se ve svem budoucim zivote vydaji. Sama jsme se snazila strucne popsat zakladni charakteristiky sveta neslysicich. Logicky jsem vysvetlila, ze neslysici Ize povazovat za jazykove-kulturni mensinu, a bylo by politicky spravne, aby se neslysicim dostavalo stejnych pray jako jinym jazykovym mensinam na nasem uzemi. Using modern technology in economic education

The bachelor thesis ,Using modern technology in economic education, is focused on a problem with integration technology (smarthphone, tablets and others) into a normal economic classes in high schools. First, technical part, describes each individual device and different kinds of operating systems they use. Second part describes results from other researches about similar topics. Third, didactic part, is focused on didactic technology, e-learning, m-learning a new theories in education. Fourth part includes my own research about using modern technologies by students and teachers in high schools and brings analysis of discovered information. Final part gives practical recommendation for pedagogical practice in teaching economical subjects.

The level of knowledge on the issue of nutrition of students in the 2nd grade of elementary school in relation to their daily diet.

This bachelor thesis: The level of knowledge pertaining to the issue of the nutrition of second grade elementary students in relation to their everyday diet is theoretically defined in the introductory section, defining nutrition related terms. Individual chapters then go on to define the basic aspects and the relevance of good nutrition for the health of young children and young adults. Daily recommended amount, nutrition plans, alternative eating regimes and various nutritional mistakes are all discussed, particularly in the context of abnormal weight gain and other illnesses. The issue of educating young people about correct nutrition is also tackled. The practical component of the thesis describes the results of quantitative research carried out via questionnaire form. The aim of the questionnaire was to find out what relationship young children have towards their nutrition and test their knowledge on the subject. The research sample was aimed at children of 9th grade of elementary school, aged 14-16 in the Znojmo area.

Managerial competencies

This diploma thesis deals with managerial competencies, which knowledge and control are signs of the superior performance manager. The theoretical part of the work is supported by the literature study. In several chapters there are summarized and characterized basic topics related to competences in general, competencies in the manager's job, competency models and integration of competency models to companies. In the practical part there is collected a list of general competencies from various sources that are typical for store manager position. Subsequently the synthesis of these competencies is performed to the several thematic blocks. Using questionnaires are detected relevant competencies for store managers who contribute to the achievement of excellent business results. On the basis of these informations is created preliminary competency model for the position of store manager Mr. Baker units which is including a description of the level of all individual competencies. The final stage is a validation of the resulting preliminary competency model using expert judgment. The result is a competency model for store manager Mr. Baker Bakery unit which is ready for implementation and use in practice.
