cze Abstract:
V první, teoretické části, popisuje občanskou společnost a občanský sektor. This paper deals with current problems of non-profit organizations in the legal framework of the Czech Republic. To be more specific, it addresses the issue of the constitution of civic associations. The main goal is to find out, whether individuals without Czech citizenship enjoy the same rights and have the same opportunities and conditions when constituting civic associations in the Czech Republic as Czech citizens. First part of the diploma thesis contains theory of civil society and civil sector. It introduces particular subjects of the civil sector and relevant legislation. Moreover, it writes about controversial interpretation of laws, and about practices of the state administration - especially those regarding the registration of civic associations. Diploma thesis is based on the research and on an in-depth analysis of particular laws. In the empirical part, the paper brings the information concerning the subject from the Ministry of Interior and also from various civic associations. It also provides recommendations for civic associations how to deal with potential inappropriate demands from the state administration.
