Knížová, Kristýna ; Kuchař, Pavel (advisor) ; Buchtík, Martin (referee)
A sociometric test measures preferential choices of members within a group. Researcher gets the choices through questionnaires in which the members make choices according to several criterions. Then he identificates the preferences and informal structure of the group. Working group is relevant for this methody thanks its basic characterics as common workplace, goals, everyday interactions etc. Nice relationships are important for employees too, there are not considered only good salary and job security. In my research I examined three different working groups and I used the sociometric test. I present results in teams seperately because every of them is unique. At the end of research I summarize the main findings. In discussion I deal with the sociometric test in the methodological way. I write here about pros and cons which I had noticed. Finally I claim that the sociometric test is a suitable method for measuring sociopreferential choices of members and the informal structure of group.

Suggestion and realization of Thermo-electric stimulator for quantitative estimation of thermal threshold in patients
Hykel, Jan ; Hozman, Jiří (advisor) ; Špunda, Miloslav (referee)
The sensory disorders are one of the main symptoms of the neuropathy. Examination and estimation of the level of the Neuropathic disease is main target of the comprehensive examination method "Quantitative sensory testing". One part of this group of tests is Quantitative estimation of thermal thresholds. This method is based on the special device called "Thermo-electric Stimulator" (TES). The main aim of this thesis is to design and develop this kind of device and accomplish some functional tests with that device. Values acquired from this testing are important for comparison with values acquired from the relevant studies. The TES was designed in basic configuration necessary for the right and complete examination of the thermal thresholds. The comparison wasn't exhaustive but values acquired by the thermoelectric stimulator are commonly corresponding with hypothetic values. Last but not least target of this thesis is to bring in some suggestions of possible upgrades to automatize thermal threshold estimation procedure or make some possible suggestion of alternative design of the Thermoelectric Stimulator.

Bajerová, Jitka ; Přívratský, Vladimír (referee) ; Vančata, Václav (advisor)
This presentation deals with and partially summeries available data, which are relevant to characteristic, causes and diagnostics, but also correcting each of specific growing disorders in learning and syndrom ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) and ADD (Attention Deficit Disorder). My aim of this bachelor thesis presentation is to pursue realization of current knowledge regarding this matter. The intention of my study was to discover specific growing disorders in learning and the ADHD syndrome on the first level in Laudova Elementary School, Repy. My hypotheses are based on studies of well-known specialist, in which it says that with children, both dyslexy and the ADHD syndrome occurs more with boys than girls. 1 completed this experiment in Laudova School. I received concrete evidence about the number of specific growing disorders in learning and of the ADHD syndrome, from each class. From my experiment at Laudova School, follows that most pupils are diagnosed with dysorthography. The dyslexy is the second place at this school with more boys affected. This confirms the hypothesis that the ADHD syndrome occurs more in boys than girls. This experiment proves that the studied expert theory is correct. Processing of these facts and comparing them with expert studies, I came to the conclusion that...

Scene of existence, language and the opennness of being. Heidegger's concept of existential spatiality - a study
Novotný, Jaroslav ; Benyovszky, Ladislav (advisor) ; Chvatík, Ivan (referee) ; Čapek, Jakub (referee)
The purpose of the submitted thesis is to develop an explication of Heidegger's concept of existential spatiality. One of the components of this purpose is an attempt at independent interpretation of existential characteristics attained in the process and of constitutive structures of human spatiality. The primary sources used in writing my thesis are Heidegger's texts Sein und Zeit (1926), Die Grundprobleme der Phänomenologie (1927), Was ist Metaphysik? (1929), and Vom Wesen des Grundes (1929). The method applied in my thesis represents a combination of several approaches. It concentrates mainly upon interpreting Heidegger's analyses of spatiality of human existence on the basis of the above-mentioned texts. Such interpretation has, on the one hand, to correspond with the structure of the explications made in the texts; on the other hand, however, it has also to be based on one's own understanding of phenomena which are analysed in Heidegger's texts. In this respect, the submitted thesis is hermeneutic. Of course, in order to base his explication on his own understanding of phenomena, the interpreter has simultaneously to make independent analyses of relevant phenomena. Independent phenomenological analysis subsequently facilitates further interpretative development of the original explications found in...

It is necessary to grab the Spring issue in a broader context. That's why thesis is trying to note all the relevant technologies that are closely related to Spring, or which is Spring based on. The first step to understanding Spring is a basic knowledge of Java EE. Thesis presents the architecture of Java EE while arguing its flaws, which caused the emergence of today's very powerful word framework. Next part of the thesis brings reader through characteristic of frameworks for developing Web applications in Java (the largest group of frameworks), and make him familiar with MVC design pattern that forms the architecture of most web frameworks. Thesis leads to the description of the Spring framework accompanied by numerous examples of code that prove the theoretical knowledge of the reader. At the end of the theoretical part the Spring Web MVC framework is presented. The framework combines the key principles of Spring and MVC architecture. The practical part of the thesis makes a complete development cycle of real project. Development is carried out using the Waterfall model methodology. Project implementation is based on the knowledge of Spring / Spring MVC gained in the theoretical part.

Network attached storage
Pavlíček, Ladislav ; Vokoun, Tomáš (advisor) ; Pavlík, Jan (referee)
The thesis explores the subject of data storage options, focusing on Network Attached Storage (NAS) solution and its potential target users. The theoretical part of the thesis reviews the overall data storage solutions used in the past, compared to the current ones. The further description of NAS is provided, highlighting its specifications and possibilities for use. In addition, the analysis of different methods of data storing on a hard disc drive is conducted and resulting data reliability is examined and assessed. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to recommend NAS for suitable user groups based on their needs and habits. To gather relevant data and identify those characteristics, the research method of survey based data collection is being used. As a result, the particular potential user group for NAS, currently unaware of its benefits and uses, is identified. This group is characterized by its online content use and consumption patterns in areas of video and music content consumption, photo sharing, file backing-up habits, cloud usage, etc. Furthermore, the thesis expands on the potential benefits for those users and provides practical suggestions for use in regard to their identified needs. In the last part of the thesis, collected survey data are being compared to the related national survey data provided by the Czech Statistical Office. The concluding analysis reveals a trend of decreasing interest between year 2015 and 2016 for using cloud data storage solutions in general, mainly in terms of storing and sharing of photos, movies and music. Finally, the limitations of survey data collection are being discussed, focusing on particular internal and external factors which could have influenced the survey results.
