Téma mé diplomové práce je Problematika kochleární implantace u dětí a jejich školního zařazení v jednotlivých typech základních škol. Teoretická část podává podrobný výklad o celém problému kochleární implantace v České republice. Jedná se o poměrně nový a také složitý proces, který se rychle rozvíjí a přináší zajímavé a pozitivní výsledky. Zařazení dítěte s kochleárním implantátem do školy běžného typu nebo školy pro žáky se sluchovým postižením může vypovídat o úspěšnosti kochleární implantace a následné rehabilitace. Proto je oblast základního vzdělávání dětí s kochleárním implantátem dalším okruhem, kterým se ve své práci zabývám. V praktické části diplomové práce analyzuji školní zařazení žáků s kochleárním implantátem v jednotlivých typech základních škol z hlediska vybraných faktorů, které přínos kochleárního implantátu pro život uživatele ovlivňují. Zjišťuji využití kochleárního implantátu u dětí z pohledu jejich školního zařazení. Snažím se ukázat souvislost mezi posuzovanými faktory a zařazením dítěte s kochleárním implantátem v určitém typu základní školy. Ve své práci představuji kochleární implantaci jako důležitý a vysoce pozitivní jev, který sehrává v oblasti vzdělávání dětí s těžkou sluchovou vadou významnou úlohu. The first theoretical part deals with all elements around the process of cochlear implantation in the Czech republic. It is a relatively new and difficult subject which develops quickly and brings very important and interesting results. A child with a cochlear implant can be placed into schools for children with severe hearing disorders or mainstream kinds of schools, which gives evidence about how successful a cochlear implantation and a following rehabilitation can be. This is the reason why i am also interested in the subject of elementary education of children with cochlear implants. In the practical part of this thesis, i analyse the situation of placing of pupils with cochlear implants into different types of elementary schools, from the view point of selected factors which have a significant role for the asset of cochlear implants, for the life of the user. I survey the utilisation of cochlear implants by children firom the view point of their school placing. I want to show a connection between monitored factors and the inclusion of children with cochlear implants into certain types of elementary schools.
