Jakešová, Ivana ; Minárik, Pavol (advisor) ; Kotýnková, Magdalena (referee)
Introduction of this bachelor thesis deals with an importance of terms "human capital" and "restorative justice". Nowadays, the main aim is not to incarcerate a criminal, but to stimulate him to change his behavior, in order to become a better man. Hence, there is a possibility for a criminal to extend his education, to take up a retraining course or to start working during the execution of his punishment. The main goal of this theses is to find out whether these activities, education, retraining courses or employment within the execution of a punishment are rather a benefit for both convicted and society. Huge range of projects have been created to strive for re-integration of former criminals into society and to the employment market. I will try to answer the question if a criminal becomes better by virtue of activities listed above and I would like to prove it with statistics related to the hight of recidivism, i.e. repeated criminal activity in the Czech Republic.

Gabrielová, Markéta ; Eliáš, Vojtěch (advisor) ; Mrňávek, Tomáš (referee)
Liturgy is the supreme expression of the Roman Catholic Church and that is the reason we must pursue it as well as we can ass it is mentioned in the Constitution on the Holy Liturgy Sancrosanctum concilium. Liturgical music and singing are an integral part of the Divine Service, it should be properly mastered by organists and other musicians who participate on the service. That is why I dedicate a substantial part of my work to the liturgy itself. The organists should also know regulations and directions under which liturgical music is performed. That is the purpose of the second part of my work. The results of the research described in the third part of the work show that the majority of organists perform their profession in a very good standard, that the quality of their work does not depend on the size of the community they live in. Nevertheless, those coming from smaller settlements might have more problems. They are mostly well qualified and educated musicians. They also try to be good Christians but their theological education is a bit worse. Litoměřice Diocese offers them further education in the form of regular courses and majority of them gladly participate and appreciate them. A larger problem seems to be a lack of musicians interested in organ playing among believers as well as...

Specifically, the work is aimed at reference networking, and describes it in detail using an example of its representative in the Czech market. Within its theoretical part, the work defines the concept of small and medium-sized business. Further it explains the concept of promoting entrepreneurship in terms of public and market support. In the framework of this distinction, examples of some of the forms of such support have been listed. On the example of Switzerland, local representative forms of public support of entrepreneurship have been presented and compared to those in the Czech Republic. Further, networking concept has been introduced, and some principles of its operation have been defined. Different kinds of networking have been described. In the practical part, functioning of reference networking in particular, has been described more in detail on the example of the company Business for Breakfast Česká republika s.r.o. Using a questionnaire survey among the members of this concept, its benefits for both the members of the concept, as well as for the state budget have been investigated. The analysed benefits are examined in terms of both budget revenues, as well as in terms of cost savings. Fields of business, for which reference networking seems to be most beneficial, have been mentioned. In the end, benefits of representative public forms of business support with reference marketing have been compared. The study has confirmed that reference networking is an effective form of market-based support for small and medium-sized businesses, and has a positive impact on both the state budget, as well as on creating a favourable business environment in the Czech Republic. Despite public forms of business, these benefits are demonstrable and measurable.
