Measuring distances on spine at gymnasts and girls that don't sports

Souhrn: práce pojednává o problematice sportovní gymnastiky z pohledu fyzioterapie, o důsledcích tohoto sportu na pohybový aparát, o pohyblivosti páteře a hodnocení zakřivení páteře v rovině sagitální u gymnastek a nesportujících dívek ve věku 7-10let Cíl: porovnání pohyblivosti a zakřivení páteře u gymnastek a nesportujících dívek Postup: na podkladě získaných informací o sportovní gymnastice, páteři (její stavbě, pohyblivosti), byli vybráni vhodní probandi, u kterých byla hodnocena pohyblivost páteře do flexe. Data byla statisticky vyhodnocena a na jejich základě stanoven závěr. Title: The use of altitude training in Olympic cycle 2004-2008 (in the example of rowing) Aim: The operational objective of this work is to provide a summary of selected published information on the issue of altitude training, and its use in rowing. The main aim of this work will be the practical verification of the theory of recovery training at higher altitude, focusing on the example of rowing through the evaluation of biochemical analysis. Another aim will be to determine whether training at higher altitude might have positively affected the performance of rowers in the Olympic cycle 2004-2008. Methodology of work: Based on the knowledge gained from a literature review on the matter we are planning to organize training camps at altitude in the four-year Olympic cycle. According to those tasks and objectives each year in the annual cycle, we chose the suitability of training camp at altitude. During the training camp at altitude as we are use biochemical analysis to test the use of training at altitude in practice. The results: The results of monitoring the internal environment and the hematology using biochemici analysis showed that altitude is limiting for training. The status and perspectives of the Ukrainian minority integration in the Czech Republic

Diploma Paper "The Status and Perspectives of the Ukrainian minority integration in the Czech Republic" summarizes existing knowledge about the problematic of immigration from the Eastern Europe. It deals with the problematic of migration in general and then looks at the example of Ukrainian migrants. It refers to the long history of migration from the Ukraine and to the cultural differences between major society and minority. It also considers facts how this issue is reflected in the Czech legislative system and in the attitude of the political parties, which were elected in 2006 to the Parliament of the Czech Republic, Chamber of deputies. Presented paper comes from long-term experience gained during master studies Charles University in Prague, Faculty of Arts, and from my own research.

Labour market changes and perspectives of education

At present, society has been undergoing significant changes. There has also been a transformation in the way people work. There has been a sharp increase in the demands on employees, especially from the point of view of new knowledge and skills, namely those skills and knowledge related to the development of information technologies. Differences existing on the labour market have also been growing, both with regard to income and the length of unemployment. The nature of these differences may be explained in the context of either segmentation theories or the growth of individua! inequalities. With the increase in the number of university graduates, the problem of over-qualification has arisen, i.e. part of the people with university education hold positions which are supposed to be filled with secondary school graduates - with little prospect for change. An analysis of the transformations taking place on the labour market and in the area of education has been carried out in the doctoral thesis. Furthermore, the development of the relationship between attained education and the individual's resultant position on the labour market with respect to over-qualification is described in the thesis. The final part of the thesis is devoted to growing wage differentiation and the process of labour market segmentation.

The dissertation is divided into two parts so that it could provide its readers with an adequate amount of information about both theoretical and practical part of the problem. The theoretical part deals with the definition of the share holder's corporate rights and it is supposed to give its readers enough information so that they could subsequently comprehend the lawsuits analyzed in the practical part and envision functioning of Czech courts in the domain of share holder's corporate rights.

The objective of the bachelor work is to point out the basic typology of the World Class members within its fitness club located in Venceslas Square and thanks to the obtained results try to come up with possible recommendation for the future marketing strategy. First part is dedicated to the theory and expressions such as marketing, market research, market segmentation, buyer behaviour and questioning. Second part gives a closer look to the fitness,to the company World Class and at last to the specific fitness club in Prague. Chapters explain whole procedure of the market research, the gain of the data and finally the data analysis with its practical explanation.

The development of new dilational stents for resolving chronic benign stenosis and strictures of the respiratory airways and esophagus in children

Stenosis of the larynx and trachea accounts for a small but adverse spectrum of diagnoses in patients treated in ENT and Head and Neck Surgical departments. In treating chronic stenosis and strictures, an unequivocal, generally -accepted approach has not been established. The predominant method of treatment is surgical. Other methods applied include endoscopic (laservaporation, aryteooidectomy) and extemal (expansive, resection) procedures. 10 the pediatric population, the desired method is one which has a minimal1y harmful impact to the growing child. For these reasons, indications to exteosive surgical treatments are limited. Dilatation of stenosis and stricture, and temporary maintaining of lumen patency using stents individual1y measured "to size" seem to afford greater advantages for use in the pediatric population. In cooperation with the Institute of Macromolecular Chemistry (Academy of Sciences, Czech Republic), we have worked on the development of stents suitable for clinical use that exhibit a combination of useful properties (rigidity, absorbability, biocompatibility, microbial inactivity). Název práce: Perzistující somatofonnní bolestivá porucha Název v anglickém jazyce: Persistent somatoform pain disorder Cíle práce: Cílem této diplomové práce bylo shrnout a analyzovat dosavadní poznatky o perzistující somatofonnní bolestivé poruše, o možnostech využití fyzioterapie v léčbě pacientů s PSBP a na základě získaných informací navrhnout nejvhodnější terapeutický postup s důrazem na přístupy fyzioterapeutické. Metoda: Diplomová práce je zpracována ve formě komentované literární rešerše. Bylo použito několik dostupných literárních zdrojů, převážně z oblasti psychosomatické medicíny, psychiatrie, psychologie a kineziologie, ze kterých byly čerpány informace pro získání přehledu o problematice PSBP v psychosomatickém kontextu, psychodiagnostických a dolorimetrických metodách a především o možnostech využití fyzioterapie v léčbě pacientů s PSBP. Rešeršní formu práce jsem zvolila z toho důvodu, že tato diagnóza je zatím plna otazníků včetně její optimální terapie, ověřovat tedy účinnost jedné konkrétní metody se mi nejevilo jako aktuální včetně toho, že podobné výzkumy v oblasti psychosomatických poruch jsou velmi problematické a v rámci diplomové práce jen velmi obtížně realizovatelné. Transferové ceny - problém nebo výzva?

Cílem této studie bylo především ověřit či naopak vyvrátit v úvodu stanovenou hypotézu, že nekvalifikovaný odhad způsobu stanovení transferových cen a tedy nevhodná úprava daňového základu plátce ze strany české daňové správy přináší České republice vysoké riziko mezinárodních arbitráží, které představují nejen značnou finanční zátěž, ale také nadbytečnou práci pro ministerské úředníky. Sledovali jsme situaci v oblasti platné legislativy v této oblasti, zahraniční praxe a standardů a především pak dosavadních kontrol zaměřených na transferové ceny. Ze získaných poznatků však vyplývá, že stávající přístup české daňové správy k této problematice nahrává spíše opačné domněnce; nedostatečná kontrola ze strany finančních orgánů a tudíž i absence mezinárodních sporů v této oblasti vede k jisté laxnosti poplatníků a zprostředkovaně tak může nahrávat daňovým únikům v důsledku uměle podhodnocených zdanitelných zisků?
